It was hot again today, I had lunch at Hermit on the first floor of Magsuminoe in Suminoe Ward. The interior of the restaurant is simple and stylish, with attractive cakes. I chose the healthy plate Pork Ginger because I was hungry. Pork ginger is perfect for hot summers. I forgot to post about the strawberry flavored shaved ice I had after yesterday's lunch. It's the best on hot days. The shaved ice made by a pastry chef tasted just like cake and really helped cool down my body. The strawberry had fruit chunks in it, giving it a fruity taste. I also had iced tea, which made my stomach a bit too cold.
