Let's have some pancakes♪ It seems to take about an hour for them to be ready, so it's best to visit when you have some time to spare. Exit from Matsuyacho Station's 3rd exit, walk south in the same direction as the cars. Go up the shopping street of Sorabori. Once you enter the arcade of the shopping street, go right at the fish store. Then, head east on the wider road to the left. There is a small signboard on the left. I had never been able to make pancakes that I thought were delicious on my own, so I had been experimenting recently. I was looking forward to enjoying delicious pancakes at the shop, so I made a reservation through their website. On the day of the visit, I was charged 50 yen for the reservation ticket, but later received a postcard with a system fee of 300 yen and a total charge of 350 yen. I was surprised by this system. I tried calling the shop several times, but there was no answer. However, after researching online, I found out that there is a system fee of 3000 yen for making a reservation, which was more expensive than the handling fee for concert tickets. When I finally arrived at the shop, a couple had entered before me. It seems like it will take even more time for the pancakes to be ready, as expected. It will take an hour and a half, is that okay? they asked. I ordered ice milk tea and two pancakes, and decided to explore the Sorabori shopping street in the meantime. As for the menu, they had pancakes for 500 yen each or 900 yen for two, donuts for 200 yen each, toast with various toppings ranging from 350 to 450 yen, and seasonal vegetable soup for 700 or 850 yen with sausage. Today's soup had cauliflower, snow peas, and fava beans, which caught my interest. There were also various drink options. After exploring the shopping street for 30 minutes and returning, the couple's drinks and pancakes arrived first. Finally, after an hour and a half, my ice milk tea and pancakes arrived. The pancakes had a traditional brown surface and were delicious with butter. The bottom pancake already had butter spread on it. It was delicious. The long wait of an hour and a half made me wish there was something to do inside the shop. I paid 1400 yen on the day of the visit, plus a reservation system fee of 350 yen later. Perhaps the system fee can be paid at the time of reservation, which I did not understand and paid later. I walked to Yonroku, an old-fashioned and nostalgic area, and noticed that many shops had changed in the Sorabori shopping street.
