The beef tongue set meal comes with a 10-piece beef tongue and grated yam. It's a bit pricey but quite delicious. The cold soup set meal includes grilled horse mackerel, chicken tempura, and cold soup with cold miso soup, tofu, cucumber, Kyoto-style fried tofu, seven spices, plenty of green onions, and crispy fried tofu. I also had some alcohol, so I was full and satisfied.

Arrived at 7:30 p.m. Wrote my name on the waiting board and was seated within 5 minutes. Ordered the "Salmon Belly Set Meal: 890 yen". Opted for a large serving of rice with free refills. The meal was served in 10 minutes. The set included 2 slices of salmon, rice, miso soup, and pickles. The salmon was very fatty and flavorful, easy to eat due to the few bones. Would have liked a bit more grated daikon radish to balance out the richness. The restaurant had a casual Japanese-style atmosphere with a color scheme of white and black. Seating options included 4-person tables, 2-person tables, and counter seats. There were 2 female and 1 male staff members who efficiently and politely served customers. The service was good. The restaurant was completely non-smoking, which was appreciated.

I was feeling a bit hungry, so I decided to try the limited-time "Tender Beef Tongue Sagari Mountain Set Meal" from the 29th for 5 days. I went for the 300g option for a little luxury (1,990 yen + tax). The sweet and savory sauce is perfect, and I can't stop eating the rice (lol). So, I decided to visit two different restaurants: "Tanto" for beef tongue and dried fish, and "Wakura" for a change. I ordered a set meal with 10 pieces of beef tongue and a set meal with grilled horse mackerel. I also ordered addictive cabbage and dried firefly squid. The thick-cut beef tongue had a well-seasoned taste and was satisfying. The horse mackerel was large and tasted good. The dried firefly squid made me crave some sake. There was a decent selection of sake, but since I had driven there, I had to pass. With two drinks and these dishes, the total came to around 5500 yen. Overall, it's not a bad choice for dining at the Aeon mall.

The pork miso soup was filled with plenty of ingredients, with lots of burdock, giving it a distinctive flavor. The soup was not too thick, almost like a stew.
