This is my first time trying a cookie assortment as a gift. In short, it's not to my liking. I still prefer chocolate. The cookies seemed a bit overbaked. Lesson learned, I should stick to buying chocolate at Godiva. By the way, outside of Japan, you can buy individual pieces of chocolate, allowing you to choose your favorite items individually, but I have never seen this in Japan. I hope that in Japan, we can also buy our favorite chocolates in individual pieces.

This is the first time I have purchased cookies from them. These limited edition strawberry cookies are amazing! Strawberry cookies, 5 pieces for 550 yen. The strawberry bits that you can see and feel give a great texture! Everyone who tried them was like, "What are these strawberry bits? They're delicious!" I tried the waffle that was being served at an event. It was the type of waffle with chocolate sauce inside. There was also some chocolate sauce on top. It was okay, not terrible, but nothing special. I don't think I would order it again.

They thoroughly check details about the recipient, such as whether they prefer heavier or lighter options, their address, and if they have children. Based on this information, they select the perfect product, resulting in a 100% satisfaction rate so far. Even those who are used to receiving Godiva products are delighted. This is the outstanding added value of the Shinjuku Isetan store. Ultimately, it is the staff on the ground who provide the final added value to the brand. This store is a great example of staff who take their job seriously.

I visited GODIVA at Shinjuku Isetan to find my favorite chocolates. I bought BOULE BISCUITS, which are small biscuits with chocolate inside. They come in three flavors: peach milk chocolate, white chocolate, and peach-flavored chocolate. The peach milk chocolate was fruity and delicious, while the white chocolate had a nice vanilla flavor and perfect sweetness. I look forward to visiting GODIVA again to find more delicious chocolates.

Enjoying the warm weather in Tokyo (*´▽｀*) I felt like having a cold dessert, so I came to this place. Colorful cups of ice cream lined up in the showcase. I hesitated for a bit and chose four flavors (｀･ω･´): White Chocolate Peach, Dark Chocolate Pear, Milk Chocolate Coffee, and Strawberry Chocolate Chip. We got plenty of plastic spoons and tasted them together (*´▽｀*). My favorite was the Dark Chocolate Pear! The aroma of the pear and the crunchy texture went well with the dark chocolate, it was so delicious (*´▽｀*). The Milk Chocolate Coffee was also good, with a mature coffee aroma. White Chocolate Peach felt like it would boost my girly power just by eating it (*´▽｀*). And the Strawberry Chocolate Chip had a crispy chocolate chip texture that was so delicious. They were all delicious (｀･ω･´). Hmm, this will be a battle against time, but it seems like a great gift too! Thank you for the meal today!

《Revisit》In early March 2017, just before White Day, a friend I hadn't seen in years surprised me with a gift of chocolates from this shop. The pastel-colored tin was lovely, and to my delight, it also came with a bouquet of spring flowers. Inside the tin, there were 8 individually wrapped milk and dark chocolates. My sweet-toothed husband and I enjoyed them thoroughly. Thank you so much, M! ♡

I received a gift of Godiva chocolate assortment. While Godiva now has outlets in many places, it used to be synonymous with luxury chocolates. I used to treasure and savor every piece of boxed chocolates I received. Although the appreciation may have slightly diminished with the expansion of Godiva stores, I still feel happy when I receive Godiva chocolates. I think I will visit the Godiva shop at the Gotemba outlet next time.

I received an assortment of 9 types of truffles as a souvenir. The truffles have different appearances, which instantly lifts your mood when you open the box. Each truffle has a distinct flavor, making it enjoyable to savor the differences in each one. While they are of a normal size, the flavors are rich and satisfying. Although I don't usually buy GODIVA chocolates for home consumption, I could tell why it's a popular chocolate brand. These truffles have a long shelf life, so I look forward to savoring them slowly.

This year is the 90th anniversary of Godiva! In 1926, Pierre Draps, a chocolatier from Belgium, started a small family-owned chocolate workshop, which eventually led to the history of Godiva. This year marks the 90th anniversary! I rarely buy it for myself, usually just give it as a gift. I bought the limited edition cookie collection for the 90th anniversary with a gift certificate. The flavor to celebrate the 90th anniversary is Raspberry & Rose. The can is a lovely pink container typical of Godiva! There are 9 pieces each of buttery langues de chat cookies with white chocolate filling and raspberry white chocolate filling. The raspberry ones are topped with rose chips, making them stylish and chic. Even though they are bite-sized, the brand power of Godiva makes you feel luxurious! This definitely makes you feel more excited when receiving it as a gift rather than buying it for yourself.
