There is a restaurant located along a major road with a decent number of parking spaces available. When I entered the restaurant, there were only 2-3 customers, but there was a constant flow of people coming in and out. There is a pitcher of water on every table and every other seat at the counter, which I wish all Yoshinoya locations would do. I ordered the ham, egg, and natto set meal with a raw egg. The food was served promptly, and I was able to get a large serving of rice and even had seconds. I ended up turning my leftover rice into egg over rice, and it was delicious.

Curry is definitely best when it's spicy, but at my house, there are more fans of sweet curry, so we always end up making super sweet curry through a majority vote. Today, I went out for lunch with some guys. My little one said he wanted to eat curry, so we quickly headed over here. (My kids all love the kids' curry from Yoshinoya). Plus, I was curious about the limited-time Tsukimi Gyudon series. So, I ordered: - Mini curry set for 305 yen tax included, with apple juice and jelly. - Tsukimi Gyudon regular size for 602 yen, and it had a lot of meat in it. I thought it had a lot of meat while eating, but apparently it has the same amount of meat as the large size Gyudon. No wonder it's so much, and it's pretty good. This Yoshinoya, located at Sakai Interchange on Semboku Route 2, has fewer counter seats and more table seats, so it's convenient even with kids. Thanks for the meal!

On the first day of the consecutive holidays, I had eel at Yoshinoya. It was the start of the summer holidays, but with the arrival of the 7th wave of COVID-19, all plans for outings were canceled. However, starting today's 3-day weekend (actually, I took a paid day off yesterday, so I have a 4-day weekend), even though the weather is gloomy. To lift my spirits, I had una-don at my usual Yoshinoya. I had a large portion of eel, generously topped with sauce and two bags of sansho pepper. The crispy eel, spicy sauce, and satisfying breakfast made me happy. Remembering today's happiness, I feel like I can spend some time with simple side dishes. By the way, my husband who was with me had the regular beef set. Sorry. I have eel at Yoshinoya every year, and it's always delicious. However, the eel don I remember from a few years ago was around 770 yen, and the eel seemed to have gotten bigger. Also, the eel bowl seemed to have become smaller. By the way, I like this Yoshinoya store at Sakai IC because the staff are very kind.

No one's here! Is that even possible? It's a bit lonely. I ordered the beef and salmon set meal. I really like Yoshinoya's salmon for some reason. Visited after a long time on November 16, 2019 (Saturday). Ate a limited-time menu item, so I'm sharing my experience. Located in Hirai, Naka-ku, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. Entered the restaurant at 12:45 PM. The place was almost full. Ordered the "Beef Hot Pot with Spicy Sauce: 748 yen + 100 yen (extra portion) = 848 yen". Rice is free for refills. The dish was served in about 10 minutes after ordering, which I found impressive. The menu description: The soup is made from pork bones and chicken bones, mixed with Chen Jianyi's special spicy sauce, simmered with ingredients, and finished with Sichuan pepper oil. It was quite spicy and packed with flavor. The hot pot stayed hot and spicy for a long time! I was sweating from my forehead, but my body felt warm to the core. The beef had the same texture and deliciousness as beef bowl. Of course, it was tasty. The seasoning was addictive. The Sichuan pepper oil was irresistible.

On my day off, I decided to have breakfast at Yoshinoya instead of my usual Matsuya. This Yoshinoya in Sakai is relatively new, with a bright and unified interior design of white and wood. There were mainly table seats, and all the staff that day were female. It had a family-friendly atmosphere, and during the summer vacation, children can enjoy half-priced beef bowls. I ordered a large beef bowl (550 yen) with an additional raw egg (70 yen). The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant helped me start my day off right. Thank you for the meal!

There are times when I suddenly crave gyudon, and it has to be Yoshinoya. Located in Hirai, Naka-ku, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. I arrived at 2:00 PM and the restaurant was almost full. I ordered the "Atama (large serving) Gyudon: 480 yen + Asari soup: 160 yen (tax included)" with the gyudon served without broth. It was delicious, just as I remembered. The taste is unique to Yoshinoya. The asari soup was also flavorful and delicious. The interior of the restaurant is bright and clean, with more table seats than counter seats. There is natural light coming in, creating a spacious and welcoming atmosphere that is appealing to families and women. Most of the staff, both in the hall and kitchen, are female. One staff member stood out for their exceptional service, from greeting to cleanup, with a lovely smile throughout. I wanted to highlight this excellent service in my review. The restaurant is completely non-smoking.

The other day, a new Yoshinoya opened at Izumikita 2 on 3/1 o(^-^)o It looks like Yodobashi Camera and Ramen will be opening next to it on the former Subaru Osaka site o(^-^)o I ordered the new Chicken Sukiyaki Don for 450 yen with extra sauce as usual, but they said they couldn't make it that way (≧∀≦) I was the only customer there, so it felt like a private dining experience o(^-^)o I had to wait about 5 minutes while they heated up the retort pouch. As part of the new launch celebration, they offered a coupon campaign where customers could get a 10% discount by showing the 'Pokémon GO' screen on their smartphone at the time of payment. The campaign ran from October 20th to October 25th, but it has already ended. I ordered takeout and got the following items: - Beef sukiyaki (regular) ¥548 - Beef kalbi plate ¥458 - Miso soup (extra) @¥120×2 ¥240 - Oshinko (pickles) / salad @¥148×2 ¥296 After the 10% discount, the total bill was reduced. The beef sukiyaki had plenty of meat and a generous portion of noodles, but the raw egg was already cracked, so it wasn't ideal for eating later.
