Visited a steakhouse in celebration of a friend's birthday. Had a 250g ribeye steak and a 170g filet mignon, both born in America. The soup of the day was amazingly delicious, I wonder what flavor it was! I wanted seconds so badly. The meat was lean, easy to eat, and the portion was just right, but it would have been nice if the knife was sharper. The rice was so tempting, I wanted more! Was it just me? I couldn't resist the honey bread and kept asking for more. The limited-time hot chicken was also ordered again! Am I too much of a foodie? The portions were generous and satisfying. I definitely want to come back again.

I visited OUTBACK in Umeda, which I knew was a chain from America. It is located on the B1F of Dojima Atensa. Unfortunately, they stopped serving lunch menu from September, so we had to order from the regular menu. I had BBQ Mini Ribs and Garlic Steak, my wife had the Outback Special, and our child had the Bacon Cheeseburger Steak. The steak came with butter rice. They offered complimentary Honey Bread, and drinks were available for 450 yen with free refills. The portions were generous and the steaks were seasoned with just steak sauce, making us feel very full. We thought about trying the course menu next time. Thank you for the meal.

After a long time, I walked around Umeda... visited Nintendo Osaka and the newly opened @cosme. Gave up on trying the vending machine samples due to the long line. By the time I left, it was already over. Visited at the request of my second daughter. Walked too much, my back was aching. From September, the lunch menu has ended. Only the grand menu remains. ⚫︎ Beer ⚫︎ Soft drinks (free refills) ⚫︎ Today's soup (Creamy Onion Soup) x2 ⚫︎ Cookaburra Chicken Wings ⚫︎ Baby Back Rib Soup. Like a gratin. Delicious but heavy. The chicken wings were just delicious. The BBQ ribs, long time no see. Soft and smoky... This is still delicious. It's a shame that the lunch menu is gone. I want to eat the ribs! So... I can't come alone anymore. Thank you for the meal.

For today's lunch, I wanted to have some American-style steak, so I decided to go to Outback in Umeda. When you go to Outback, you can't miss this! The Blooming Onion makes you wonder how much onion they used because of its volume. Next, I enjoyed the main steak. It had a juicy meaty texture, and it was pretty good. Thank you for the meal.

Angus beef rump steak. Every year, we have a tradition of going to Outback for birthdays. This year, we went to the Umeda store. When we made a reservation and mentioned it was my daughter's birthday, they offered a service where they gave us ice cream and took a commemorative photo. We ordered the Outback Special for 2700 yen, Kids Rib for 850 yen, and two draft beers. The Outback Special was cooked medium with Angus beef rump meat. As sides, we ordered butter rice and salad with blue cheese dressing. My daughter enjoyed the free Honey Bread and potatoes. She ate both the rib and the rump beef with gusto. We ended the meal with complimentary ice cream, and the total bill came to around 8000 yen. By the way, there was no Happy Birthday song service.

I love mashed potatoes and steak, so I made a reservation for the first time! When I arrived, the table had a reservation name written on it, but it was completely different from my name. Maybe they misheard me? It was funny, so it's all good! We ordered roast beef, ribs, and each came with butter rice, mashed potatoes, and soup. My thoughts on the food: The mashed potatoes were not what I expected (T-T). I usually use Wolfgang's and I thought mashed potatoes were supposed to be smoother, but these were chunky and not what I was looking for. It didn't suit my taste. We usually don't leave food behind, but we couldn't finish the mashed potatoes! The steak was just okay, nothing special. We added salt and pepper for some flavor variation. The free bread rolls were delicious, we had 4 refills (*^^*)! The soup was also to our liking! The staff were friendly and provided good service, and the table service style was very American! The prices were reasonable, so if you're looking for casual American-style steak, this place is great! They have a variety of side dishes that caught our interest. Thank you for the meal! \(^o^)/

The inside of the restaurant was stylish, and the customers had an American vibe. The staff assigned one person to take care of our table, and they were very kind. The onion fry-like dish had a spicy seasoning with a strong pepper flavor, and the mayonnaise sauce in the middle was also a bit spicy. The 280g meat dish had some fatty parts, and it came with salad, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. Even though we shared it between two people, we were really full! If you only want to eat the meat, it might be better to order it separately. I felt that it was very cost-effective, thank you for the meal.

Located in the basement of Dojima Avanza, Audubon is an American-style steakhouse. This time, I tried the ribeye steak, which comes with mashed potatoes and warm vegetables. It also comes with a honey butter. The overall flavor is on the sweeter side. The ribeye steak had a nice marbling and was delicious.

The inside of the restaurant is spacious and has a lively atmosphere like a beer hall, but we were able to have a calm conversation. We chose a 300g steak and a Bloomin' Onion for the appetizer. The steak came with two side dishes and soup for about 3,500 yen. A beer costs 750 yen per glass. We mainly used the restaurant for dining, so we spent nearly 4,000 yen and were satisfied with the delicious meal.

It's been a while since I've been to Outback, Hard Rock Cafe, Eggs 'n Things, and other American-style restaurants that I love so much. I really enjoy the theme park vibe they have, it always makes me excited. I had a Chocolate Thunder from Down Under, which was a soft brownie with pecan nuts, topped with rich whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. It was super sweet and rich, almost too much for one person to finish, but the intensity of the flavors was appealing. I also tried the Black Angus T-Bone Steak, which was good but a bit tough with a lot of gristle. The T-Bone cut didn't have a noticeable difference between the filet and sirloin parts, but the flavor was still delicious. We also had a small version of the Bloomin' Onion, which was incredibly tasty with its crispy fried onion petals and spicy mayo dip. Even if you're not a fan of onions, I think you'd enjoy this dish. The Caesar Salad with grilled shrimp was also delicious, with a spicy Caesar dressing and flavorful grilled shrimp. The garlic flavor was strong and satisfying. The complimentary bread rolls were soft and slightly sweet, served with whipped butter. To drink, I had a Peach Spritzer (non-alcoholic) which was refreshing and tasty. Overall, we had a satisfying meal for two people, costing around ¥14,000. The service was great, and I still love this restaurant.

While not aiming to be a high-end restaurant, the price range suggests it's above family restaurants. The lunch menu is especially popular, with weekend-only lunch specials. I ordered the "Lunch Ribeye Steak (with grilled vegetables & mashed potatoes)" which came with unlimited fluffy Honey Bread, a unique touch. The steak was perfectly cooked with a great balance of tenderness and seasoning. It's not easy to cook a lean meat like this so well. I enjoyed the skillful cooking of the professionals at this steak specialty restaurant at a reasonable price.

Tonight's dinner was at Doshima. It was a return gift for my daughter's WD. Well, the reason we chose this restaurant was because my son, not my daughter, wanted meat. We had made a reservation early, so we were seated by the window in a relatively nice spot. The staff at this restaurant are well-trained to match the atmosphere, and their forced smiles don't come off as unpleasant. Also, although it's hard to tell with masks on, both the older brother and older sister are very attractive. We each ordered a drink. The kids ordered soft drinks, while the adults ordered alcoholic beverages. The drinks were served in what seemed like American-style glasses. For food, we ordered dishes that we could share, like bone-in lamb, pork, a 300-gram steak, the famous onion rings, and a salad. I thought it might be a bit too little, but it came with fries, mashed potatoes, and all-you-can-eat bread. If it wasn't enough, there was also pasta available for more carbs. When the food arrived, we devoured it all. I could still eat a hamburger, but when I asked if they wanted more, they said they were satisfied, so I suggested dessert. When I asked the server about the size, they said it was quite large, so we decided to share one. It was the right choice. Honestly, one portion was too big for me to finish. They were able to cut and cook the bone-in lamb for us. The lamb had a slightly strong smell for my wife, but I didn't mind it, in fact, I thought it was delicious. Both the beef and pork were tasty. Well, the beef wasn't as delicious as I had hoped for in Japanese beef, but still good. The salad and onion rings were also worth ordering. The total bill came out to about 23,000 yen. Thank you very much.

Today, five of us visited the restaurant. It's Sunday, but without a reservation, we still had to wait. Usually, we only come with two people and end up getting full just from the steak, but today with five people, we were able to try various types of dishes. We enjoyed the salmon, chicken, filet steak, and Outback steak.

Dinner time. I had some alcohol after a long time. I like alcohol and can drink anything, but I have a low tolerance. I get a headache and end up vomiting. Not being able to drink alcohol is a big negative for me. It's tough when you want to drink but can't. Some people at my workplace seem to drink a lot without any issues. Life is unfair. Maybe I did a lot of good deeds in my past life. My health isn't great now, and even the gods would probably disapprove if they checked my blood. But for now, I ordered low-calorie, purine-free barley balls. I ended up drinking two big glasses. Luckily, there were no immediate changes in my body. I'm not an alcoholic, so I don't need alcohol, but I don't like socializing with adults who only drink soft drinks like cola at drinking parties. I used to drink alcohol even while vomiting when I was younger. Nowadays, I sometimes settle for fake beer if it's an important occasion, but I don't want to ruin the atmosphere for others like me. There are no images of the food, but I ordered bone-in pork, seafood salad, and deep-fried onions for two people. The bread-like item with unlimited refills was a nice touch. I love butter, so it was a treat. The pork cost around 3000 yen per serving, but since it's bone-in, there's not as much meat as it looks. It's sweet and lacks finesse, more of an American style. The onions were visually appealing, but I wouldn't consider it a healthy vegetable option for older folks like me due to heartburn. Still, it was around 1700 yen, so it felt like a good deal. During the year-end and New Year holidays, my family went out to eat at "Outback Steakhouse" in Umeda. They offer a special dish called "Prime Rib" during this period, which is usually only available on weekends. The "Prime Rib" is a roasted chunk of beef rib meat served in slices, with a rich au jus sauce and horseradish on the side. I first tried this dish in America and it became one of my favorites. The prices at this restaurant are more affordable compared to other high-end places that serve this dish in Japan. We arrived at 7 pm with a reservation, so we were seated right away. The restaurant was full, and some people were waiting at the bar while enjoying drinks. We ordered the "Bloomin' Onion" as an appetizer, which we all love. For the main course, you can choose the size of the Prime Rib (250g, 350g, 450g) and whether you want it sliced or seared. I ordered the 350g sliced version. It was served with salad, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes on the side. The Bloomin' Onion arrived first, which we enjoyed with drinks. The bread was also served, and you can ask for more as many times as you like. Then came the salad and the main dish. The Prime Rib was large, but tender and flavorful. It was delicious with the au jus sauce or simply seasoned with salt. I finished it in no time because it was so good.

Today we had a company party at Outback Steakhouse. The restaurant was spacious but quite crowded due to the year-end rush. We had to wait for about an hour. I love meat with little fat, so I enjoyed the hearty meat dishes here. There were many foreign customers, creating a lively atmosphere. If you're craving meat, I highly recommend this place!

It is located on the basement floor of Dojima Avanza! When I passed by around 17:00, it was about a quarter full, so I thought it would be okay to go without a reservation, but around 18:30, it was full with about 5 groups waiting in line! I ordered quite a lot and ate until I was full! Eating a chunk of meat really gives you energy! Personally, the roast beef was delicious!! The marbling in the roast beef was so tender! It was a killer menu with fat x fat x sugar together with butter rice, but I was very satisfied!! Oh! The honey bread with free refills was delicious!! We were talking about where this restaurant originated from, and from the decorations and menu, someone said, "Isn't this from Australia??" so I looked it up and found out it is actually "an American company inspired by Australia"! It doesn't really mean anything. Thank you for the meal!!

One of the American steakhouse chains commonly found in Umeda. This Outback is like a casual fast food restaurant where you can easily walk in. The portion sizes are generous, so you will be very satisfied. The taste matches the price range, and the service from the female staff is excellent, with table attendants just like at a steakhouse. This is my third visit to this restaurant. It is a very popular place, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, where you may have to wait for about an hour if you don't have a reservation. I like it because unlike Japanese meat, you can enjoy completely lean meat here. The service is very American-style, with each table assigned a specific server. This time, we made a reservation for a special occasion, and at the end, a large ice cream was served as a complimentary treat. The average budget per person is around 5,000 to 10,000 yen.
