I went to "Niku no Yamasho" in Otemachi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City! I tried their lunch special, the "Wagyu Mentaiko Ju" which is made with A5 ranked black wagyu beef, local Fukuoka rice, and special mentaiko from Narusaki Shouten. The mentaiko was delicious with a mild spiciness and firm texture. The beef was tender and sweetly seasoned. The combination of the two surprisingly worked well together. The price is a bit high, but the quality justifies it. The presentation is also impressive. The soup was light and the salad with sea salt dressing was a nice touch. Overall, a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

I made a reservation through Tabelog for this popular restaurant on Instagram. I had lunch at this bright, wood-themed restaurant and ordered the beef bento box. I also ordered a half-size dish and enjoyed it with a bottle of beer. The beef bento box was satisfyingly filling with sweet meat that complemented the rice well. It was a really nice restaurant overall.

A friend wanted to go, so we visited Niku no Yamasou. We made a reservation around 6:30 pm and luckily got a table at 7:30 pm without any waiting. The restaurant was busy and mostly filled with young people. The prices were reasonable for yakiniku in Tenjin, and we ordered a variety of items. The rare steak yukke style for 899 yen was delicious with just the right amount of flavor. The fresh kimchi for 599 yen was crunchy and tasty. The negi-tan for 999 yen was tender and flavorful, and I liked that they served extra green onions on the side. The ginsari rice for 699 yen was cooked in a feather pot and was so good that I ended up having three servings. The fresh thick-cut liver for 1,199 yen was cooked with sesame oil and salt and was surprisingly delicious. We also tried harami and upper kalbi, both of which were tender and tasty. The meat sushi lacked a bit of impact in flavor, but it was still good. The only downside was that the ventilation in the restaurant was not great, and the smoke made my eyes water, but the staff kindly offered apple sherbet to help.

This is a fantastic and stylish yakiniku restaurant. It is located in the fashionable city of Tenjin, along the Kokutai Road, making it easy to find. Reservations for courses need to be made in advance. The courses offer satisfying dishes and come with all-you-can-drink options, including draft beer. The meats in the course are delicious, and the rice cooked in the restaurant's pot, known as Ginzari, is also tasty. We also ordered meat sushi as an extra, and it was delicious. The quality of the meat at this restaurant is high. Overall, we were very satisfied.

On June 15, 2023, "Niku no Yama Sho" opened in the prime location of Tenjin Daimyo, specializing in high-quality A5 rank Wagyu beef and silver shari. I went alone for some yakiniku and was impressed by the menu offerings: - Fresh thick-cut liver: ¥1,199 - Thick-cut tongue: ¥1,399 - Half portion of premium kalbi: ¥549 - Half portion of special loin: ¥799 - Meat sushi (1 piece): ¥349 The interior of the restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The quality of the meat is so good for the price! They offer a variety of options at reasonable prices, and you can order half portions. With a counter seating option, it's perfect for enjoying yakiniku even with a small group. I will definitely be coming back again!

(2023.06.22) I was looking forward to seeing what kind of new restaurant would open at the intersection of Kamitobashi Street and Kokutai Road, where the 'Asa made Yakiniku Tenjin' restaurant had closed about six months ago. Just a week ago, I found out that a new restaurant had opened, so I decided to visit. The new restaurant is called 'Niku no Yamasho' and it is a yakiniku restaurant. It seems that they completely renovated the space from the previous restaurant, with a central counter with 11 seats in a C-shape, and table seating for 24 people along the windows with elegant white wooden tabletops. The atmosphere is bright and sophisticated, making it easy and inviting for solo diners as well as groups of up to 16 people for parties. The menu offers reasonably priced options such as Kalbi for 699 yen, Jyo-Kalbi for 999 yen, and even a special Jyo-Roast for 1,399 yen, all made with A5 rank Wagyu beef. They also offer half-sized portions for those who want to try a little of everything. For lunch, I decided to try the "Wagyu Ju" which is a set meal with grilled beef in a box. The thinly sliced beef grilled with their special sauce was delicious, with a perfect balance of lean and fatty cuts, paired with shiny and flavorful rice. The lunch menu also includes a choice of "Wagyu Menyai Ju" with mentaiko on top, but I found the "Wagyu Ju" to be satisfying enough. The owner, or perhaps the chef, was very friendly and expressed his determination to focus on promoting the restaurant to attract more customers.

The meat was incredibly delicious! The 7000 yen course is highly recommended as it offers a great selection. The sushi rice was shiny and chewy, the best. The interior of the restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly and efficient, and there is a wide variety of drinks for the all-you-can-drink option. The lunch menu also looked delicious. I would definitely like to visit again!

Now in pre-open, located near the entrance of the place near Keigoku Kamito, Fukuoka City Chuo-ku, is Niku no Yama Sho. During the pre-open period, local residents are limited to an amazing offer of free unlimited drinks except for Hakushu, Yamazaki, and champagne. The store is bright and lively with excellent customer service. Upon entering, it is recommended to order the freshly cooked Ginzari for 769 yen. The order is taken and cooked upon arrival. Today's assorted meats include Geta Karubi, thick-cut Karubi, thin-cut Karubi, and Hiramasa. The Wakame Soup for 439 yen was unexpectedly delicious with plenty of seaweed and served hot. After about 30 minutes, the freshly cooked Ginzari arrives. It is recommended to also order the Kikyou Tamago for 100 yen to enjoy Tamago Kake Gohan. Furthermore, adding grilled meat on top of the rice with egg makes for a delicious combination. When visiting this restaurant, be sure to order the freshly cooked Ginzari. All the grilled meats were marinated in sauce and were reasonably priced and delicious.
