There is a parking lot available. A reasonably priced sushi restaurant even at night. The "Happiness Set" for 1900 yen includes sushi, chirashi, tempura, chawanmushi, simmered fish. It was neither particularly delicious nor bad. It was nostalgic to see the old-fashioned green agar jelly. 😊笑

A family-friendly restaurant with a big sign along the national highway. The restaurant has a bit of a traditional feel but is still clean. We were guided to a tatami room in the back after passing by the counter, and had a lively time together. The sushi mainly features fresh toppings like conger eel. The tempura was also crispy and delicious. They have a good selection of alcohol as well. The kids enjoyed rolls like cucumber rolls and spicy tuna rolls. The staff were kind and attentive. The parking lot is easy to find, but be careful when entering and exiting due to heavy traffic.

Today, my daughter who is visiting home mentioned she wanted to eat sushi, so we went to Gin Sushi in Buzen City. Whenever I come here, I always order the sushi set meal for 1000 yen (excluding tax). It includes sushi, tempura, small dishes, chawanmushi, and soup. The sushi set includes 8 pieces of nigiri, 1 gunkan, and 1 roll, with toppings such as salmon, squid, tamago, swordfish, eel, yellowtail, shrimp, sea bream, flying fish roe, and a thick roll. Although it's not high-end sushi, I think it's good for the price. The sushi rice was a bit firm which was a minor downside. The tempura included shrimp, bell pepper, carrot, pumpkin, and lotus root. The small dish was a Ryukyu dish of fish and seaweed with a strong sesame oil flavor that wasn't to my liking. The chawanmushi was filled with plenty of ingredients which was nice. Considering the price of 1000 yen for this meal, I believe it offers good value compared to conveyor belt sushi restaurants. The traditional Japanese room and the attentive service from the staff provide a touch of luxury. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

My family of five wanted to eat "live Kawahagi sashimi," so we contacted Gin Sushi, and they said they had good Kawahagi in their tank, so we decided to use it! I had used their restaurant, delivery, and catering services before, so I knew the quality. It's not exceptionally delicious, but everything is above average, the portions are generous, and you can use it with peace of mind. The Kawahagi was extremely delicious! No complaints! It's because it's live! Sometimes, I'm recommended by other restaurants that they have Kawahagi and liver, but when I reluctantly try it, if it's not live, the meat is loose and the liver has a strong smell. I recommend calling Gin Sushi to confirm what's in the tank before you go. You can eat delicious local fish there! ＼(^o^)／
