The setting for the regular networking event was at our restaurant. Although there is no direct connection, the word "tsukushi" is associated with a longstanding flour-based restaurant with 3 locations in Akashi City, 1 in Kobe City, and even a recent opening of a yakiniku restaurant. We met up with the Kansai dialect evangelist and the new seismic-born girl in front of the restaurant and headed inside. There are counter seats and table seats available, and we chose a table seat. We ordered the following items from the menu, including the special salad, low-temperature cooked beef liver, conger eel with wasabi and plum sauce, sea urchin and long yam seaweed roll, scallop seaweed roll, water eggplant, white eggplant sauté, grilled bamboo shoots with bamboo shoot soy sauce, hormone mix, chicken tenderloin, lotus root with karasumi, and chanja. Starting with the salad, we were able to appreciate the high level of the restaurant. The dressing and ingredients were well-balanced, making it a delicious dish that can be enjoyed with sake alone. The liver, cooked at a low temperature, preserved a raw texture so well that it could be mistaken for raw liver. Each dish that followed was a testament to the chef's skillful enhancements to seasonal ingredients. Every dish was delicious, leaving us in awe. For the finale, we ordered pork okonomiyaki, mixed yakisoba, and kimchi sobameshi. We were captivated by the deliciousness of the flour-based dishes and left fully satisfied. Currently rated 3.05 on Tabelog.

This time, I was invited to Teppanyaki restaurant Tsukushi. I have been here a few times before, and once again, everything I tried was delicious. The dishes were beautifully presented with a special touch. The wine selection was also enjoyable, making me very satisfied. Personally, I really liked the thinly sliced onion salad - the refreshing sweetness of the onions combined with the egg yolk, ponzu sauce, and bonito flakes was delightful. And the liver with green onion salt sauce? I think that was the name. It was also incredibly delicious. From seafood to meat, I enjoyed a variety of dishes and finished with Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

To Teppanyaki Tsukushi. When it comes to teppanyaki restaurants, there are various options, but this place offers a wide range of seafood, vegetables, meat, and flour dishes. The drink menu includes beer, sake, and wine. They seem to pay attention to the origin of ingredients and presentation. When we went as a couple, they divided the portions into sizes that were easy for two people to share. They also used crushed ice for our shochu highballs. The flour dishes were also delicious. Thank you for the meal. We would like to visit again.

I received a wonderful bottle of champagne and was looking for a restaurant where I could bring it along to enjoy with some food. I found Teppanyaki Tsukushi, which allows customers to bring their own drinks for a fee. This was my first visit, while my guests had been there before. We ordered an appetizer platter, grilled vegetable platter, and a special sirloin steak. I also ordered the sobameshi. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the excellent service. Despite bringing our own drinks, the staff provided us with glasses and ice without any hesitation. I was debating on which appetizer to order, but ended up choosing the seafood platter with five different types of seafood, all of which were included and tasted amazing! The uni bread, scallops, eel, shirako, red snapper, and vegetables were all exceptional. The special sirloin steak was much better than other yakiniku or steak restaurants, with a fine texture, tenderness, and a subtle sweetness and umami flavor. It was not fatty or heavy, allowing us to enjoy it with salt or sauce. The addition of fresh wasabi was a nice touch. The bread underneath soaked up the meat juices, and when toasted with butter afterwards, it was also delicious. Even after eating all this, I could still eat more carbohydrates! If only the restaurant was closer to my home, I would definitely become a regular customer. But for now, I will save it as my secret weapon for special occasions. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I discovered this restaurant a while ago and saved it to visit later. When I arrived a bit early, there were already customers. We were seated at the counter. The restaurant has counter seats and table seats, and it is not very spacious, but it is very clean, maybe because it is newly opened. On this day, my companion wasn't very hungry, so we ordered a tomato salad, swordtip squid, harami (skirt steak), and lotus root. The tomato salad had tuna and onions mixed with mayonnaise underneath the tomatoes. It was refreshing and delicious. The swordtip squid was served with miso and salt, and it was soft and paired well with the miso. The lotus root was crunchy and tasty. The harami was served on top of a large sautéed onion, and the meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Everything was delicious, and I want to visit this restaurant again. I regret not being able to order more on this day. I would like to try their okonomiyaki next time.
