On February 14, 2019 (Thursday) before 1:00 PM, I went to Neyagawa City with my colleagues for work. After finishing our errands and having lunch, as we were about to head back to the office, one of my colleagues mentioned that a friend in Neyagawa had told them about a takoyaki takeout shop that was very cheap and delicious. So, we decided to make a quick stop to check it out. The shop was called "Yakke", pronounced as Yakkē. We used the navigation on our smartphones to easily find the shop. The shop had a wide open storefront, with takoyaki and okonomiyaki griddles placed at the front. Inside, three young women were diligently cooking, while a man took orders. There was a supermarket nearby, and it seemed common for customers to place their orders, receive a number tag, do their shopping, and then pick up their food afterwards. We ordered 6 pieces of takoyaki for 210 yen (tax included) and one pork okonomiyaki for 310 yen (tax included). We received our order promptly. We ate the takoyaki in the car and found them to be delicious, with large pieces of octopus and a soft, flavorful texture. The okonomiyaki was surprisingly large, about 1.5 times the size of a regular one. It was thick and fluffy, with a rich dashi flavor. We shared it back at the office and were all impressed. Although we didn't try the yakisoba, we regretted not getting it after tasting how delicious the takoyaki and okonomiyaki were at such affordable prices. It was truly a pleasant surprise to find such high-quality food at this price. Thank you for the wonderful meal! ♡♡♡♡♡

Takoyaki, okonomiyaki, yakisoba, everything is delicious, cheap, and the portion size is good.

The price has gone up a bit, but the pork ball dish with generous portions is still a great deal at 380 yen! I visited around lunchtime and there was a long line of 5 people, showing how popular the restaurant is.

Uber sets their prices on the higher side for everything, but a single okonomiyaki for around 500 yen is reasonable.

Many people are waiting. They order and receive a number tag to wait. It was delicious and hot.
