I found it while searching for lunch on Instagram! Looks delicious! So, lunch decided. It seems that they distribute tickets for a limited 50 meals. They said they will distribute the tickets at 11:15, but it seems to be a battle... I lined up about 30 minutes before and managed to get it d( ̄  ̄) Lunch starts at 11:30, but you can't get in on the first round, so I killed time by exploring for a while. The ticket I got was number 11 and 12. I wonder if less than 10 people can get in on the first round? I returned to the restaurant at 12:05. I waited in front of the store and was called around 12:20. Inside, I ordered at the ticket machine. The lunch menu includes beef tongue set meal for 1,600 yen, MIX beef tongue set meal for 1,800 yen, and premium beef tongue set meal for 2,500 yen. I think I should go with the MIX to be able to compare. I also got a free egg per person. I sat down and in front of me, freshly cooked rice from a large pot!! Appetizing ♡ Isn't the large pot great~? For the side dishes, you can choose between beef tongue dumplings or beef tendon stew, so we asked for one each for two people. Also, it comes with oxtail soup ♬ There were plenty of condiments, like 8 types or so. I set up my plate like a palette. The curse of the white truffle, it came out so much that I panicked (laughs) They poured too much, so I hope they improve the container. And then, the long-awaited tongue appeared \(^ω^)/ The MIX beef tongue set meal includes premium beef tongue, beef tongue, and beef tendon. The premium beef tongue, which is a thick slice, is so plump! Beautiful cuts! Irresistible! To start with, I tried the beef tendon. It's delicious as it is with a moderate seasoning ◎... but, however!! The green onion salt condiment, when you put it on, it's amazing・:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+ Wait, what is this! The green onion salt is so delicious!! This alone goes well with rice!! Oh no... the temptation of condiments, I can't stop eating the meat www No, calm down. So next is the beef tongue. It has an appropriate thickness and you can enjoy the taste of the tongue. And the main attraction, the premium beef tongue. I'll cut it with scissors while eating because it's thick ♬ It's delicious~ It's thick, but soft, has a good bite, and it's bouncy! They grill meat here at night! What is this! I saw it for the first time! My excitement went up. This is amazing. It's cool. There's nothing like this in Tokyo, and I thought about imitating it and opening a restaurant. In the spring of Fukuoka, there is a popular restaurant in Miyoshiki. I went there with a friend who works in Nakasu, and we made a reservation for two people in the evening. Although we reserved for 9:00 PM, the restaurant was fully booked! Since we had a reservation, my seat was the only one available. The restaurant has a stylish setup with a counter in a U-shape where charcoal is placed in a groove along the counter, and a grill is placed on top for cooking. You can see the staff cutting large chunks of meat right in front of you, like a live kitchen. The staff at the counter are all handsome, so it's like handsome yakiniku! There are plenty of condiments on the table, such as green chili miso, salted lemon, wasabi, yangnyeomjang, ma la oil, white truffle curse, pepper, rock salt, sesame oil, grated garlic, and demon grated radish for 275 yen. Among them, the white truffle curse, which is also available for individual purchase and online, was delicious. The name is funny, but it's seriously a white truffle salt blend with 12 types of spices. You can order meat by the slice, making it enjoyable for even one person. We ordered the following: - Appetizer (boiled tongue) - Nikumaru set x2 - Meat sushi 2 pieces (akami nigiri, gokuraku sushi) - Special fatty tuna tongue - Grilled meat 4 kinds (turtle shell, harami, kalbi) - Grilled zabuton - Tail soup - Kimchi platter - Raw liver ajillo - Senmai sashimi - Upper mino x2 - Yamaimo kimchi - Garlic foil - Chicken thigh x2 - Angel shrimp x2 - Cold noodles - Half cold noodles - Various alcoholic drinks Thank you for reading until the end. The two of us spent around 16,000 yen and all the dishes were delicious and worth the price. The simmered appetizer was tasty and went well with alcohol. The egg and meat dish required advance reservation to order. The half-cooked texture of the liver a la plancha was delicious. The meat sushi was soft and had a delicious fatty taste. The meat chazuke was also tasty.

The course with limited 3 lanterns per day (6,050 yen) was delicious overall, with high-quality meat including otoro lantern. The cost performance is decent. The lantern is only available in this course, not as a single item, so be aware of that. The meat is grilled in front of you by the staff, which was appreciated. Thank you for the feast.

I made a reservation at Fukuoka's "Yakiniku Sakaba Nikumaru" after seeing their delicious-looking posts on social media. I ordered the Nikumaru set course for 4,620 yen, which included meat sushi, otoro tan, 4 types of yakiniku, and special loin sukiyaki, and also added on tail soup and raw liver ahijo for 1,089 yen. While the dishes looked good for photos, the taste was mediocre. The flavors were too strong, leading me to order rice to balance it out. The special loin sukiyaki was overly sweet. The staff consisted mainly of good-looking young men who seemed to appeal to a younger crowd. Overall, the restaurant seemed to prioritize appealing to a younger audience rather than focusing on taste. I left after about an hour.

I visited for lunch on Saturday. It's very convenient and nice to be able to make a reservation with a QR code. I had the MIX Beef Tongue Set Meal (1,980 yen) which allows you to taste different types of beef tongue. The fatty tuna beef tongue was very satisfying, but the rest was honestly just okay. There were various condiments which seemed fun at first, but I wish the delicious ones were served in the best way possible. Most of the customers were young, which may be a good thing, but the system of ordering one piece at a time is also great for middle-aged people. It's not bad, but not really great either. I think this restaurant is just about average. Thank you for the meal.

I finally visited a yakiniku restaurant that I've been curious about for a while! - Special seared yukhoe-style beef (2728 yen): The marbled meat melts in your mouth, and the richness of caviar and sea urchin is irresistible. The edible flowers on top have a refreshing taste like shiso, and I wanted to savor this dish all by myself! - Nikumaru set (4378 yen): This set includes meat sushi, fatty tuna, 4 types of yakiniku, special roast beef yakiniku, and tail soup. The meat sushi and fatty tuna were delicious, and the different cuts of yakiniku were all enjoyable. The special roast beef yakiniku was particularly outstanding, melting in my mouth. Every dish was delicious, especially the collaboration of sea urchin, caviar, and premium Japanese black beef, as well as the opportunity to try rare cuts. The restaurant is so popular that even on weekdays, it's fully booked, so make a reservation early and definitely give it a try!

I made a reservation the day before at this popular restaurant with limited seating. I ordered popular items like Otoro tuna and meat sushi. Some items were cooked by the staff. You can order one piece at a time, so it's great for those who want to try different cuts. They also offer set courses, so I'd like to try that next time.

I went to the restaurant for lunch on a weekday after it opened and had to wait for over 30 minutes with a numbered ticket. The thick and crispy texture of the premium fatty beef tongue was delicious, but the regular beef tongue and the tongue tip were a bit tough. I thought maybe the premium fatty beef tongue set meal would have been better.

I entered the restaurant on a whim. The interior design was not bad, and I liked the style of selling by the slice. However, I have doubts about the service towards individual customers. There was no explanation of the meat platter, and the response was not great when I tried to ask questions. I felt various forms of unfriendliness. Even though they sell by the slice, it was not really suitable for individuals.

Today, the shop I aimed for had a sign saying "closed for temporary closure due to water leakage." Lately, I feel like I'm cursed with closures! Hmm... tap on current location. Nearby, the shop I visited yesterday was open, as it was their regular day off! Upon entering, there was a ticket machine with a customer struggling in front of it. The shop was almost full, with only two seats available. After the previous customers finished their purchases and were seated, I was guided to a seat. I'm not good with ticket machines... I take my time to choose. Fortunately, there was no one behind me, so I was able to take my time to choose a little. I ordered the recommended "MIX Beef Tongue Set" (1980 yen) and was guided to my seat. The counter seats (5 pairs) were the only option, and since I was alone, there was one seat available. The set meal had a focus on rice, using Koshihikari rice from Uonuma, which has been certified as "Special A" for 25 consecutive years, cooked in a traditional kettle, and you can even get a refill. For the side dish, you could choose between simmered beef tendon or grilled beef tongue. The special "Ajiho Egg" was served as a self-service item. The accompanying oxtail, special rice, and simmered beef tendon arrived first. There were 10 types of condiments on the table, along with pickled Chinese cabbage, which was a great appetizer. The beef tongue, the main dish, was served perfectly grilled. There was one piece of fatty tongue, two pieces of beef tongue, and two pieces of tongue tip. It was interesting to taste the different parts of the beef tongue.

I had the Nikumaru set with α. The meat was delicious and I finished it all quickly. I also tried the offal dishes with α, and they were tasty as well. You can order meat by the piece, so I was able to get a little more when I wanted. There are many types of condiments available, with 6 on the table, and they will bring garlic or grated daikon when you order. The seating seems to be only at the counter. I read that there might be lines during lunch, so I made a reservation and went on a late Sunday night, and it was not full, so it was comfortable. I want to go again!

The restaurant is always fully booked due to its popularity. The meat is so fresh that it feels like it's still alive. The moment you take a bite, the delicious meat juices spread in your mouth. The kimchi also brings the rice back to life. As soon as you get your paycheck, make a reservation. When you first arrive, don't forget to ask if you need a paper apron. The staff also pay attention to details, such as checking on your drinks, which is one of their charms. The counter seats are lovely, so reservations are a must, but there are plenty of staff members to make ordering easy. Whether you go or not is up to you.

I had a meat girls' night out at Shunyoshi. It's a stylish restaurant with only counter seats, very clean and perfect for a private gathering or a date for two. Sitting side by side, you don't have to constantly face each other, making it easy to relax and chat comfortably. I really like it! We ordered a course menu for around 3900 yen, which included 8 dishes: Beef stew, Baguette, Otoro (fatty tuna), Grilled shabu-shabu, Tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg), and a meat platter (including filet, kalbi, ribeye, harami). The baguette, otoro, and grilled shabu-shabu were cooked by the staff to perfection, especially the thick and tender otoro was incredibly delicious. I would go back just for that! The combination of grilled shabu-shabu with egg and the egg kake gohan made with the leftover egg mixture were both incredibly tasty. Every cut of meat was tender and flavorful, making us feel happy. The staff were friendly and attentive, giving us space when we were engrossed in conversation.

I returned from Hakata to Kagoshima and went straight to "Yakiniku Sakaba Nikumaru Haruyoshi" without digesting the tonkatsu I had earlier, haha. Recently, their beef tongue lunch set has been really popular and there is always a line during lunchtime, so I decided to visit in the evening. I ordered all the different types of beef tongue and they were all delicious. Thank you for the meal♪ I would love to try their lunch set someday too!

Before 9:00 PM, there were almost no available seats and most of the customers were couples. We started with the recommended tongue dishes, which were all delicious. The "Otoro Tongue" was thickly sliced and cut into four pieces, making it easy to eat. The "Sujitang" and "Jotan" were also delicious and reasonably priced. The lean meat "Tsurami" had a good texture and flavor. I would like to try their lunch menu next time.

Near the Sankobashi intersection, there is a yakiniku restaurant that recently started offering a lunch special featuring "beef tongue and kettle-cooked rice". The lunch special includes a "beef tongue set" and is not limited to a specific period. The restaurant has only counter seating, with a kettle in front of you for cooking the rice. The rice cooked in the kettle is delicious and enjoyable. The owner, though young, is very friendly. The menu is displayed outside the restaurant, and you have to buy a meal ticket from the vending machine. Only cash and coins are accepted. Self-serve water is available, and there are 8 types of homemade condiments on the table for you to enjoy. The beef tongue set includes soup, Niigata Koshihikari rice cooked in the kettle, beef tendon stew, seasoned egg, and green onion salt. I chose the "MIX Beef Tongue Set" which includes a premium beef tongue slice, 2 regular beef tongue slices, and 2 tendon slices. The premium beef tongue was thick and tender, and I enjoyed it. The recommended way to eat it is to place it on top of the rice with the seasoned egg. Adding the egg yolk and "nira shoyu" sauce enhances the flavor. The beef tongue salt-grilled dish was also delicious, and I enjoyed trying different condiments with it. The tendon was slightly chewy and paired well with the condiments provided. The beef tendon stew was tender with konjac pieces and tasted great with a bit of chili oil added. The rice cooked in the kettle was shiny and delicious, and you can have seconds if you like. The tail soup was flavorful and generous in portion. I particularly enjoyed the premium beef tongue and the overall satisfying lunch experience. If I have the chance, I would like to try the set with 2 premium beef tongue slices, even though it is a bit pricey.
