I love liver but it's hard to find restaurants that serve chicken liver yakitori. Fortunately, this place had it and it was delicious, cheap, and there were no disappointing dishes. It was quiet and empty on a weekday late at night, which was nice. The chicken rice porridge was gentle and easy to eat. The cheese tsukune was also delicious. My friend ordered the small churros with ice cream dessert, and it was amazing! The freshly fried churros were crispy and I wanted to eat a lot of them. I couldn't eat much that day because I had dinner earlier, but I want to try more dishes next time. They also had mixed juice and strawberry milk, which were fantastic.

During spring break, my daughter was excited and requested to go to Tricky after a long time. The spring menu with lots of tartar dishes was delicious! The sakura udon with mentaiko had a reliable taste that I quite liked. With two Mega Kinmugi and one Mega High, everything was perfect. Despite being busy, the staff provided prompt and courteous service, which I truly appreciated. It was peaceful dining with my family at Tricky, and I am grateful. Thank you for the meal!

Well, it's understandable, with such a long forced closure, it must be difficult to adjust with suppliers. I had 2 Mega Kinmugi beers, 1 Mega Highball, my friend had a Chu-hi and a Mega Highball, and the kids had some drinks, all filled up for ¥6000. I returned to Osaka from Kagawa Prefecture on a touring trip. It took 10 hours by ferry and local roads. I was exhausted, especially with the traffic jam in Kobe, when I arrived at my accommodation. I had planned to try some spicy curry in Osaka, but I was too tired. I gave up on the curry. Instead, I went to Torikizoku, just a 3-minute walk from my accommodation. It had been about 10 years since my last visit. I ordered a draft beer, momo (thigh meat), tsukune (chicken meatballs), and skin yakitori, as well as a yakitori bowl. Two pieces of momo, tsukune, and skin yakitori were served, but I only had one of each, along with my draft beer. I got drunk quickly. I topped the remaining momo, tsukune, and skin yakitori on the yakitori bowl by removing the skewers. It was a bit of a luxurious topping, with a bit of space left in the bowl where the rice was hardly visible. Even though I only spent about 30-40 minutes at Torikizoku, I enjoyed drinking and eating. It was a delightful experience.

It's been so long since I last visited, I can't even remember how many years it's been. The menu has changed a lot since my last visit. There were some items that I didn't remember seeing before. I personally enjoyed the skin, tail, and liver the most. My wife liked the grilled yam on the hot plate. The portions are still generous, so we left feeling satisfied. I tried the mixed juice at Torikizoku for the first time in my life, and it was really sweet. It's nice to visit after a long time. I'm planning to go again next time. *They are also taking thorough measures against COVID-19, with plastic film between tables, hand sanitizer on each table, and temperature checks.

After the self-restraint on business activities was lifted, my daughter was eager to go to a karaoke place and an izakaya. Finally, on June 13th, the nearest karaoke place opened, and we had a great time singing for about 6 hours during the daytime free time. Just as my daughter wished, we went straight to the izakaya downstairs. What a convenient building! The interior had vinyl partitions for anti-COVID measures. There were various limited menu items. The "Tochigi Imo Fry" from the northern Kanto region was delicious with freshly fried sweet potatoes, thick sauce, and mustard mayo. My daughter, who loves potatoes, was thrilled. The "Muroran Yakitori" reminded me of something from Hasest, the pork belly was tasty. The "Matsumoto Mountain Bandit Yaki" was similar to what you can find at a ramen shop, sweet like tempura, and personally, that's how I see it. And the "Miyazaki Spicy Noodles" had transparent noodles with a spicy soup full of beaten eggs. It was surprisingly delicious! My wife and I were both very satisfied after sharing. Finally, we were stuffed with rice cooked in a pot! We ended the meal with a mega Kinmugi beer followed by a mega highball and felt a bit tipsy. My daughter kept getting refills of the kids' drink and was all happy. This was my first visit after living in Sangoku for 12 years. The service was decent, ordering through a touch panel made it easy and comfortable. The smoke-free environment made it even more enjoyable. Looking forward to visiting again in the future! I was curious about yakitori and katsu udon recently, so I ended up stopping by. I ordered 3 skewers and a side of cucumber at Megakinmai. Reflecting on my day, I ordered both salt and tare sauce for the yakitori. The skewers had a crispy texture with just the right amount of salt, and they were delicious. The cartilage was also grilled to a crisp, making it a great accompaniment to beer. For my last dish, I had katsu udon. The broth paired well with the finishing touch, and it went down smoothly. I would like to visit again.

I visited Torikizoku for the first time in a while because I was craving their ramen and katsu udon. I ordered the Mega Kinmai and enjoyed it with a few side dishes while reflecting on things. Finally, I had the chicken ramen as a finishing touch, which had a rich broth and was very delicious.

I visited Torikizoku after a long time because I was craving yakitori. I sat at the counter seat and ordered Kinmugi beer. For food, I chose spicy cucumber, chicken cartilage, tail tip, skin. They were all delicious with consistent flavors. When my Kinmugi beer ran out, I ordered Torikiburan (white wine). The label was new since the last time I ordered it, with a picture of a bird on it. The white wine was served in a cup sake glass and tasted great. Lastly, I ordered the limited menu katsu ramen. The broth was flavorful and the noodles were soft, making it a delicious meal.

The other day, I got a free voucher for a Mega Highball (1 drink for 2 vouchers) at Torikizoku, so I decided to visit again after work. I took the Sangoku Route home and stopped by the "Torikizoku Sangoku Store." I was seated at the usual counter for solo diners and ordered a Mega Highball and a medium-sized cabbage plate. When the Mega Highball was served, I received another "Great Return Festival Card" as a bonus. I thought, great, I'll order another Mega Highball and get another one for free with the card! I also ordered grilled chicken breast with spices, chicken cartilage skewers, and grilled chicken thigh with sauce. The grilled chicken skewers here cost 298 yen for a set of two (excluding tax), and although not cheap, they are quite large portions! Especially the chicken breast and thigh skewers have a lot of volume, so I always end up ordering them. I also had another round of Mega Highball, so I ended up with a total of 6 items - 2 Mega Highballs and 4 dishes. I was excited to use my free Mega Highball voucher but then noticed that it was only valid for redemption from November 1st to November 30th, and it could only be used once per person per visit. So, unfortunately, I couldn't use the voucher that day, and the 4 vouchers (equivalent to 2 Mega Highballs) were carried over to the next month. Looks like I'll have to visit Torikizoku twice in November as well! Oh well, that's life.

Within a few minutes, my drink and appetizer arrived. I started with the must-have yakitori menu, the chicken cartilage. The crunchy texture is irresistible. I paired the chicken cartilage with my highball, and it helped soothe the tiredness of the day. I switched to red wine for my drink refill. It was like a glass of wine. I usually prefer white wine, but I chose red wine this time because I wanted to taste the bitterness of the grapes. The wine made me feel tipsy. Finally, I ended the meal with chicken ramen. The white soup is exquisite.

I decided to indulge a bit and ordered a Mega Highball x3, medium cabbage refill, seasoned boiled egg, grilled chicken breast (salt), grilled chicken cartilage, water mouth chicken, and grilled chicken breast with cod roe mayo. The total calorie count for the items I ordered was 1329kcal, but the carbohydrate count was only 33.8g, making it a good choice for a low-carb diet. I once had 5 highballs late at night and got into a car accident on the way home, so this time I decided to have only 2 drinks before heading back (^o^)／ haha. Since it's the weekend, the restaurant is quite busy, but I was seated at the counter without having to wait. This restaurant also has touch panel ordering, but for the first drink and dish, I placed my order verbally. First, I ordered a Mega Highball and unlimited cabbage! I enjoyed munching on the cabbage while sipping on the highball. Then, I ordered relatively low-calorie items. The grilled chicken breast (salt) was a classic and delicious choice. Although the lean parts can become tough when they cool down, the seasoning was just right. I also ordered the chicken liver (tare) with plenty of sansho pepper sprinkled on top. The slightly undercooked texture was enjoyable. I had a refill of cabbage and added the chilled tofu to my order. The large chilled tofu had a satisfying texture. While enjoying it, I checked the touch panel and found out they were offering limited-time menu items like "White Hime Shrimp Skewers" which I decided to try. Plus, yakitori can be quite healthy depending on the part. And the all-you-can-eat cabbage is a bonus for dieters! On this day, I ordered the Mega Beam Highball (134kcal per glass) as usual. A large bottle is about 270kcal, so you can drink plenty with half the calories! First, I ordered the Speed Menu Cabbage Plate, followed by some healthy options. - Knee Cartilage (2 pieces) only 26kcal! This is a part similar to cartilage used in fried chicken, with a crunchy texture and good flavor. Sprinkle plenty of sansho pepper to take advantage of its characteristic of running away from the spiciness, making it virtually calorie-free! - Chicken Cartilage (2 pieces) slightly different from knee cartilage, with a large size and a chewy texture. Also low in calories at 59kcal for 2 pieces. - Breast Meat Yakitori with Spice (2 pieces) Opt for salt or spice instead of sauce to avoid increasing carbs and calories. Surprisingly generous portion, with only 178kcal for 2 pieces. The spiciness of the spice enhances the drinking experience, leading to another round of Mega Beam Highball! Towards the end, I switched to hormone dishes. - Hormone and Green Onion Plate with Ponzu Sauce Another surprisingly large portion with only 74kcal per serving. It may have a slight smell, but when mixed with green onions and ponzu sauce, and sprinkled with shichimi spice, it becomes delicious and virtually calorie-free! With 5 dishes and 2 Mega Beam Highballs, plus one round of cabbage refill, the total calorie count was only 701kcal! It's almost equivalent to a regular serving of Yoshinoya beef bowl, which is quite impressive! And with the added calorie-free effect of sansho pepper, I lost weight! Thank you.

For food, I had two skewers of yakitori and some cucumber, which I never get tired of. I also added a Toriki wine. The wine in a cup was surprisingly delicious. Finally, I finished with clam-flavored ramen.

I stopped by Torikizoku thinking of having a drink and some yakitori. I ordered the Mega Highball, which is reasonably priced, and a few yakitori dishes. Recently, they have a system where you can order using a touch panel after your first drink, so you don't need to call a waiter, which is convenient. The yakitori was delicious even though it's a chain restaurant, and the Highball went down smoothly. I would like to visit again when I crave yakitori.

I felt like eating yakitori, so I went to Torikizoku. I ordered the Mega Kinmugi as my default drink. For side dishes, I had three types of yakitori and chicken hormones. The amount of beer was generous and very reasonable. I spent a relaxing time eating yakitori.

I went to Torikizoku for the first time since they raised their prices. Even on a weekday after 7pm, it was almost full. The food was delicious and the service was fast. Truly impressive!
