I often hear about Morozoff's pudding on TV, but this was my first time buying it! I wonder when it started being sold at Daimaru? I don't go there often, so maybe I just didn't notice before? There were various types of pudding to choose from, so I ended up buying a set of 4 for 1,404 yen. I heard that people in Osaka keep the containers after eating the pudding and reuse them. That's pretty cool - they can be used for making cakes or jellies at home! I also received a cap as a bonus. I usually only eat regular pudding, so I can't compare the taste to other puddings, but everyone said it was delicious.

Today, I bought some puddings from Morozoff at Daimaru in Tenjin. It was a tasting of four different Morozoff puddings. The puddings I tried (in order of release year) were: Revival Custard Pudding, Custard Pudding, Cream Custard Pudding, and Rich and Creamy Pudding. The Revival Custard Pudding was a classic favorite, but now it tastes a bit outdated. The Cream Custard Pudding and Rich and Creamy Pudding, on the other hand, had new and fresh flavors. Unfortunately, I couldn't take a picture before it was eaten, but the Rich and Creamy Pudding seemed to be my wife's favorite. Personally, I think I prefer the current Custard Pudding. Morozoff sells their puddings in glass containers, which adds a nice touch.

In the summer of 2011, we received a delicious dessert set from a customer, Morozoff. It's convenient to keep in the fridge as it can be enjoyed slowly when the shop is quiet. During hot summer days, receiving such chilled desserts as gifts always brings smiles to our employees. Personally, I prefer fruit-based jellies, especially citrus ones, but our female employees tend to favor sweet desserts like pudding, which disappear quickly. In December 2011, we received a tasty pudding gift from a customer. Not only was the taste great, but the pudding also came in a sturdy container that can be repurposed after finishing it.

In the basement of the Daimaru department store in the bustling district of Tenjin in Fukuoka City, there is a corner of a sweets section where you can find a well-known nationwide chain of pastry shops. This time, I purchased a whole pudding and baked cheesecake. The pudding was slightly creamy and had a good balance of sweetness with a slightly bitter caramel sauce. The baked cheesecake had a crispy tart crust and a moist texture, with a nice hint of lemon flavor.

I received Morozoff's custard pudding as a souvenir. It was rich and creamy, and incredibly delicious! Morozoff is known for their chocolates, baked goods, and jellies, all of which are delicious. When I receive them as gifts for special occasions, I am always delighted. As a well-known brand, the taste is definitely luxurious and rich! It always makes snack time feel more indulgent. They also sell cheesecakes and rare cheesecakes, so I would like to try them when I have the chance to visit Daimaru.

On the day of the Dontaku festival this year, my mother-in-law came to visit and we went shopping in Tenjin. We decided to take a break at Morozoff on the 3rd floor of Hakata Daimaru. This time, we ordered a sweets set with matcha pudding, cheesecake, ice cream, and coffee. We sometimes use this cafe when we feel like having something sweet during shopping. Since it's Morozoff, we can trust the taste and service, plus we can use our Daimaru points. Most importantly, it's located inside the ladies' clothing section, making it an oasis for Fukuoka shopping madams. My 79-year-old mother-in-law is a super grandma who effortlessly handles the latest smartphone. This time, she took out her smartphone and started taking pictures of the beautiful sweets. I was tempted to do the same with my own smartphone, resulting in the photo above. My mother-in-law and I have the same smartphone model, but she is more adept at using it... She is a smart and lovely person from the core, and I admire her. Afterwards, I saw the gallery on my mother-in-law's smartphone and we had a fun time chatting about various topics.
