In March of the 5th year of Reiwa, during lunchtime (11:30-14:00), there doesn't seem to be a menu for a 1000 yen nigiri set, but upon confirmation, it was available. I ordered it this time and it included 8 pieces of freshly made nigiri sushi, 2 side dishes, and miso soup. It's a great deal for 1000 yen.

This was my first time being taken here! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very nice, and both owners are very friendly. The nigiri sushi, sashimi, and tempura using shrimp from the aquarium were all delicious. Every time, they serve the head as tempura and it's funny. I tried various things like salmon roe, fatty tuna, eel, shrimp, and tuna, but my favorites were the eel and shrimp. I forgot to eat the egg, so I want to go back again. The chawanmushi also had a gentle and delicious broth. The octopus tempura was also good, and it went well with the ginger that came with it. The drinks flowed easily, and all the regular customers were nice, creating a lively and fun atmosphere like a bar. I definitely want to go back again!

A sushi restaurant specializing in Buddhist memorial services and celebratory meals. I visited for the first time in a while. There is a water stream at the counter to wash hands, giving a nostalgic feeling. I ordered a lunch set and later some nigiri sushi and side dishes. Having a drink at lunch was the best! The lunch set included nigiri sushi with salmon roe, conger eel, cucumber roll, fried octopus, and ginger tempura, which was a perfect accompaniment. A sushi restaurant loved by locals in the old-fashioned way, I often see them delivering by bicycle. Consistently delicious. The miso soup, pickled cucumbers, and octopus marinated in vinegar served as appetizers were also excellent. It is a nostalgic restaurant with a counter in Ginza Shouten. Nowadays, most sushi restaurants have conveyor belts, so hand-pressed sushi by the chef is precious. The wasabi was mixed with paste. Thank you for the meal (^人^) Thank you very much.

Today, I had work in the Konzumi area in the afternoon. I've been curious about "Chikara Sushi" near Konzumi City Station, so I decided to check it out. I arrived around 12:10 on a weekday, right during lunchtime peak hours which made me a bit worried. I decided to avoid the crowds and explore the neighborhood. When I returned around 12:30 for another try, the restaurant was not crowded and I was able to sit at the counter. The atmosphere was filled with a nostalgic charm, and the chef seemed younger than I expected but had a refreshing and pleasant demeanor. The other customers were a family of three who seemed like locals, and their quiet and heartwarming conversations added to the charm of the sushi restaurant during these challenging times. I ordered the Sushi Set for 950 yen, which included 4 pieces of nigiri sushi (Thai snapper, tuna, squid, octopus), chirashi sushi, a small side dish (sea bream and myoga in vinegar miso, cucumber and octopus with vinegar miso), and soup. The dishes were simple but visually appealing. The sea bream and myoga in vinegar miso was delicious, and the chirashi sushi had a tasty sushi rice base. The nigiri sushi had well-prepared toppings and were delicious. The soup was flavorful, and the cucumber and octopus with vinegar miso was a refreshing end to the meal. Overall, I was satisfied with the sushi lunch, and the feeling of contentment after a delicious meal was as great as always. Thank you for the wonderful meal. Local sushi restaurant lunches never disappoint, and they always leave me feeling energized for the rest of the day. I will continue to support and cherish these local sushi restaurants!

I received a treat from a local sushi restaurant that seems to be popular among the locals. I was given sushi rolls with classic flavors that were safe and delicious. While there were no standout features, the ingredients were standard and perfect for snacking.
