It turns out it's chicken oil (chicken fat) that captures the umami of the chicken. When I took a bite... Contrary to its appearance, the soup is actually quite light, as I had imagined. The aroma of chicken is prominent. The red dots in the soup are chili peppers, providing a spicy kick that enhances the overall flavor. Moreover, as I continued eating, I started feeling warm inside. I decided to have beef bowl for lunch today. It's been a long time since I last went. As soon as I walked in, I noticed they had a food ticket machine. I remember ordering over the counter when I used to go there often, but I decided to go with the flow and bought a food ticket from the machine and brought it to the counter. I often go to Nakau to eat oyakodon and katsudon. Nakau is a chain restaurant, but their oyakodon is really delicious. Every time I go, I want to eat it again.
