In Shibuya, Tokyo, a restaurant opened on the outskirts of Dojima and Shinchi on May 17, 2010. It serves as a test stone for former amateur and social rugby players transitioning into the food business after retirement. The opening day was surrounded by congratulatory flowers from other industries, indicating a departure from the traditional food business. The grilled meats, including beef, pork, lamb, and even horse meat, were delicious, and the rare shochu supplied by Mr. Nabata was reasonably priced and tasty. The atmosphere in Dojima is quiet, and taxi drivers on the south side are understanding. Lunch service started on the 19th, so I plan to visit again. The interior is red and black, giving off a sophisticated vibe. The grilled meats, especially the harami and premium liver, were favorites. On a hot day or when feeling tired, this place is perfect for boosting energy with Argentine-style meat. The hot pot course was well-prepared and delicious. The vinegar motsu and curry hot pot are recommended, and the curry-flavored risotto after the hot pot was enjoyable. The atmosphere at this hormone restaurant is calm, making it a valuable find. The horse sashimi was particularly good this time. The restaurant has transitioned from a male-oriented establishment to a cozy, female-friendly eatery with a renewed menu focused on oden dishes. The red and black interior may need updating to match the new theme.

A shop I visited on the recommendation of my partner's acquaintance. As expected, they have a shop in Shinchi! The interior is stylish, with red and black colors throughout. It's hard to imagine eating hormone hot pot here! We ordered various side dishes before the hot pot arrived, and the staff brought us collagen powder, saying, "It doesn't change the taste, so please use it on various dishes." We used it in the hot pot dipping sauce and on grilled hormone, and it added a unique flavor. The dipping sauce had a mix of ponzu, raw egg, and sweet sauce like in yakiniku, resulting in a junky taste. It seemed like something people would get addicted to!

I visited a restaurant in Kita-Shinchi for the first time in a while, which is apparently owned by a former rugby player. The interior is stylish and doesn't give off a sports vibe. The "Tsunabe" hot pot contained various meats and plenty of vegetables. You can enjoy it with egg like sukiyaki or with a light ponzu sauce. The egg with seaweed, shichimi, and dashi was delicious. They also added a special spice midway through the hot pot, turning it into a curry hot pot which was delicious! The assorted horumon (offal) was fresh, easy to eat, and well-seasoned. The specialty horse meat hamburger came out, which was surprisingly light and had little odor. The sauce with mayonnaise had a tangy flavor that was unique. At first, I was hesitant to try it, but ended up fighting over it halfway through. It's a fun experience to enjoy various types of meat, making it interesting for business entertainment or parties. However, it can be a bit pricey as it's in Kita-Shinchi.
