I had known about this restaurant from Instagram before it opened, so I had a sense of attachment to it. The interior is stylish, spacious, and the kitchen looks large and clean. Today, I thoroughly enjoyed eating and drinking. It's great that you can enjoy various genres of food, from Japanese to Western cuisine. The signature Unrolled eel roll! looks perfect and tastes amazing! The Snow crab and egg tartare was also delicious. They even have pasta for the finishing touch, so there are plenty of dishes to enjoy. Let's go bar-hopping in the Minamimorimachi area! Thank you for the feast!

Recently, the area around Tenmangu Shrine has become a bit lively! From reliable standing bars serving home-cooked dishes, to popular alumni-owned shops and casual Japanese restaurants with a strong focus on quality. I love this area. The only downside is that it's a bit hard to get to... I took a taxi from Tenmangu Shrine. The interior of the restaurant is cute, with mostly young female customers. The menu features a lot of Italian dishes, but they also offer sashimi and fried chicken. Unfortunately, some menu items were sold out, but we ordered a sashimi platter, snow crab and egg tartare, steamed clams and shiitake mushrooms, and clam and white onion vongole. The presentation and plates were great, and the food was delicious!

Tenma is a fun neighborhood, isn't it~ This place is a little bit away from the bustling area, but don't underestimate it! It's usually fully booked, so if you want to go, make sure to reserve early! The menu is always enjoyable to look at♪ The wine selection is great, with many options available by the glass, so I usually go from white to red (laughs). As mentioned in the menu, first, the assorted appetizers with bonito flakes are a feast for the eyes, especially the tomato dish♪ When eating this, it's recommended to first place the bonito flakes on another plate and then mix it with the tomato. Other items include edamame, herring roe, and boiled komatsuna, all with gentle flavors that satisfy adult palates. All this for only 1,680 yen – can you believe it?! Next, the hot and crispy Gold Rush Corn Karaage is a treat, with pink rock salt enhancing the sweetness of the corn. And then, the Anchovy Potato Salad is a visual and flavorful delight, with plenty of green onions complementing the anchovies. The Oven-Baked Spare Ribs in sauce are as expected – delicious! I chose red wine, but feeling like having fish, I switched back to white for the Sardines with Iwashi and Nankou Ume Oil, a perfect pairing. Lastly, the Izumi Province Water Eggplant Pickles with Tasmanian mustard, one of my favorites, was a delightful ending. Once again, I was completely satisfied! Looking forward to the next visit~

The restaurant opened in 2023 is always crowded and popular. The head chef, who trained in both Japanese and Italian cuisine, has now opened his own place. It caters to both Japanese food lovers like me and my wife who enjoys Western cuisine. The prices are reasonable, and the freshness of the sashimi is top-notch. I will definitely be coming back. It would be great if they had more varieties of sake, but the menu pairs well with wine too. It can be difficult to get a reservation for the first seating, but you can usually get in around 9 pm, making it a good option for a late meal or a second stop for the night!

The renovated towel shop turned restaurant has high ceilings, making it feel more spacious than it actually is. The counter and tables are both great, and the appetizers served there are fantastic. The overflowing sparkling wine is poured generously, providing a satisfying experience. The silhouette of each glass is lovely. The dishes, a mix of Japanese and Western, are all delicious without any sense of discord. Even the desserts are satisfying, although the prices are a bit high.

"Near Osaka Metro Minamimorimachi Station and JR Tozai Line Osaka Tenmangu Station, there is a restaurant called "Shokudo TOMIDORI36" which offers a wide selection of wine and champagne. They mainly serve Japanese cuisine such as assorted appetizers and beef tataki. It was a bit disappointing that they only had three types of sake available. The food was delicious though. Thank you for the meal."

The menu is mainly Japanese cuisine with a light taste. There are a lot of seafood dishes! Each dish seems to be carefully thought out. The shrimp was so delicious. They also have a variety of Western dishes like pasta and lasagna! We ordered the assorted appetizers and sashimi platter. The sashimi platter was beautifully arranged for each person! The octopus was tender and tasty!

Today, I went bar hopping around Minamimori-cho. The first stop was the popular new restaurant "Shokudo TOMIDORI36" which opened in April 2023. Despite being newly opened, it was already packed with customers, so reservations are a must. This creative izakaya offers playful dishes that are popular with women at reasonable prices. Anchovy Potato Salad for 480 yen is a must-try, with anchovies and spring onions on a bed of potato salad. It's a salty dish that goes well with alcohol. The Zuwai crab and egg tartare for 680 yen is a stylish dish where you dip tartare into tobiko. It pairs well with wine. The assorted sashimi (per person) for 679 yen comes in a cute bento box. It includes fresh ingredients like raw whitebait, amberjack, flounder, octopus from Akashi, and sweet shrimp. It's a great value for a variety of high-quality sashimi. Overall, it's a popular and satisfying restaurant.

I recently visited a newly opened restaurant that I had been curious about. Located a bit off the beaten path in Minamimorimachi, I always imagined it would be crowded whenever I passed by, but by chance it was empty so I decided to stop by. They had a wide variety of fresh fish and elaborately prepared dishes. The selection of drinks was also extensive. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant. Thank you for the delicious meal.

A new stylish restaurant has opened in Minamisencho area. I invited someone I am always grateful to and visited the restaurant. Every dish was carefully crafted to pair well with alcohol. The sashimi was served in a bento-like case, which was very stylish. Everything was delicious! Highly recommended for a date night.

A popular new restaurant opened in Minamisencho area. The owner, who trained at a traditional Japanese restaurant in Minami for 10 years and at the renowned Italian restaurant "Pieno" for 16 years, has now opened his own place. The restaurant features impressive counter seats made from single planks, as well as tables for 4 and 6 people, making it suitable for solo diners or groups. The menu consists of 80% Japanese dishes and 20% Italian dishes, all of high quality and reasonably priced. Some of the dishes include a variety of appetizers, a sashimi platter, Roman-style tripe stew, and a unique dish called "Unagi Tamago Nori" that has been trending on social media. The restaurant is receiving a lot of reservation calls, so be sure to book in advance.

I was curious about a new restaurant that recently opened in the neighborhood. When I called at 8:30 PM on Saturday, they said they were fully booked. I called again after 9:00 PM and luckily there was a table available, so I visited the restaurant for the first time. In conclusion, it was a great restaurant that has appeared in Minami-Temma. It had a mix of Japanese and Italian dishes, with a variety of fish, meat, and pasta options that all looked delicious in a pleasantly chaotic atmosphere. I ordered a platter of small dishes, as well as negitoro and edamame. Some items like potato salad, tripe, and eel roll were sold out. The sea urchin pasta and lasagna also looked tasty, but I had to skip them due to stomach capacity. The platter had good portion sizes and high quality, and I was satisfied. The negitoro was delicious with fatty tuna and green onions that paired well together. The edamame was also well-prepared, showing the owner's expertise. It seems like this restaurant will become even more popular in the future, so I want to revisit it soon while I still can.

A unique new restaurant has opened on the south side of lively Osaka Tenmangu Shrine! I made a reservation and visited the TOMIDORI36 dining room, which I had been curious about on Instagram. The address of TOMIDORI36 dining room is 4-12-19 Tenma, Kita-ku, Osaka, a 4-minute walk from Minamimorimachi Station on the Osaka Metro. The owner, who trained in Japanese cuisine for 10 years and Italian cuisine for 16 years, opened the restaurant on 4/6! It is already a popular spot and bustling with customers. *Reservations are recommended. I arrived at the restaurant before 8:00 PM. Closed on irregular days *Shop information is available on Instagram Business hours: 17:00-24:00 (Last order 23:00) I thoroughly disinfected both hands with the alcohol at the entrance and confirmed with the staff about my reservation and permission for taking photos before being seated at the counter. They have a wide range of alcohol options including beer, sake, shochu, and wine. I ordered two draft beers and toasted to my wife for her hard work during Golden Week! The cold beer went down smoothly! The menu offers a variety of Japanese and Italian dishes, which is very enjoyable. After discussing with my wife, we ordered the following dishes: Hors d'oeuvres assortment, sashimi platter, uramaki sushi, and Roman-style tripe stew. After a short wait, the dishes arrived one by one. The sashimi platter came in a wooden box, beautifully decorated with edible flowers. This day's sashimi platter included botan shrimp, bluefin tuna belly, grilled nodoguro with frost, and nori with ponzu sauce! The cuts were beautiful and delicious. The recommended hors d'oeuvres assortment was served in small dishes, perfect for enjoying with beer. My wife chose a draft beer and a sparkling wine. They have a variety of sake served in masu cups, but it was the first time I saw wine served in a masu cup. The Roman-style tripe stew was made with carefully prepared honeycomb tripe, cooked to perfection with great texture and flavor. The uramaki sushi had egg roll, eel, wasabi, and sansho pepper on top of seaweed. It was a delicious combination with a twist. The quality of the dishes was high, and the place was bustling with customers, proving its popularity. It was a delightful meal!
