It is made from freshly squeezed low-temperature pasteurized milk (of course, non-homogenized) and it is delicious. It is recommended to taste it on the spot for those who cannot buy bottled milk while traveling (^O^). The most popular item at this shop is definitely the soft serve ice cream. Everyone seems to enjoy it so much. There are also items such as coffee jelly with soft serve ice cream on top, sundaes, and waffles with the famous milk jam. Scones and cow-patterned goods are also available as souvenirs. The highly recommended item is the clotted cream. There are only about two places in Japan that make it, and it is a precious item. With a fat content of 60%, it has a rich and milky taste that is a cross between butter and cream. It is delicious whether you enjoy it with scones or pancakes in an English afternoon tea style, or spread it on bread. It is a bit expensive at 1404 yen for 100g, but it is really delicious. It has a slightly different aroma compared to Asunaro milk that I usually drink. The grass they feed the cows must be different. It is creamy and thick, with a taste similar to liquidized ice cream. It is simply delicious! I finished the 720ml quickly.

It is located in the Esta Obihiro Nishikan building inside the station. This takeout café is operated directly by the "Tokachi Shinmura Farm" in Kamishihoro Town. I purchased the Soft Cream (Mix) with milk and mocha flavors. It was delicious with a subtle sweetness, a grainy texture, and a nice richness. The naming of "Milk" instead of "Vanilla" makes sense! I enjoyed it all in one go. The soft cream was really tasty being directly from the farm. I'll try the Milk Jam next time.

There are very few shops that make clotted cream, and I have been wanting to try it but never had the chance. When I heard that Tokachi Shinmura Ranch sells it, I immediately decided to buy it! The clotted cream I tried for the first time had a simple and rustic flavor. It seems like it's just condensed cream without any added flavors. It's a simple yet luxurious taste, different from what I expected. It was really delicious, and I imagine it would be even better when paired with jam or other toppings. I would definitely like to buy it again!

I ordered the "Milk Jam Sundae (Mocha)" for 400 yen. The sundae made with rich soft serve ice cream from Shinmura Farm's fresh milk was delicious! It was filled with plenty of mocha-flavored milk jam inside. This was my first time trying milk jam, which is made by simmering pasture milk and granulated sugar only. It's quite tasty! I might buy a jar of this jam to take home. Looking at the display shelf, there were many varieties of milk jam! The staff said the "Plain" one is the most popular. It can be used in various ways like spreading on bread, drizzling over fruit, or adding to drinks. But it's said to be especially delicious with this shop's scones. I bought the "Milk Jam (Plain)" for 756 yen and the scones for 486 yen to take home. I warmed up the scones in the toaster oven for about 3 minutes. The scones had a light, crumbly texture and were not too sweet. This subtle sweetness is to highlight the deliciousness of the milk jam. I generously spread the milk jam on the scones and enjoyed the rich milk flavor, which was enhanced by the scones. The leftover jam was perfect for spreading on my breakfast toast!

Since I didn't know about Shinmura Farm, I decided to try their soft serve ice cream. They had three flavors, and I chose the mixed one. I sat on a chair in the food court and enjoyed the cold and delicious soft serve ice cream. However, I couldn't really tell the difference in taste compared to soft serve ice cream from other shops. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the soft serve ice cream I purchased. I think it's convenient for meeting up or taking a short break.

I wanted to try the soft serve ice cream from Shinmura Farm, so I ordered the Coffee Jelly Sundae for 400 yen. The Coffee Jelly was the top choice, so I went with that. It was delicious and light.

It's delicious spread on bread. It's also tasty when added to drinks as recommended. People who don't like sweet things might find it too rich. The price is also around 700 yen each.

I somehow felt like having soft serve, so I ordered a mix, but it turned out to be mocha soft serve (300). It's okay either way, so I'll have it. It's a light and refreshing soft serve. Because of that, the sweetness from the sugar stands out a bit. It might be even more noticeable because of the mocha flavor. I think a plain soft serve would have been better here.
