The stability of the upper tongue recently is incredible. Devil. This with yukhoe is the best. The combination of yukhoe and white rice is excellent. The sashimi platter of three types also boosts the excitement. Already fully satisfied with this, but the mino and galbi are also delicious. I forgot to take a photo, but finished with kimchi jjigae soup. It's so satisfying. It makes you forget the guilt of the night and brings happiness. I love it so much.

I visited Stamina-tei, a family-friendly yakiniku restaurant. Even though it was 2 am, the place was full of customers. We ordered a small course and it arrived quickly. The pickled vegetables were well-flavored and had a homemade feel to them. The yakiniku was delicious, especially the beef tongue. It had a nice balance of sweetness from the fat and a good chewy texture. Normally, beef tongue is light in flavor, but this one had an amazing juiciness to it. The kalbi was also delicious, with plenty of fat and tenderness. The restaurant is open late into the night, making it a great place for a casual meal. Overall, it was a great yakiniku restaurant. The beef tongue here is like a devil, the quality is too stable even during the busy Bon season. I am captivated by this seasoning. It's terrifying. When this tongue and seasoning match, it's the best. And the yukhoe. On days when I don't drink, I have this with rice. Perfect match. On this day, I mistakenly ordered tofu stew instead of my favorite kimchi stew, which made my mood drop a little, but I recovered with the galbi. The stability is just too strong. The three meat platter was sold out due to the crowd, but I can't quit this charm. I love it.

It's a very popular restaurant. - Kimchi assortment: sour type of kimchi, moderate spiciness - Upper salted tongue: very tender tongue - Upper hormone: salted, I love this upper hormone so much that you could say I go there just to eat it - Upper harami: salted, thickly sliced - Yukkejang: extremely delicious! I love the seasoning - Beef loin: marinated, not heavy on the fat, easy to eat - Bibimbap: honestly, it's so-so. I probably won't order it again. The burnt rice was well done.

Visited with friends after a long time!! This yakiniku restaurant is open until late at night⭐ The place is always almost full. The food is delicious and reasonably priced! We ordered the 2-person set for 7000 yen. The set includes assorted meats, beef tongue, vegetable platter, mushrooms, salad, namul, kimchi, rice, soup, and dessert! It's a great deal⭐ We also ordered the kalbi soup as an extra and were completely satisfied! Thank you for the meal!

I arrived at Stamina Tei while drunk. Everything is decided by the premium tongue. Today is a decent tongue day. This variation is interesting again. It's okay because you can recover with premium tripe. In addition, enjoying yukke and a three-item platter is a luxurious late-night treat that makes your stomach happy. One night, I had the most enjoyable and satisfying night at Stamina Tei. It feels like you rejuvenate when you go there.

Even at late hours, it's amazing. Always crowded. Stamina Tei never disappoints, with its rich salt and sauce flavors. The Endless Repeat of the Upper Tan is tempting, but the Upper Mino was also excellent. It's a relief to know that you can enjoy Stamina Tei without fail at any time.

"After several years, I revisited a yakiniku restaurant that I used to frequent during my university days. This restaurant is a well-known, long-established place in Fukuoka that every yakiniku lover is familiar with. Back in my university days, Staminaya was just about 100 meters away from its current location. I used to go there occasionally with my coworkers from part-time jobs, each of us holding around 5,000 yen in hand (contributing equally), jokingly asking each other what we would do if we didn't have enough money to pay the bill. Those were nostalgic memories. At that time, it was one of the places that defined my Fukuoka yakiniku experience, along with Tamura in Hakozaki (now called Tanara) and Genkukan in Chiyo. The restaurant still operates until the early hours of the morning, maintaining its traditional style. Today's order at Staminaya included kalbi, loin, upper skirt, upper tongue, wakame soup, and vegetable salad. The quality of the meat and the flavor may not stand out compared to modern yakiniku places, and the sauce and seasoning are not sophisticated, but it offers a casual and enjoyable dining experience similar to a family yakiniku or izakaya. Staminaya is a popular yakiniku restaurant where people of all ages and genders can eat without any pretense. It embodies the charm of a straightforward, no-frills public yakiniku restaurant. I thought it might be crowded, so I made a phone reservation around 19:30, but they said they do not accept same-day reservations for small groups. I decided to go around 22:00 and was able to enter smoothly without waiting, which was lucky. I ordered the top salted tongue, top hormone, top tripe, top skirt steak, and yukhoejang, which are my usual favorites. They were reliably delicious as always. And I tried the yukhoejang for the first time! It was incredibly delicious!!! The spiciness was just right and added a deliciously spicy touch. It has become a menu item that I will definitely order again next time. Thank you for the meal.

I had pork spare ribs, garlic, and kimchi stew, along with a large serving of rice. I really enjoyed Stamina Tei with my stomach that day. The sauce was rich and delicious as always. I want to keep eating endless portions of tongue and yukhoe alternately. It was so delicious. I'm full.

A long-established yakiniku restaurant that has been popular for late-night dining for a long time. Even late at night, the restaurant is always crowded with customers. With over 100 seats, it is a large yakiniku restaurant located in Kiyokawa, popular among locals. Although prices have gone up over the years, the quality of the meat is still good, providing a satisfying dining experience. They also serve yukhoe, heart sashimi, and liver sashimi, making it a recommended yakiniku restaurant. For some reason, it's always the late-night hours when people go there. It's been unofficially designated as the go-to place for late-night dining since a long time ago.笑

On Saturday at 7:00, the restaurant was full and there was a wait, but the turnover was fast so we were seated in about 15 minutes. We ordered two servings of tongue, top skirt, and top hormone, all with salt seasoning, along with wakame soup. It was definitely delicious, better than anywhere else. The top hormone is something I've only seen here, so if you like hormone, you should definitely try it! I wanted to eat more but ran out of time... I will definitely go back. There is a parking lot right in front, and if you tell the staff, you can get a coin for free parking. Thank you for the meal.

Stamina Tei is a great restaurant. It's nice that it's open until dawn, all the menu items are delicious, and the parking lot is spacious. It's just a great place overall! This restaurant started as a small yakiniku restaurant in Kiyokawa, and after moving four times, they finally settled in their current location. When asked what's the best dish here, I'd say the liver. Thank you for the meal!

I love Stamina Tei. The beef tongue is a must for two people. The harami, garlic, and I forgot to take a picture, but the chige soup is also incredibly rich and delicious. In other words, you can fill your stomach with lots of garlic. It's great to go even late at night, and it's perfect for dinner. The meat is always consistently good. It's a mysterious addiction. A nostalgic mystery. I feel like it sets the standard for yakiniku.

Last time, when I ate the regular sirloin, it was delicious enough. This time, I ordered the regular and premium beef tongue to compare, and the beef tongue was completely different. I recommend the premium option. Beef tongue premium, regular sirloin, kalbi, harami, chijimi, jangjorim, rice, cold noodles, draft beer, makgeolli, yuzu sour. The total was 23,660 yen. As expected, grilled meat and rice go really well together!

On Sunday, I visited Stamina Tei for a non-alcoholic meal with my business partner. The restaurant is located about a 3-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Station. Stamina Tei is a long-established yakiniku restaurant founded in 1969. We arrived around 16:20. One of the strong points of this restaurant is that it is open from 16:00 on weekdays and from 12:00 on weekends and holidays until 6:00 the next day! We parked our car in the parking lot in front of the restaurant (we had a non-alcoholic meal because of the car). The restaurant is quite spacious with a capacity of 138 seats, and the interior has a nostalgic family yakiniku restaurant feel. The two of us were seated in a 4-person box seat. The ventilation system is a downward draft. We toasted with Oolong tea and started our meal. We opted for some classic menu items rather than rare cuts, and the dishes we had this time were as follows: - Kimchi assortment: a mix of three types of kimchi including cabbage, cucumber, and radish. The seasoning was quite to our liking. - Namul: also a mix of three types. - Sashimi: a platter of three types of beef sashimi including senmai (tripe), tongue, and heart, served with three different sauces. Makes you want to drink alcohol! - Upper tongue: seasoned with salt. The presentation was wild, and the taste was decent. - Upper harami: seasoned with sauce. High quality and cost-effective, highly recommended! Regular harami is just fine, no need for the premium one! - Upper mino: served together with round intestines. The volume and fat of the round intestines were amazing! - Tail soup: a rare spicy type of tail soup. The tail meat was tender and delicious! The total bill for the two of us was 11,110 yen. It's amazing how the price doesn't go up much if you don't drink alcohol! Stamina Tei is popular with families, especially on weekends, thanks to its long history, early opening hours, spacious seating, and parking lot. Be sure to visit this place at least once!
