I went to my favorite restaurant, Yumeteho, because the famous sushi chef from Hong Kong was visiting Japan. He is a big fan of their grilled blowfish and fried chicken. This time, I had only the grilled blowfish and fried chicken until I was full! The taste was truly amazing, as expected from the original shop that started grilled blowfish. The chef mentioned that if he ever opens a Yumeteho in Hong Kong, he would like to invest in it. The presentation of the dishes is so beautiful that you can't help but want to take a picture. Grilled blowfish is available year-round and is rich in collagen, low in calories, high in protein, and great for beauty. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out on life! Yumeteho is definitely a recommended restaurant!

Highly recommended restaurant for those who love grilled fugu. I visited this restaurant for the first time thanks to a generous reservation from a wealthy CEO. We were a group of four, and we were seated at a spacious table. After enjoying the fugu sashimi with hot water and cabbage shown in the photo, we proceeded to indulge in grilled fugu. The plate in the photo is meant for two people, but we ordered three plates. Even though fugu has a subtle taste, eating this much of it left us extremely satisfied. Many reviews mention that fugu tastes delicious with garlic on top, so I would like to try that next time. Given the location, where it is common for dining to cost over 10,000 yen per person, I think the price here is reasonable. Thank you for the wonderful meal. I look forward to coming back again.

Since experiencing eating blowfish for the first time with Yumedanho-san, I've come to the conclusion that when it comes to blowfish as a dish, grilling is better than hot pot! I wonder why blowfish, which has white meat, is considered a high-class fish. It's even more obvious when grilled. To grill it deliciously, there seems to be a bit of a knack. I want to make sure the fish is cooked through properly. Even though I know this, when I'm having a good time with a drink in hand, things don't always go smoothly. It's a shame when the fish sticks to the grill and falls apart! (laughs)

My friend made a reservation for me for my birthday celebration at this restaurant. We ordered the Fugu course lotus course for 8,470 yen per person (excluding tax) including: - Appetizer - Sliced Fugu sashimi - Fugu fin soup - Grilled Fugu (upper body) with salt, sauce, and garlic - Grilled Fugu (lower body) with salt, sauce, and garlic - Fugu sushi - Dream salad - Fugu tempura - Fugu porridge or Fugu tea rice - Dessert I skipped the whole Fugu hot pot because I was already full. I also ordered an extra serving of sliced Fugu sashimi, which was delicious with grated daikon and ponzu sauce. The Fugu sushi was amazing, and I regretted not ordering beer instead of shochu. The grilled Fugu was a hit, especially with the different sauces. My friend from Yamaguchi prefecture was delighted as grilled Fugu is not commonly found in Kansai. The Fugu tempura was the best, my favorite. The Fugu fin sake was a perfect match. From the tea rice to dessert, everything was delicious and impressive. Despite being a course menu, the dishes were served at a relaxed pace, allowing us to fully enjoy the Fugu dishes. I will definitely visit again!

The location is great with many companions. Ordered a la carte. The garlic flavored grilled blowfish is amazing. It's so delicious. The taste is indescribable and makes you want to eat more and more. Surprisingly, the amount of alcohol is very little. Should have ordered a bottle. I vowed to revisit.

It's nice to have something hot when it's hot outside! I was in the mood for grilled blowfish, so I reserved the "Dream Course" which includes both grilled blowfish and blowfish hot pot. The blowfish skin with ponzu sauce has a nice crunchy texture. The blowfish sashimi with vinegar and ponzu sauce is refreshing. The grilled blowfish has a beautiful tender texture, whether seasoned with salt, garlic salt, or sauce. I couldn't resist and ended up ordering more because it was so delicious. When grilled, it becomes melt-in-your-mouth tender with plenty of collagen. The fried blowfish was easy to eat and delicious. The blowfish hot pot, with its meat, vegetables, and kudzu starch noodles, was also very tasty. Maybe it's because of the delicious ponzu sauce. The comforting rice porridge at the end was a nice touch. Eating warm food in the heat and sweating a bit felt good. Thank you for the meal.

The grilled blowfish comes in three flavors: salt, garlic, and sauce. Both the meat and the shirako have a subtle saltiness, so if you grill them in the wrong order, the salt-grilled ones may feel a bit lacking.

When it gets cold, I visit this place once a year, just a minute away from ANA. It's not a high-end restaurant, but more of a casual place to stop by. I usually order a course that comes with grilled fugu and tetchiri, with the option to choose from three types of grilled fugu: salt, sauce, or garlic. I usually go for a half portion of sauce and salt, but this time I only chose salt because the sauce can be a bit heavy. The course includes boiled fugu skin, soup, tessa, fried fugu, grilled fugu, tetchiri, porridge, and dessert, leaving me full and satisfied. I'll definitely stop by again next year.

It's still hot, so let's save the hot pot for winter! This time, I made a reservation for a luxurious course with plenty of grilled blowfish. The "Hireponzu" and "Butsugiri" dishes are refreshing and perfect for hot weather. The fin soup has a gentle flavor. And here comes the grilled blowfish! We enjoy it with three different flavors: salt, garlic, and sauce. The upper body is lightly seared and easy to eat! The back meat is grilled thoroughly and you can really sink your teeth into it. Of course, I had to order some "Toutoumi" (blowfish liver) as well, which becomes deliciously creamy when grilled. It feels like it might make your skin nice and plump with its collagen effect. For the finale, I tried the blowfish rice porridge. It's tasty but a bit on the salty side. Satisfied with the delicious grilled blowfish❤ Just be prepared for the strong smell and smoke when they start grilling, it might sting your eyes a bit. Enjoy!

There are many blowfish (fugu) restaurants in Osaka, but dining at Yumeteppo during the right season is the best. The taste and service are excellent, and the blowfish during its peak season is incredibly delicious. The hot porridge at the end of the meal during cold weather is exceptional. I want to eat grilled blowfish and hot pot too! It's that time of year. I called the reliable Yumetehou restaurant and made a reservation for the "Dream Course." The ponzu sauce and hot pot were delicious. The blowfish, my favorite, was seared perfectly. Each of the three types was enjoyable. I also tried grilling the blowfish meat and it was so tender and full of collagen. I was so happy. The shirako sauce was a good choice. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and couldn't enjoy the hot pot and porridge slowly. Everything was delicious, and I'm looking forward to the collagen effects.

Kitashinchi Yumeteppo, the appetizer had gold leaf in it and the dishes looked fancy and delicious from start to finish. The grilled blowfish can be chosen with salt, sauce, or garlic, and on this day, I chose garlic. The grilled blowfish was so delicious that I ordered seconds, haha. The course meal was very filling and the amaou strawberry gelato for dessert was also delicious. I definitely want to revisit this restaurant in the future.

I had grilled blowfish and fried chicken a la carte. It was perfect for me as I don't need rice dishes when I drink. The grilled blowfish had a meat-like texture when lightly grilled, and a fishy texture when grilled thoroughly, so I enjoyed the difference in texture.
