Good evening ( ̄Д ̄)ノ It's getting colder, isn't it? On days like this, I crave something warm to eat. Oh, I remember Tak-san reviewing a hot and delicious dipping noodles before! It looked so delicious... Tak-san's food is my food, my food is my food... I'll just copy someone else's delicious-looking review! Hello, it's Fujiiyan, now known as Jaian ( ̄Д ̄)ノ I parked my car at the coin parking near the restaurant and headed to the storefront. I checked out the menu written in front of the shop. Rich and tasty soy sauce, spicy miso, spicy tomato cheese!? Quite a lineup, I must say. Well, this time I fell in love with (copied Tak-san's review) the rich and tasty soy sauce. I entered the shop and went straight to the food ticket machine, where I ordered the rich and tasty soy sauce dipping noodles for 850 yen. I also ordered a mini tasty fried rice for 380 yen. I sat at the counter seat _( ˙꒳˙ _ )チョコン and handed the food ticket to the staff. It seems you can choose the amount of noodles (regular, medium, large), the thickness of the noodles (medium thin noodles, thick noodles), and whether you want garlic (yes, no). This time, I requested large size, thick noodles, with garlic. There were about 6 counter seats, each seating 4 people, I think! There were chili oil, shichimi pepper, vinegar, and black pepper on the table. While waiting and playing with my smartphone, the dishes arrived... ● Rich and tasty soy sauce dipping noodles, mini tasty fried rice for 1230 yen The fried rice arrived first, followed by the steaming hot rich and tasty soy sauce dipping noodles. Just as I saw in the review, it was steaming hot indeed ♬ First, I tried the noodles alone (〃ω〃) They have tapioca flour in them, giving a chewy texture to the thick noodles. I dipped them in the hot dipping sauce. Slurp~~~ (๑>◡<๑) Delicious, bursting with flavor ♡ The dipping sauce is filled with plenty of green onions and meat, infusing the sauce with their essence ♬ The rich and tasty soy sauce dipping sauce is full of richness and flavor. It's steaming hot and delicious!! The chewy thick noodles and the steaming hot sauce are addictive. The fried rice, with its well-seasoned taste and pickled ginger, was also delightful. I felt like adding some spiciness, so I sprinkled some shichimi pepper! I opened the lid, sprinkled it... and then... What!? The inner lid came off, and the shichimi pepper spilled out!? It looked like a comedy sketch, with a mountain of shichimi pepper in the dipping sauce ( ̄∇ ̄) That's when it turned into a super spicy and delicious soy sauce dipping noodles. Sweating, I gulped down some cold water. I finished the noodles, used the soup to finish it off, but I decided to stop at the red bottom... My lips were burning, but I managed to finish it all. The dipping sauce had a strong soy sauce flavor, with the essence of green onions and meat, and the thick noodles provided a satisfying chewiness. It was very delicious. Now I feel like trying the tomato cheese version too. This steaming hot dipping noodles are perfect for cold weather. I'll definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal! ===========

I went to the restaurant at 11 am on Saturday. The counter seats for 6 people were almost full, and there were two 4-person tables available. I paid in advance at the ticket machine at the entrance. The noodles come in regular, medium, and large sizes, all at the same price! Even the regular size seemed quite filling for an average adult woman. I ordered the Tomato Cheese Spicy Tsukemen for 1100 yen. It was surprising how generous the portions of cheese, tomato, and beef were. Just that alone was filling and delicious. Lastly, I added white rice at the end like risotto. I'm already too full for dinner~ Around 11:30, there were many people waiting. The turnover was decently fast, but it's hot and women might not be able to eat quickly. The staff were kind and I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal. I want to go again!

The name may be unusual, but the tsukemen here was outstandingly delicious. It was a summer limited edition cold tomato tsukemen. The ticket machine had rankings and recommendations posted, with this tomato tsukemen being the top recommendation. However, the most popular item was not this one, so I am curious to see just how delicious the top-ranked item is. I am determined to try everything before I die.

I parked my car at a nearby affiliated coin parking and entered the restaurant a little after 9 pm. As someone who often works late, I am grateful that they are still open at this time. I purchased a ticket for "Rich and Flavorful Tsukemen" (980 yen) from the ticket machine and sat at the counter. I chose thick noodles (thick, medium) and medium noodle amount. The noodles that were brought to me looked very glossy and delicious, and the soup was boiling hot, a characteristic of "Ambishassu Hana". The noodles were served cold and firm, with a rich wheat flavor and a hint of sweetness. The soup was a rich and creamy triple soup of pork, chicken, and seafood, with plenty of leeks, large diced pork belly chashu, and seaweed. It had a strong garlic flavor and a punchy taste. When you dip the noodles in the soup, the thick and creamy flavor blends with the noodles and leeks, creating a rich and flavorful taste. The pork belly chashu was tender and fatty, and the texture of the abundant leeks added a nice accent. Although I ordered a medium noodle amount, there was plenty of food, and the rich soup made me feel full halfway through. However, I managed to finish the noodles and enjoyed the soup to the fullest by adding hot water.

Ambitious Spicy Ramen Mini Portion (comes with egg instead of a large portion) ¥980 At first glance, it looks really spicy and hot, which made me think it would be even spicier. However, it was deliciously spicy. I enjoy spicy food, but I also found it really tasty. The chashu comes in thick and thin slices (perfect for mixing with the noodles). I definitely want to go back!

Today, I tried the recommended dish by the store manager, which is the Natto Warm Tamago Cold Tsukemen with extra noodles and a side of mini rice. I also ordered fried rice. The Natto Warm Tamago Cold Tsukemen is refreshing and light, perfect for summer as you can even drink up the soup. It was surprisingly delicious!

The soup that can be enjoyed freshly cooked in a clay pot is very rich with flavors such as Japanese soy sauce, seafood pork bone, spicy and hot, tantan, cheese tomato, etc. If you're not sure, start with the "Japanese soy sauce" flavor. Despite being Japanese-style, it has a strong salty taste and a rich flavor. The noodles are made with tapioca flour, giving them a unique chewy texture. And on top of that, you can get a free extra-large portion! Ambishas Flower Food Log Rating: 3.55 (as of posting date) "Rich Soy Sauce Tsukemen (950 yen)" "White Rice (120 yen)" Points: - A tsukemen specialty shop opened in 2011 - Served in a clay pot, so it stays hot for longer - Choice of regular, medium, or large noodle portions - Noodle options include medium-thick and thick noodles - Very popular among students - No chemical seasoning used ⚠️ Cash payment only recommended access by city bus 206 from Kitaoji Station and Kitayama Station, about 1km from Kitaoji and Kyoto Stations [Explanation/Impressions] This shop is known for serving tsukemen in clay pots and is popular among students from the local university. When exchanging your meal ticket, they will ask if you want garlic, so be sure to say yes! It's best to visit when you have enough time as there is often a line in the evenings. While tsukemen often has a rich seafood broth, this one stands out with its delicious flavor. The soup in the clay pot stays hot and the combination of soy sauce and garlic gives it a bold taste that pairs perfectly with the rice. The noodles, made with tapioca flour, are chewy and go well with the special soup. The tender chashu pork and generous amount of green onions were flavorful beyond what you would expect from a no-chemical seasoning dish. Thank you for the meal. When I was a student, I used to walk all the way just to eat at this restaurant that I loved, so I decided to go back after a long time. The soup is brought to you piping hot and stays warm until you finish it, so you can enjoy it until the last drop. If it cools down, they can reheat it for you. You can choose between 200-400g of noodles for the same price. The rich soy sauce ramen lives up to its name with a thick, seafood-based soup, while the soy sauce version has a sweeter flavor. When I was a student, I used to only eat the rich ramen, but now I prefer the lighter soy sauce version. I've always loved ramen, but I used to avoid tsukemen because I thought the flavors wouldn't stick well. However, my opinion changed after coming to this restaurant with my friends. It's just that delicious!

Happy New Year! The first post on Tabelog in 2023 is a lunch at "Anbisha Flower" on Kitaoji Street with my eldest son. I went there with a hangover from drinking too much the night before. I ordered the "Rich and Thick Tsukemen - Pork Bone, Chicken White Broth, and Seafood Base, Large Size" for 980 yen. I thought the large size might be too much, but I decided to challenge it against my son. The dipping sauce was in a stone pot, keeping the soup warm, and the tsukemen was delicious with thick, smooth and chewy noodles. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish the noodles due to my hangover, but I did finish the soup by adding the soup base provided on the table. A very tasty and flavorful tsukemen, I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal!

The delicious tsukemen with a stable taste, the garlic-infused dipping sauce is irresistibly tasty. It stays delicious until the end because it is served hot in a stone pot. The fried rice is also delicious and I always enjoy it. I'm also curious about the tomato cheese tsukemen, which is only available at night.

I ordered the Tsukemen with thick Hokkaido butter and half-boiled egg for lunch. I recommend adding garlic and choosing thick noodles. The butter blends well with the soup, giving it a delicious Western flavor. At first, I thought it was one of the best Tsukemen I've had, but it became a bit too heavy as I ate more. Despite being a popular spot, the restaurant had a steady stream of customers even after lunchtime.

Before 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As soon as I entered the store, I strongly felt the smell of garlic. Soy sauce dipping noodles for ¥850, large 400g. The waiting time is within 10 minutes. Surprisingly, there are many group customers, especially popular among middle-aged people. The noodles seem to contain tapioca flour, giving them a smooth and chewy texture. The hydration level doesn't seem too low, but the aroma is quite good. The fact that there is a sieve at the bottom is also highly rated. However, the taste falls within the range of commonly delicious noodles. 3.3 Soup It is a Japanese-style soy sauce soup, not thick or heavy. It has a type of soup that conveys the umami of soy sauce and is delicious. However, personally, I think there is too much garlic. The impression is that there is also a lot of oil. I think they are trying to add thickness with garlic and oil, but the soy sauce base is delicious enough, so I think they should focus on that taste and acidity. At the bottom of the soup, there are large chunks of meat that have been simmered for a long time and are in a tender state. The soup seeps into the gaps and tastes delicious. 3.5 The soup base is probably made from bonito broth. By adding a seafood flavor at the end, it becomes a different type of soup. Good. When leaving the store, despite there being many empty seats, there was a line outside, possibly due to the operation or staffing.

[Date] August 26, 2022 (Friday) 8:58 PM [Food Rating] 3.55 [Waiting Time] Full house, waited for 6 people (10 minutes) [Customer Service] Excellent [Would Visit Again] Yes [Payment Method] Cash The restaurant was full with a 6-person wait, but we were told 30 minutes and ended up waiting only about 10 minutes. It's good that we got seated quickly, but the significant discrepancy in the estimated wait time is a bit concerning, as some people might give up if they hear a longer wait. The food was served promptly after being seated, within 3 minutes. Koku-uma-rich tsukemen (regular): [Noodles] Thick, loose curly noodles (cold serving 250g) [Toppings] Pork chashu, chopped green onions, seaweed, menma, others [Dipping sauce] Mataoma style (medium garlic) [Serving Time] 10 minutes The garlic worked its magic in this consistently delicious dish! The noodles were smooth with a good chew, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. The chashu was a hefty chunk, quite impressive! Koku-uma-shoyu tsukemen (regular): [Noodles] Thick, loose curly noodles (cold serving 250g) [Toppings] Pork chashu, chopped green onions, seaweed, menma, back fat [Dipping sauce] Soy sauce (medium garlic) [Serving Time] 10 minutes Just like the rich version, this one had plenty of chopped green onions! And did I see back fat in there too!? The cold serving quickly turned piping hot! Delicious! [White Rice] Ordered as a finishing touch... Ended up diving it into the leftover dipping sauce! It was too tasty to resist! Koku-uma-rich tsukemen (regular) 900 yen Koku-uma-shoyu tsukemen (regular) 850 yen White rice 100 yen

Public holiday 12:30, waited for about 30 minutes. While waiting, I bought a meal ticket. I ordered Spicy Tsukemen for 890 yen, with an extra boiled egg for 80 yen. The noodles were served in a piping hot soup. It was hot, spicy, and delicious! I was so absorbed in eating that even the regular size was enough to fill me up.

When it comes to delicious tsukemen in Kyoto, Anbi Shasu Hanasan is the place to go. I brought a friend here because I wanted them to try it. They used to offer a free seasoned egg, which was a nice bonus. The tsukemen broth is filled with chunks of chashu. I opted for the large portion of noodles, which turned out to be a huge amount. It was a bit overwhelming, but the broth was so delicious with a strong garlic flavor that I managed to finish it all.

Today, I had dinner at a popular tsukemen restaurant in the Shimogamo area. The restaurant is known for using a clay pot to serve their tsukemen and for their soup that is free of artificial seasonings and additives. I bought a meal ticket at the entrance, and opted for the tsukemen since it was my first visit. I chose the "regular" size, and waited at the counter for my noodles to be cooked. I ordered the "Rich Soy Sauce Tsukemen," which is recommended for first-timers. The soup is boiled in a clay pot until it's bubbling hot. You can choose between "medium thin noodles" and "thick noodles," and I went with the staff's recommendation of thick noodles. The noodles had a nice chewy texture, and the soup had a sweet and punchy flavor with a hint of garlic. You can choose to add garlic when you order, and I recommend it. The thick slices of chashu pork at the bottom of the clay pot were meaty and satisfying. The soup had a smooth umami flavor from the Japanese broth and soy sauce, and it was delicious. I enjoyed the warm noodles until the end, and then savored the soup by itself. Overall, I found the quality of the delicious tsukemen to be top-notch.

I felt like eating tsukemen, so I went to this restaurant. There is a contract parking lot with some cashback, but it seemed a bit far and hard to find, so I parked at a coin parking lot a little west of the restaurant. I waited in line for a bit and ordered a medium-sized shoyu tsukemen and a mini fried rice. Even though it's a medium size, it's like a large portion at other restaurants. The fried rice is also in a mini size, but it might be enough for one person. It's really delicious, but it fills you up to the point where your stomach feels like it's going to burst. It's a place I would want to visit frequently.
