The taste is delicious without any issues. There are also some unique types of alcohol, which is good, but something feels lacking. It might be the conversation, but what I am looking for may be different from other customers, so I will leave my feedback here.

Cheap and delicious. Great value for money. We ate to our heart's content for around 20,000 yen for two people. Although we knew about the restaurant nearby, we had never been there before. We will definitely continue to use this convenient restaurant in the future.

Kurosaki, a long-established sushi restaurant celebrating its 60th anniversary, offers a Matsukaze course for 5,500 yen. The course includes small dishes, vinegar dishes, steamed egg custard, fried or grilled dishes, sashimi, nigiri sushi, and soup. The dishes made with fresh local ingredients are perfect for pairing with drinks. The restaurant also has tatami rooms and a garden, making it suitable for entertaining guests or business meals.

We had a selection of dishes including grilled moonfish, salt-grilled swordfish, fried squid, and chawanmushi. The medium fatty tuna with sea urchin was especially delicious. It seems like you can also reserve a private room for upcoming year-end parties, which is reassuring for gathering in small groups during the current situation with the coronavirus.

I have visited Kurosaki several times, but it seems to be getting quieter year by year. It used to be lively, but now it is becoming deserted. The shopping street is empty, with many shops closed. This restaurant has a clean and elegant interior with a counter and table seating. It is not a traditional sunken kotatsu style, so it may be uncomfortable for your legs. We enjoyed appetizers like octopus and fried squid, and the sashimi, especially the tuna, was incredibly delicious. The sushi, especially the tuna, was also outstanding! They apparently prepare fugu the day before serving. It is crucial to preserve the shopping street before it deteriorates further!

The sushi restaurant serves fresh ingredients and has a calm and cozy atmosphere. The chef and the hostess are friendly and welcoming, making it a place you would want to visit regularly. It is also a good place for business entertainment. They have a tank where you can see live abalone and spiny lobsters, so you can enjoy fresh sashimi. They offer a variety of local sake for you to enjoy a leisurely drink. The sushi pieces are just the right size and easy to eat, making them recommended for women as well. This is a well-known local restaurant that has been in business for a long time in Kurosaki.

This restaurant is not suitable for those who are conscious of cost performance, but it is a great place for entertaining guests with delicious food. It is a calm and relaxing place where families can dine quietly. Seafood is definitely recommended.

It was really delicious! The restaurant is located right near the arcade street. When you enter, you are greeted with a lively voice. The counter is kept clean and it feels like a high-class sushi place! I ordered a sushi set, which was around 2000-3000 yen. The chef skillfully prepared the sushi. I actually got more sushi, but I was so focused on eating that I forgot to take a picture haha. I also ordered a bottle of Dassai sake to support the recovery from the heavy rain. They served it in a masu and provided a separate glass for easy drinking. As for the sushi itself... the balance between the fish and rice was perfect. Not too much, not too little. The fish was fresh, coming directly from the Kitakyushu market, and it was fatty with a nice texture, very delicious. The soup that came with the set had large clams and a flavorful broth. I also ordered a chawanmushi, which was full of ingredients and had a rich broth, very tasty! The atmosphere of the restaurant was very warm and the chef and the lady owner talked to me a lot, so I didn't feel bored dining alone. Thank you very much. The total bill was exactly 4000 yen. Quite affordable for the amount of food I had! I will definitely visit again when I come to San'iku Medical University. Thank you for the meal! \(^^)/

I stopped by on my way home after drinking. There were several customers at the counter, with a young assistant supporting the owner who was making sushi alone, skillfully moving back and forth to serve. When I said I wanted about 10 pieces, he quickly made them for me. The balance between the rice and the fish was excellent. Looking at the prices, for example, Otoro costs 1500 yen, so I thought it was a high-end sushi restaurant. The taste was great, but what impressed me the most was his sushi-making skills. The last roll I ordered was made in no time. I was amazed by the clean cut of the roll. I ordered the last roll and mackerel as my preference, along with a small bottle of beer, totaling just over 6000 yen. Whether you think this price is high or reasonable for the variety of sushi like Otoro, ark shell, sea urchin, and squid shown in the photo, may vary from person to person. I think it's a good sushi restaurant.

The 5000 yen course included sashimi, chawanmushi, grilled dish, soup, and sushi. The quality of the sashimi was good, but the rest of the dishes were not particularly impressive. The sushi in the course may have been the reason. I was disappointed as it was not what I expected. The sushi had large rice portions and the nigiri was too firm. There were several important-looking individuals at the counter, and also some salarymen were dining there. It seemed like they also offered casual set meals, which caught my interest. If I have the chance, I would like to do some reconnaissance.
