It was delicious. The combination of tomato and cheese was satisfying. The yakisoba was also tasty. I have a yam allergy, so I was glad that it didn't have yam in it! We don't make okonomiyaki at home, so I want to come back to eat it again! The bottled beer wasn't cold and was warm, but when I told the staff, they immediately brought a new one.

I went to Ponpoko Tei for the first time in a while! I've always loved this place. Even though I didn't have a reservation, the restaurant was packed with office workers and families. I had to wait a bit before getting a table. The inside of the restaurant was filled with the smell of their sauce, which really got my appetite going. One of the great things about this place is their extensive menu. I ordered the seafood mixed grill, yakisoba with kimchi, okonomiyaki, and tonpei. The sauce was sweet and savory, so delicious! The okonomiyaki was perfectly fluffy, not too firm. I also loved that the seafood mixed grill had scallops in it. Everything was delicious! Thank you for the meal! It was consistently good.

I suddenly felt like eating okonomiyaki and went to Ponpoko Tei. They had a wide variety of menu options and the atmosphere and service were pleasant. The Modanyaki cooked on the hot plate was delicious, especially the tomato cheese one, which was like a refreshing pizza. I would love to come back during the season when you can enjoy beer with okonomiyaki.

We ordered a tomato and cheese okonomiyaki, a high-cala yakisoba with soy sauce, and pork yakisoba with oyster butter soy sauce. They were all a bit small in size, but I wanted a little more. The service was fast.

There are no bad choices at this okonomiyaki restaurant, but there are also no standout dishes. If I'm tired and don't feel like cooking, and everywhere else is full, I might come here.

Even if you eat until you're full, it's only around 2000 yen per person, so it's really good value! I recommend the salt garlic yakisoba and the western-style okonomiyaki with mochi and cheese. The salt garlic yakisoba has a strong garlic punch, so you might want to check your plans for the next day! But it's really delicious! The western-style okonomiyaki is like a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, with less flour and sweet cabbage. You can visit with children, but young children may try to touch the hot plate, so be careful.
