First of all, the location is great. I really like the riverside in Nishi Chuo Ward. It was just the time when the area was illuminated, so the night view was beautiful. It was a happy experience to enjoy delicious sake and sushi in an open space while overlooking the river. The sashimi, steamed dishes, grilled dishes, hot dishes, and sushi were all satisfying in the course meal. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

It was neither good nor bad, just average. The food was not bad but nothing special or worth going back for.

I had heard that sushi in Fukuoka is very delicious, so I was looking forward to it. I went to Ryoan and the sushi here was small and easy to eat! Of course, the sushi was excellent. Everything was delicious, but as someone who loves horse mackerel, I couldn't resist it...! Thank you for the meal.

All the items, including nigiri, are in easy-to-eat sizes and the sashimi is also delicious.

Located in a new building along the river in Nishi-Nakasu, the location is excellent. The young chef and friendly staff made the experience enjoyable. The cuisine was served in courses and had a very refined taste. While sitting at the counter is best for sushi, there are also private rooms available for various occasions. By chance, a friend brought wine which paired perfectly with the meal.

There is a restaurant located on the second floor of a building that was previously the site of the Kikushige ryotei in Nishi Nakasu. The restaurant used to operate in Hakata-ku, Tenyamachi, and I had visited a couple of times before. It moved to this location in April of this year. The location overlooking the Nakagawa River is lovely. There are 8 counter seats and two private rooms, creating a calm atmosphere. We started with "moroko" as our appetizer, which had a delicious flavor that paired well with alcohol. For sushi, we ordered the "Higashiichi" sake, which had a refreshing taste and was enjoyable. Although the restaurant normally offers course meals, they were kind enough to accommodate our request for a la carte or a specified budget. We requested around 5000 yen worth of sushi. The rice portions were small. The sushi included: 1. Amaebi - sweet and delicious 2. Toro - elegant fatty taste 3. Yariika - slightly sticky texture 4. Simmered maguro - slightly sweet 5. Kuruma ebi - flavorful sweetness 6. Buri - rich fatty taste 7. Uni - small but tasty 8. Anago - fluffy texture 9. Mini Tekkadon - delicious marinated tuna 10. Homemade mentaiko - mild and easy to eat 11. Inari - carefully made and delicious 12. Tamago - tasty and well-made The variety of sushi provided for 5000 yen exceeded our expectations, although the smaller rice portions made it easier to enjoy. The loose packing of the sushi was the only minor concern. Overall, the meal was satisfying, and the young owner, who remembered my husband, provided attentive service and created a comfortable dining experience. In addition to courses, they also accommodate impromptu visits like ours, making it a convenient option for future visits.
