The bartender suggested a sweet cocktail with a vodka base that had elements of black beans and Nikka for a rich flavor, which was perfect for warming up. They also offered a unique cocktail made with Japanese red tea, domestic bergamot, and Bushmills, creating an instant Earl Grey-like drink beyond imagination. I will definitely revisit while the memory is still fresh!

The bar in Ginza 3-chome that I visited after watching Kabuki the other day was absolutely lovely! I wanted to drink a fruit cocktail, so I ordered the melon one first. My friend also chose melon, but we were surprised when different cocktails arrived ❤️ We compared them and both were delicious, mine even had vanilla ice cream on top so it was like a cream soda. I also tried a passion fruit cocktail with finger lime (fruit caviar) for a fun texture, and a peach and basil cocktail. They have tea utensils, so I asked and found out that they can make tea or turn it into a cocktail as well. I definitely want to try the tea next time! After watching a Kabuki performance, my friends and I decided to go for a drink and found this hidden gem of a bar nearby. The entrance was discreet, and as soon as we stepped inside, a moody atmosphere enveloped us. The name of the bar wasn't prominently displayed, so we used the light from the door as a clue to find it. The interior was very elegant, and we enjoyed sipping on delicious cocktails in a quiet and sophisticated setting. The owner had the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism, making our experience very pleasant. That evening, we tried three cocktails made with fresh fruits. The first one, a caviar and passion fruit cocktail, was a refreshing delight with its burst of flavors. We then had a peach mojito and an adult melon soda, both of which were equally enchanting. Each cocktail was unique and intricately crafted, making them truly delicious. We were lucky to get a table early, as the bar quickly filled up afterwards. It might be challenging to find a spot during peak hours, but I would definitely love to visit this bar again. There aren't many places open late in Higashi-Ginza, so this bar seems like a great find for future outings.

I wandered around the night city for the first time in a while after the end of the spread prevention measures. When I tried to enter a restaurant around 11 PM, it was full and I couldn't get in, so I wandered around looking for another place, but couldn't find a good one. It was past midnight, so I called a restaurant where people might have gone home to catch the last train. They said I could come in. When I entered the restaurant, I could hear pleasant music playing. Going down the stairs, I found a counter-only interior. I sat at the counter in a slightly dimly lit room. The bartender asked, "What can I get for you?" Since there was no menu, I asked what kind of rum they had, and many options were presented. I chose the strongest one on the rocks. My wife had an original cocktail made with fruit tomatoes. Her cocktail was made very carefully and took time. For the second round, I had a strong Islay whiskey, and my wife had a strawberry cocktail. The cocktails were made with care, and there was a wide variety of alcohol available. Most importantly, we enjoyed delicious drinks in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

First visit. After finishing a meal at another restaurant, I stumbled upon a different world. I opened the door and went down the stairs to find a counter. The interior of the restaurant is dimly lit but has a calming atmosphere. As soon as I entered the restaurant, my expectations rose. There were many lovely glasses, and I was intrigued by the Edo kiriko glass. When I requested it, I was served a rare and smoky Scotch in that glass. It was delicious with a rich aroma. It was a wonderful bar where you could also get intoxicated by the atmosphere. I will definitely visit again. ^_^

I visited the restaurant with my parents on the first day of Reiwa era, after a long time. We couldn't make a reservation, so we arrived just before opening. We tried to negotiate to wait inside due to the rain, but it was not allowed. After some time, we were eventually allowed in, but initially, we were told they only accept groups of 3 people, which was surprising. After some negotiation, we were finally able to enter. I had champagne, white wine, and Yamazaki whiskey, while my husband and father had cocktails, and my mother had a non-alcoholic strawberry cocktail. The service after entering was good as usual, but the initial experience was disappointing. I hope this was a one-time incident.

After leaving the first place, I decided to have a few more drinks and headed towards a less crowded area from Higashi Ginza. There were no people around, just empty back alleys. A faint light could be seen in the distance. Wait, is this the place? A hidden gem that you would never find if you didn't know about it. I peeked inside through the glass door and saw a warm glow. Opening the door, I descended the stairs to the basement. Wow! The space was absolutely amazing! The dimly lit interior was illuminated by flickering candlelight. The irregularly dancing flames were mesmerizing. There was a row of absinthe bottles from the Tatsunoko Distillery. Amazing! The drinks here are so delicious. You don't see many places that offer such a selection. The lined-up bottles looked like they belonged in a medieval European underground laboratory. - Grasshopper: Rich and very creamy. Smoother than other places! - Tom Collins: Refreshing and tangy. Sweet and bubbly. The carbonation provides a nice kick. - Melon: I asked what fruit-based cocktails they could make, and they said they could make strawberry, melon, and apple today. So, I chose my favorite, melon. They used freshly scooped fruit flesh right in front of me. It was perfectly ripe. A cocktail made with a vanilla-based herbal liqueur and shochu lees. It was incredibly juicy! More fruity and dense than fresh juice from a juice bar, and absolutely delicious. - Yama Saru: I asked for something sour. Given that I like shochu, the base was Yama Saru. A cocktail mixed with awamori moromi vinegar and lots of lemon juice. It was tangy and refreshing, with depth added by the moromi vinegar, creating a complex yet refreshing flavor. - Stinger: A strong one that packs a punch. Despite being a strong drink, you could feel the depth of the whiskey in each sip. Sipping slowly and savoring the taste. Before I knew it, time had flown by. The jazz music playing on the record player created a great atmosphere, and the unique selection of spirits and creative combinations made the experience interesting. I had a wonderful time! There are no menus or signs, so the first time visitors may feel confused. There are no tables, only a counter with about 10 seats. The atmosphere of the restaurant is unique, with records, liquor bottles, and lamps arranged in a stylish way. The owner is in their early 40s and has a great balance between talking and giving space. The prices at this place are quite cheap considering the location.
