I saved the "Yakiniku Ginshari Chokkyu Horumon" based on the reviews by Mairebi-sama. Normally, they are open for dinner, but during the pandemic period, they are open for lunch. I visited the day before the end of the pandemic period, on a Saturday. When I called the restaurant beforehand, they confirmed that they were open. The restaurant is located on the west side of Imaizumi Park, at a corner location, making it easy to find. I arrived at 11:55 and was the first customer. Inside, there are 4-person box seats lined up near the entrance. The staff, two men, were friendly and greeted me warmly. I sat at a 4-person box seat near the entrance and looked at the menu. They had various lunch options, including gyudon and curry, but I decided to go for yakiniku. I ordered the "Jou Yakiniku Teishoku (1,200 yen, tax included)" which included premium kalbi, premium loin, 3 types of vegetables, kimchi, salad, ginshari (rice), and miso soup. The meat, salad, and kimchi were served soon, and the tabletop grill was lit. As mentioned by other reviewers, there was also tongue included on the meat plate, a pleasant surprise. I started by grilling the tongue. Since the grill was on the table, I could easily see the meat cooking. The smoke was not bothersome as there was a smoke exhaust pipe above the grill. The rice and miso soup were served soon after. I was impressed when they said, "You can have as many refills of rice as you like." I started with the tongue, then moved on to the loin. It was sweet and had a buttery flavor. The thickness of the meat allowed for a juicy experience. The kalbi had a good balance of marbling. Both meats were thick, tender, and flavorful, allowing me to appreciate the unique taste of each cut. I noticed that the meat was sliced at the edges, showing attention to detail to maximize the flavor. All this for 1,200 yen was a great deal! While there are high-end yakiniku restaurants that cost ten times more, I was completely satisfied with the quality here. If I were to go to a high-end restaurant once, I would choose to come here ten times instead. I was dining alone, but gradually more customers arrived, and the kitchen became busier. The difference in atmosphere within 10-15 minutes was surprising. When I asked if they would stop serving lunch after the pandemic period, they mentioned that they would continue serving lunch for the time being. I have definitely decided to revisit this place soon. Thank you for the meal.
