The intended Highida Ramen was unexpectedly closed! Since I came by car and the parking lot is far away, it's impossible! It's so hot! It's already past 12 o'clock! I'm going to become a ramen refugee! But then, the parking lot here is spacious and nice. Well, this type of ramen is always good, so it's a safe choice. Plus, the service here is great, which makes me very happy. Among this type of ramen chain restaurants, this one is probably one of the top ones in my opinion. I don't like touch panels, so it's good that they have nice girls coming to take orders. So happy!

The half-fried rice set ramen has a rich soy sauce pork bone broth with thick noodles and two slices of tender chashu. The soup is flavorful yet light, making it enjoyable until the last drop. Personally, I think even thin noodles would be great with the delicious soup. The fried rice is well-seasoned and pairs well with the ramen. I will definitely go back when I'm working nearby.

The menu was extensive with many toppings available. I was not familiar with the ordering process, so it took me a while to figure it out. It seems like they have a different way of ordering compared to other ramen shops. Despite that, there were quite a few customers during lunchtime.

A ramen shop from the Butaichi Group has opened in the place where the previous "Kyushu Ramen Kurobei Higashi Osaka Store" was located. It seems that it opened in May 2022, and after half a year, I was finally able to visit. It feels like the table layout has changed, but the interior seems to be mostly a transfer store. It was a Saturday in December, after 11 o'clock, so there were few customers. As a solo diner, I was guided to the counter seat. Menu structure typical of my favorite Butaichi Group. The White Horse Boy Toy brand is also available in locations such as Osaka Sayama City, Toyonaka, Moriguchi, Itami, and Yao. I think I visited the Takaida store about 9 years ago. One of the reasons I love the Butaichi Group is that you can get extra noodles and extra lard. There are also shops where onigiri and boiled eggs are complimentary during lunchtime. I changed to all toppings for the basic Happy Ramen (800 yen) by adding 300 yen. I think it includes one slice of chashu, three sheets of seaweed, and a flavored egg. Of course, I asked for extra noodles, extra green onions, and triple lard~ The soup is a soy sauce-based tonkotsu. A mild tonkotsu flavor with a hint of sweetness from the triple lard. This tonkotsu group-like soup is really delicious~ The homemade medium straight noodles are pleasantly firm. The firmness that hits the spot, the flavor of the wheat is also good~ The chashu with just the right thickness is tender and juicy, with the fatty part being sweet and goes well with the soup. Speaking of the Butaichi Group, there is a free kimchi bar, but here the kimchi and pickled ginger are placed on each table. Is this only at this store, or is it at all stores due to the influence of Corona or the recent nuisance video on SNS? I don't know for sure... I like the pickled ginger bowl, but the pickled ginger ramen is a little... haha Happiness... I went before 11 PM. This restaurant opened in May this year. The toilet seats and lights are automatic, so when you open the door, the seat goes up and the lights turn on. I had the "Happiness Ajitama Ramen" and half Omurice set for 1230 yen. The Omurice portion was generous, making the set price quite reasonable. The egg was creamy and went well with ketchup, and the fried rice inside had plenty of egg. The ramen was delicious with tender chashu, menma, green onions, and a flavored egg. With late-night hours and parking and bicycle parking available, it's easy to see why this place is popular. The Tonkichi group seems to be expanding further. Thank you for the meal.

Here, this place used to be a different ramen shop, right? I came here for the first time since it changed. The "Happiness Ramen" with a comment on the nori was interesting. It made me happy. It was delicious. The Char-Grilled Egg Bowl looks so tasty! Yellow!! Yellow never disappoints! (laughs) It had a lot of eggs and was delicious! I'm full now! I want to go again.

<First visit on 22/8> As a reminder... Please note that the menu and prices may have changed since my visit in March '23. It was a Monday early in the week, during the Bon Festival season. For some reason, I was craving gyoza and fried rice, so I decided to try out this new place. They are open until 1:30 am. The place was bustling with young college students, probably heading home for the holidays. The restaurant has 7 table seats and 7 counter seats, quite spacious. There is a convenient shared parking lot with McDonald's next door, which is free. I ordered the following: - Satisfaction Set (¥1230) - Happiness Ramen, Half Fried Rice, 6 Gyoza - Happiness Toro Kotsuban Ramen (¥1100) The Toro Kotsuban Ramen was incredibly satisfying with its generous portion. The meat was sweet and delicious, and the noodles were perfectly tender. Topping it with garlic and kimchi added an explosion of flavors. While the original soup flavor may have been altered, it was still enjoyable. The Half Fried Rice was nicely cooked and had a satisfying texture, although it made me thirsty afterwards. The artificial flavor wasn't bad either. Overall, the portions were generous and satisfying!

Happiness Ramen (Tonkotsu + Soy Sauce 780 yen) ★★★☆ The soup is a pork bone-based, lard soy sauce flavor. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles. The toppings include pork belly chashu, white leek, menma, and seaweed. This shop is run by Arakawa Pork and opened on May 20th at the former site of "Kyushu Ramen Kurobei Higashi Osaka Store" in Wakaemachi. The soup is made from pork bone and chicken broth with plenty of lard and oil added, resulting in a rich and slightly sweet flavor with no unpleasant smell. The homemade noodles have a firm texture and go down smoothly. They offer a free extra-large noodle service. The medium-sized chashu slices are tender, well-seasoned, and very delicious. You can enjoy different flavors by using the provided kimchi, pickled ginger, pepper, and chili oil. For the first 3 days of opening, they are offering the Happiness Ramen for 390 yen. Inside the shop, I saw a regular customer who visits on weekends. The ramen and fried rice are extremely delicious. The fried rice is not heavy but light and simply tasty, and the flavorful ramen is excellent. The staff's friendly service with a smile is also wonderful.
