It started with appetizers, then half of the sushi, followed by a few small dishes, and ended with the remaining half of the sushi. Located near Minamiku and Yuquantei, across the road from Super MaxValu. The shop is small with only 2 tables, mainly focusing on takeout and catering. I made a reservation and visited. The lunch options were Chirashi course for 1650 yen, Sushi course for 2200 yen, and Ayame course for 3850 yen. I chose the Sushi course for 2200 yen, which included appetizer, salad, 8 pieces of sushi, soup, and dessert. Additional orders for nigiri were also available. The appetizer was sesame tofu with yuzu peel and sweet potato, nicely presented. The salad included leafy greens, Jerusalem artichoke chips, and ice plant for interesting textures. The sushi platter had 8 pieces served on a large plate. We were a group of 4. The fish like horse mackerel, sea bream, and tuna were all thick cuts. The shrimp was grilled, and some had foie gras toppings. The Nanshikan Inari was juicy, and there was also tamagoyaki. The soup was red miso with salmon scraps and rice crackers. The dessert was warabimochi. Overall, for 2200 yen, it was a satisfying meal.

Across the road, there is a Max Valu supermarket, which can serve as a landmark. The shop doesn't have parking, but there are several coin parking lots nearby. Run by a friendly couple, the restaurant is unusual for not having a counter seat, only 8 table seats. The husband has trained for 20 years and opened the shop in September 2018. They seem to focus on takeout as well. Lunch menu has 3 options, each excluding tax: - Chirashi Course: Small dish, chirashi sushi, soup, dessert (1,500 yen) - Nigiri Course: Small dish, salad, 7 nigiri, Inari sushi, soup, dessert (2,000 yen) - Irodori Sae Course: Small dish, salad, 9 nigiri, Inari sushi, tempura, chawanmushi, soup, dessert (3,500 yen) Although the menu states lunchtime is from 11:00, it may vary depending on the day's situation, so it's recommended to make a reservation. I made a reservation by phone for 13:30. Coming from Ropponmatsu, the road was congested, so it's best to arrive early. I ordered the 2,200 yen sushi course.
