The staff is cheerful and polite. The red vinegar rice was delicious and the toppings were also tasty. The fish is delicious, so all the side dishes are also tasty. It's a sister store of Sushiro, so they serve the classic Sushiro dessert, Catalana, which is torched right in front of you.

Head to Sushitama in Owada, Osaka, a popular sushi izakaya. I forgot to take a picture of the outside of the restaurant. We ordered the greedy sashimi platter (enough for two) and it was delicious. The rotating sushi here is top-notch, just as you'd expect from a chain restaurant like Sushiro. The Sushitama potato salad is served in a capsule, and when you open it, a runny egg comes out - so cool! The daikon radish in the oden tastes like tempura, which I love. The fried squid and the simmered mackerel with plenty of garnish were also excellent. The ramen with sea bream broth was flavorful, and the tuna and olive oil dish was a delightful surprise. The sushi rice has a brownish color because they use balsamic vinegar - interesting! The rare sardines and prosciutto pairing was a forbidden delight. The rolled omelet with grated daikon and spicy grated radish were both great in texture. The value for money here is excellent, and the fish is delicious. Don't underestimate chain restaurants - this meal was a treat. Thank you for the feast!

I ordered the 3,500 yen course and was very satisfied with the content. It had a sufficient volume and came with all-you-can-drink which I think is unbeatable for this price. I would like to go again.

The restaurant has only been open for a few days, so the staff are not yet familiar with their roles. Orders sometimes come out wrong or take a while to arrive. The sushi is at a normal conveyor belt sushi level. Looking forward to improvements in the future.
