After a long time, the taste of Ichiran was strong, with plenty of garlic and very firm noodles. The first bite was delicious and nostalgic, so I kept eating eagerly. But halfway through, it started to feel heavy and I couldn't eat much more sadly. I guess I'm getting old. Despite grumbling, I managed to finish all the soup. I'll become a pig again.

The parking lot was spacious and easy to access by car when I visited on a weekday afternoon, so there were only 1 or 2 other customers. I was a bit worried about the taste since it was so empty, but the flavor was definitely authentic Ichiran. The soup and red spiciness are unique to Ichiran. Some ramen chain stores have different tastes depending on the location, but I feel like Ichiran is consistent.

It was just around lunchtime, and there were about 10 people in line, but I stopped by because I really wanted to eat. This ramen shop is my favorite. If it were closer to my home, I would eat here every day. It was delicious. Thank you very much.

I had the day off from work and had some errands to run in the neighborhood, so I came for a late lunch. I really love the taste of Ichiran ramen~ I wanted to try the chashu simmered pork too, but I can't eat too much because I'm hungover. I gave up and just had carbs on carbs! It was delicious. It's been two years since I last visited Ichiran. It's relatively close by and I can drive there, so I come here quite often. Even though they only have one type of ramen, for some reason I crave it occasionally. Today, I had the rich and creamy ramen with extra garlic, secret sauce 10 times stronger, firm noodles, and an extra serving of noodles. It cost 1,140 yen. When you scoop up just the secret sauce, it's initially sweet and full of umami, followed by a hint of spiciness. Even at 10 times the strength, it's mild enough to enjoy if you like spicy food. The thin noodles made it easy to finish quickly, and I polished off the extra serving of noodles in no time. Despite being tonkotsu-based, there was no unpleasant smell, just plenty of umami flavor. As always, it was a delicious bowl of ramen.

I stopped by the workplace nearby and enjoyed the reliable deliciousness. It's nice that each person has their own space, but I wish there was a shelf around knee level to put bags or small belongings on. Please consider adding one. The food was delicious as always. Thank you!

On August 20th (Saturday), for lunch, we went to "Ichiran Moriguchi Store". It had been a while since our last visit in April 15, 2017. We arrived just before noon, so the restaurant was still empty. We purchased our meal tickets at the ticket machine near the entrance, lined up at the counter, and then filled out our order sheets. - Son: Ramen with extra noodles - 1,140 yen - Flavor intensity: Strong - Richness: Standard - Garlic: 1/2 clove - Green onions: Green onions - Chashu: None - Red secret sauce: 3 times - Noodle firmness: Firm - Me: Ramen - 930 yen - Flavor intensity: Strong - Richness: Standard - Garlic: 1/2 clove - Green onions: White onions - Chashu: None - Red secret sauce: Standard - Noodle firmness: Firm After handing in our order sheets, we waited for a short while. The food was served in no time! It was delicious! Even with the standard secret sauce, I could feel myself sweating. My son was sweating a lot too! The 3 times secret sauce seemed quite spicy (laughs). The soup is really tasty! My son finished his extra noodles quickly, but couldn't finish the spicy soup. The taste is consistent as always, but I didn't feel the same excitement as when I first tried Ichiran. The prices seem to have gone up quite a bit, even though it's understandable. One of the attractions is being able to customize the richness of the flavor and the firmness of the noodles to your liking. Even with the same ramen, you can enjoy a different taste each time with just a slight change in flavor. I ordered the ramen (890 yen) with extra green onions (120 yen). I chose a rich flavor, and for other options (noodle firmness, garlic, amount of secret sauce), I selected normal. I ordered green onions as an extra topping. The consistent deliciousness keeps me coming back regularly. It's great that the taste never gets boring. The fourth round of Corona prevention shots has started. Recently, many staff members from households with children have been taking time off, and the situation is becoming tough. Please be careful and enjoy your meals.

It has been about 5 years since I last visited "Ichiran" for lunch. This time, I went to the Kadoma branch for the first time. I arrived around 11:30 and was able to enter without waiting. This Kadoma branch is located by the roadside, so it is common to wait for about an hour on weekends. I have skipped visiting twice before due to the long wait. I ordered ramen and a boiled egg, and it was served in less than 5 minutes. The boiled egg was served in its shell in a small dish (honestly, it looked unappetizing). The visual appearance still makes it seem like there is no chashu (pork slices) included (laughs). It tasted just like I remembered from Ichiran (laughs). It would be more like Ichiran if you melt the doubanjiang (spicy bean paste). Thank you for the meal.

I tried the double meat with simmered pork plate and chashu (lol), and it was incredibly delicious with the flavors of both the simmered pork plate and ramen soup blending together. I was very satisfied and would like to try it again. My preference includes adding extra chashu as I love it, and the seaweed adds depth to the flavor. The soft-boiled salted egg is a must for me. The toppings are truly the best and classic. Sometimes I cheat on my preferences (lol). At Ichiran Kadoma, you can customize your ramen to your liking, such as noodle firmness and soup richness, making it possible to try different variations based on your mood. I always wanted to visit this number one shop, and with their thorough COVID-19 measures, I definitely want to go back. The ability to order extra noodles is also great. Ippudo. I went after a long time, but the taste is still the same. I used to go to the Minami store often after drinking. Tsurutontan, Kamiza, and Ippudo. I'm a little tired of it, but I sometimes crave it. I probably won't go again for a while. The seating system here is nice.

On my day off, I suddenly craved for it as usual, so I came with my son. We ordered the Char Siu Plate for the first time. It was amazing, just this alone could fill up a whole bowl of rice, it was so delicious (*≧∀≦*) I will definitely order it again in the future. It was so good. Thank you!‍♂️

Although there are usually empty seats on my usual day and time, this time it was full and I had to wait a little. I ordered the ramen (890 yen) with extra green onions (120 yen) and wood ear mushrooms (120 yen). The flavor was rich, and I ordered the other options (noodle firmness, garlic, amount of secret sauce, etc.) as usual. I ordered half green onions and half white onions as toppings. I also added wood ear mushrooms. I couldn't resist adding the soft-boiled salted egg (130 yen) because I love eggs. The staff were polite and made the dining experience enjoyable. It's clear they have received excellent training.

I have been visiting Ichiran at least once in the past two weeks. I have no trouble choosing my menu preferences (such as richness of flavor and firmness of noodles) anymore. I ordered the ☆Ramen (890 yen) with additional green onions (120 yen) and wood ear mushrooms (120 yen). I chose a rich flavor, with other aspects (noodle firmness, garlic, amount of secret sauce, etc.) being normal. I ordered half green onions and half white onions as a topping. The wood ear mushrooms were also an additional topping. I also added the ☆Soft-boiled salted egg (130 yen) without hesitation, as I love eggs. Come to think of it, there are still additional toppings like seaweed and Osukaran's acidity that I haven't tried yet, so I might order them next time. It's March now and lunchtime is getting warmer. Around this time last year, shocking news of famous celebrities passing away due to COVID-19 was circulating throughout Japan. It has been a year since then. The supply of masks and disinfectants has stabilized, but COVID-19 still shows no signs of abating. Both diners and restaurant owners are facing tough times, but I hope we can overcome this difficult period and enjoy dining together again soon.

This time, I learned on social media that if you mark a circle in the middle of the green onions on the order sheet, they will bring you half green onions and half white onions. Being able to enjoy two types of onions really lifts your mood. I also learned from social media that Ichiran's wood ear mushrooms are delicious, so I added them as well. I also ordered a half-cooked salt-boiled egg (130 yen) because half-cooked eggs always make me feel happy. When I went to eat there this day, the Ichiran cup noodles had just been released, but when I revisited two weeks later, they were sold out and on backorder.
