I visited Ramen Yokozuna in Moriguchi, Osaka. It is a convenient restaurant open from 11 am to 5 am. I ordered the limited-time spicy mixed ramen with rice. The soup was a mix of chicken broth, soy sauce, and miso, with a generous amount of soup. The noodles were thin and smooth, with a good texture. The toppings included minced meat, raw egg, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, shiso leaves, green onions, and shredded seaweed. You could add garlic and extra green onions. The spicy minced meat had a Japanese flavor, and adding garlic and chili paste enhanced the taste. The portion was large, especially with the rice, but it was delicious and I managed to finish it. Another time, I ordered the colorful ramen with a rice ball. The pork bone soy sauce soup was lighter compared to other Yokozuna branches, with a smooth and easy-to-drink taste. The noodles were thin and soft, and the toppings included pork, kimchi, seasoned egg, and bamboo shoots. You could add green onions and homemade chili garlic. The pork was lean and the seasoned egg, kimchi, and bamboo shoots complemented each other well. Overall, it was a tasty meal at Yokozuna, which is open until 5 am.
