▼Location▼ Located at the corner of a intersection, 200m from the first left turn after walking 80m north from Kintetsu Fuse Station. ▼About the Shop▼ This ramen shop operates only at night in the bustling area northwest of Kintetsu Fuse Station. It is a small shop with only a counter. ▼Menu▼ They offer three types of ramen: shoyu, miso, and salt, as well as yakisoba, yakimeshi, gyoza, and more. ▼Food Ordered▼ ▽Ramen 600 yen▽ Simple visual with chashu, bean sprouts, and green onions. The soup is a rich pork bone and chicken broth with a soy sauce base, slightly flavored with ginger. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles cooked just right. The chashu is tender and flavorful. ▼Impressions▼ Located in the quiet and deserted nightlife area of Fuse, this ramen shop offers a tasty and easy-to-eat bowl of ramen. The rich and creamy soup, along with the well-cooked noodles, make for a satisfying meal. Despite the shop's limited hours, I would like to visit again.

I visited "Ramen Karen"♪ The nearest station is Kintetsu Fuse Station and the restaurant is open only at night. The menu includes soy sauce ramen for 600 yen, miso ramen for 600 yen, salt ramen for 600 yen, salt butter ramen for 700 yen, corn ramen for 700 yen, chashu ramen for 800 yen, kimchi ramen for 800 yen, cold noodles for 800 yen, yakisoba for 650 yen, and yakisoba with five ingredients for 850 yen. The soy sauce flavored pork bone and chicken bone broth has a moderate amount of oil on the surface and a good soy sauce flavor, making it easy to drink with a simple and light soup♪ The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles with a soft texture.

The original source is here http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/fry2567/26681702.html I often feel like eating ramen on my way home from work On this day too, instead of heading straight to the station, I wandered around looking for a ramen shop and found Ra-men Karyu, which exudes a nostalgic atmosphere I heard that this year marks its 20th anniversary. For now, I'll have a beer while looking at the menu The menu is full of Showa era vibes It opened in the Heisei era though (lol) I ordered the miso ramen Miso ramen tastes delicious as it gets colder!! The toppings are all well included The egg is not a seasoned egg, but a boiled egg As for the taste, it's not the unique taste of each ramen shop, but the taste of a Chinese restaurant that serves various types of ramen in an old-fashioned way. A simple and heartwarming taste. It warmed my heart, which was completely cold What kind of taste is that!!! Another thing I noticed is that the shop is very clean Even though it's the 20th year, the kitchen is sparkling clean (although I heard they cleaned it once) I think it's great that they have been running a ramen shop for this long and still keep the place clean Due to my job, I sometimes get to see the kitchens of ramen shops, and there are quite a few places that make me not want to come back This place is clean, so I want to come back again When I told this to the shop owner (probably a couple), they seemed embarrassed but happy But it's my honest opinion I think it's a good restaurant Thank you for the meal~♪

This is a shop located on the first floor of a tenant building in a bustling street, with snack bars and other establishments. The shop does not display its menu outside, making it a bit intimidating to enter. I bravely entered while under the influence of alcohol. The shop is small with an I-shaped counter, run by a friendly elderly couple. I tried the soy sauce ramen, which had thin straight noodles, chashu, crunchy bean sprouts, and green onions in a flavorful chicken-based soy sauce broth. The condiments on the table were black pepper and ichimi togarashi. The menu includes various types of ramen, cold noodles, yakisoba, fried rice, gyoza, and more. There are also Chinese dishes available.

Today, I would like to introduce a ramen restaurant called Ramen Karen. I stopped by after work and found the entrance a bit intimidating. Despite the initial impression, I pushed open the door and entered the empty restaurant. I sat at the counter and looked at the menu, which offered soy sauce, miso, salt butter ramen, kimchi ramen, and yakisoba. There were also various side dishes that would pair well with beer. I decided to order the miso ramen. It arrived quickly and the soup had a comforting taste, reminiscent of traditional Chinese-style miso ramen. The noodles were just right, not too soft or too firm, with a chewy texture. The toppings included bean sprouts, green onions, and a boiled egg, keeping it simple. Although the price of 600 yen seemed a bit high, it would be a good option for a late-night meal after drinking. I look forward to coming back when I'm a bit tipsy and trying the soy sauce ramen next time.

After drinking, we headed to a ramen shop... I'm sure many of you have had this experience, but why do we always end up eating ramen after drinking? Someone, please explain (laughs). Now, this shop's ramen is more like a traditional Chinese-style ramen. Following the lead of my senior, we placed our order. Yes, beer please. It's amazing how we can keep drinking in a different setting. Oh, the ramen has arrived! It's a light chicken broth with soy sauce flavor. It goes down smoothly after drinking. And then, the fried rice also appeared! Wow, they serve rice too. The fried rice is not dry but moist and lightly seasoned. It's delicious and goes well with the ramen. Maybe I actually like Chinese-style ramen. The total cost for ramen and fried rice was 900 yen. And they also served gyoza for 300 yen. Overall, the ramen shop was quite enjoyable.

At first glance, the restaurant may seem a bit intimidating, but once you enter, you will find a small interior with only a counter. An older couple, who seem to be the owners, warmly welcome you. The menu includes ramen in soy sauce, miso, salt, corn, and chashu flavors, as well as fried rice in normal, curry, and kimchi styles, along with other options like cold noodles, yakisoba, and yakisoba with five ingredients. Side dishes include dumplings, pickled cucumbers, kimchi, rice balls, rice, grilled pork, sweet and sour pork, pork tempura, shrimp tempura, and fried chicken. You can choose between regular sweet and sour sauce or onion sweet and sour sauce for the fried dishes. The only drinks available are beer (medium) and sake. I visited the restaurant twice and ordered the following items: Dumplings (6 pieces) - 300 yen: The dumplings were neatly wrapped and had a decent amount of filling, but the taste was average. Salt butter ramen - Price forgotten: The soup was quite delicious, as others have mentioned. The noodles were normal, nothing particularly outstanding. The corn toppings were generous, but the chashu seemed like it might be store-bought and the boiled egg looked a bit plain. Curry fried rice - 650 yen: The fried rice was not as crispy as expected, but the taste was good. It had a mild curry flavor, which I enjoyed. Yakisoba with five ingredients - 850 yen: The yakisoba had a variety of ingredients, but the amount of noodles was a bit less than expected. The taste was a bit too mild for my liking. Fried chicken - 650 yen: The first bite felt off, probably because the chicken seemed to be pre-marinated for sweet and sour sauce. I added some salt, but it still tasted like plain meat with oil. It was crispy and juicy, but lacked flavor. Overall, this restaurant may appeal to those who prefer subtle flavors, especially after drinking. I didn't try everything on the menu, but I have a feeling that the dishes would taste better after a few drinks. Also, the older gentleman has a surprisingly cute voice for his appearance.

I don't remember clearly because I was too drunk, but I think it was a shady massage parlor on the first floor of a building in the shopping street in Fuse that I stopped by on my way home after drinking. I had hot sake at a standing bar, then went into a frenzy of trying to pick up hostesses at a cabaret club. My plan was to spend just 10,000 yen, but before I knew it, two 10,000 yen bills had slipped away from me. I ended up with the hostess's business card with a phone number that seemed private and an email address that didn't seem entirely private. I felt lonely and thought I might die alone, so I decided to warm up my body with some ramen before heading home. The ramen shop looked clean and bright inside, and the owners seemed pleasant. I ordered a soy sauce ramen, which had a gentle flavor that I found delicious. The pork belly chashu was fatty and helped balance the flavors. It made me feel like going back home for New Year's Eve and eating herring soba while watching the Red and White Song Battle. It's amazing that there are delicious ramen shops in unexpected places like this. Even though it's not well-known, I really enjoyed it. I was the only customer, but I imagine it gets busy late at night. I felt my wounded heart being healed, and I want to come back again without the hostesses next time. Thank you!
