Tamatsukuri is a place that has recently seen many new food and drink establishments, making it a worth exploring location. While there are many famous old shops, this time I visited one of the newer ones. The shop is located along Tamatsukuri Street, and although the entrance was a bit hard to find, it was located just a little way into the shopping street with an L-shaped counter and box counters, making it very clean and beautiful. The staff were very kind and friendly, and I had a very enjoyable meal. The quiche, appetizer assortment, all were delicious. The shabu-shabu was also great as you could order various cuts of meat. It was a delightful experience! Cheers!

During a meeting, I was taken to this restaurant. Located quietly in a back alley near Tamatsukuri Station, with a counter-style setting and a calm atmosphere. They have small individual pots at the counter, perfect for solo dining. I ordered the beef shabu-shabu set, with the option to add more vegetables and meat. The beef slices were beautifully thin and cooked quickly due to using A5 rank wagyu beef. I also ordered some pork as an extra. For the finishing touch, we had delicious porridge. Even the porridge was amazing! Eating delicious hot pot made me happy. I know someone who dislikes sharing the same pot and chopsticks with others, but here, each person has their own pot, making it a comfortable dining experience where you can eat at your own pace. Apart from hot pot, they also have a variety of side dishes to enjoy while waiting for the hot pot. It was nice to be able to sip on something while waiting for the hot pot. The hot pot warmed my body, was delicious, and made me feel cozy. Thank you for the meal.

It's delicious!!! The meat is sliced after ordering. I ordered horse meat and beef, both were delicious! The vegetables that come with it are also tasty! Personally, I liked the sweet potatoes the most (^o^) The hot pot is on a low table, making it easy to eat (^。^)

Gomadare is the best! I can't get enough of it. This time, I tried the crab miso gratin that wasn't available last time. Ah, it was delicious.

This time, a perfect hot pot for a cold day! Just a 2-3 minute walk from Tamatsukuri Station on JR and the subway. You can walk through the Tamatsukuri Hinode Shotengai without getting wet in the rain. It opened on October 13th this year! It's a hot pot specialty store for "pork shabu-shabu" and "beef shabu-shabu" for one person. They also have a variety of side dishes. First, start with a draft beer. Before the hot pot, some appetizers - lettuce with salted kelp and marinated octopus. The salted kelp on lettuce is refreshing and delicious! I want to try making it myself. Oyster sautéed in butter soy sauce. Butter and soy sauce is a classic combination! It can't be anything but delicious. The hot pot I chose was pork shabu-shabu with soy milk. My friend chose the basic broth. The vegetables used that day are explained with their place of origin. This is a subtle but important point! There are two types of pork meat, belly and loin. Let's shabu-shabu! There are two types of sesame sauce and ponzu sauce, so you can enjoy them alternately. A recommended by the staff! Ginger oil and garlic oil. Especially the garlic oil is recommended, so I added it to the sesame sauce and...wow! It's really delicious. Add ginger oil to the ponzu sauce. After drinking three draft beers and some sake, I wanted to finish with rice or noodles...but I drank too much beer and my stomach is full. Thanks for the meal! Manager Mima, I'll come back next time to try the "beef shabu-shabu"!

This time I visited a restaurant and had Namul and Carpaccio. I had Hirame and Salmon that day. The menu seems to be getting more varied. The hot pot set starts from 1,580 yen with sesame sauce and ponzu as the basic sauces. Last time I had pork shabu-shabu, so this time I had beef brisket... it's actually shoulder meat. I lightly cooked it shabu-shabu style and dipped it in the special sesame sauce. The meat was delicious, and the sauce was tasty too. We toasted with a wine for the grand opening celebration. The wine went well with tomato paste. I also added pork to the meal. Adding a little garlic oil made it even more delicious. Lastly, I had tomato risotto with rice and cheese. There are also pasta options available, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes. I had a satisfying meal, thank you! It seems like this place will come in handy during the upcoming season.

Hello. This is Shirai Nissan 168. The 57th stop is Nabe VOU House. It's about a 3-minute walk from Tamatsukuri subway station. I visited on Friday at 11 pm, but since I had already eaten dinner and had another appointment at midnight, I couldn't have the hot pot, so I only ordered one dish. I asked if they could provide a platter of appetizers to go with the drinks, and they were flexible and accommodating. I had the grilled salted shrimp, which went well with the drinks. I would like to visit again next time for the hot pot. No complaints.
