I enjoyed a 3000 yen lunch on the weekend. It was my first time there. The restaurant was on a high floor, and the view from the window was nice. The set menu used molded meat, but I was satisfied. I felt like I was living the high life. The almond jelly dessert was chewy and I liked it.

I drove an hour and a half to Fukuoka to visit one of the few Jyuban-ya restaurants there. I love their Negi Shio Gyutan (green onion salted beef tongue) so much that I invited a friend to join me this time and treated them. This was before I had tried yakiniku alone. This time, we went for lunch and ordered the lunch set along with Negi Shio Gyutan and Harami with sauce. Dessert was served for free after we finished our meal. Despite the upscale atmosphere of the restaurant, the taste of the meat was exceptional. The Jyuban-ya salad is unlimited and I often try to recreate it at home. The lunch prices were not as high as I expected, so it is definitely worth a visit. We sat by the window and enjoyed our meal while looking out at the city of Hakata. The view was also great. I will definitely go back again.

Wow, the entrance exudes a sense of luxury...! But let's go for it! Let's go!! So, I ordered the most delicious looking lunch set, the "Ginmi Lunch". It arrived promptly, with a large portion of meat cut into three types: tongue, kalbi, and loin. And the side dishes were amazing too! Kimchi, namul, soup, salad, so much to enjoy!! First, I started with the salad. It had plenty of sesame oil, but it wasn't too heavy, rather it was mellow and light, delicious! I could eat this salad all day long...!! The kimchi was on the sweeter side, with a strong crunch. Now, onto the meat, starting with the tongue. I cooked it carefully, not overdoing it, and let it rest for 10 seconds on the plate as recommended. I dipped it in lemon sauce and took a bite. Oh, it's incredibly delicious...!! (tears of joy) It was tender, with a nice chewy texture and very juicy. Next, the almost snow-white loin. Meat is supposed to be red, right...? No, white...? I hesitantly put it in my mouth. Fabulous!!!!!!! (ecstasy) What? Is this heaven? Is this place heaven?? The marbling was abundant, but it wasn't as heavy as I expected, just pure happiness in my mouth. The kalbi was also incredibly tender, easily falling apart with chopsticks, melting in my mouth. At this point, I thought, "White rice is a must!" Yes, of course!! Ahhh, I'm in meat heaven. Why is good beef fat so delicious...? And there were four types of sauces too! A sweet miso sauce, lemon sauce, spicy sauce, and a dashi-based sauce. Too many choices! But I usually end up using the one that tastes the best with the meat. Well, they were all delicious... Unfair... Most of them were based on garlic, which naturally complemented the meat, making it the best it could be. I enjoyed the namul and soup to cleanse my palate, and I could enjoy it until the end. It's already evening, but I don't feel bloated at all. Good quality meat with that much marbling, and no bloating... (puzzled) In conclusion, my desire for meat, my stomach, everything was completely satisfied. Truly fulfilling experience at "Jojoen".

Thick-cut tongue was my first order, and it looks properly thick-cut from the appearance. It's really delicious! The surface is well grilled, but because it's thick-cut, the inside is rare and juicy. This is so good, so tasty. It's like a crispy and crunchy steak. The deliciousness of the harami is also consistent. The meat is served with sauce unless you specify salt or salt sauce.

I visited with my niece and received friendly treatment towards the children. The restaurant has a semi-private area which allows you to enjoy your favorite meat without worrying about others. The Mixed Lunch (4000 yen) included grilled meat with shrimp, kimchi, namul, rice, soup, dessert, and a lunch drink. We had an elegant lunch.

I went without a reservation on a regular day and it didn't seem crowded, so it seems like you can get in without a reservation. Among all the beef tongue dishes I've had, this one was top-notch. I tried the fillet, skirt, and tripe, all of which were flavorful on their own so you don't even need to use the sauce. The assorted grilled vegetables were colorful and delicious. The apple becomes sweeter when grilled. The staff were very polite, and despite expecting a service charge, they didn't add one. After the meal, I chose an ice cream flavor from three options. They also provided warm tea. The price is high so I can't go often, but I would like to repeat for special occasions. \(^o^)/

A high-end yakiniku restaurant with locations nationwide, this restaurant is located in the dining floor of Hakata KITTE in Fukuoka prefecture. I had purchased premium dining vouchers for Hakata KITTE back in June, and they were about to expire, so I decided to use them at this restaurant. As soon as you enter, you'll find the counter where you inform the staff of your party size, and then a floor attendant will guide you to your table. The restaurant is on the 10th floor of the building, offering a great view of the Hakata Station area through large windows. We ordered the yakiniku lunch set (2,900 yen) and the mixed lunch set (3,800 yen). The table was set with a tray containing rice, soup, salad, kimchi, and namul, which are common to both lunch sets. The meat was served on a special plate with sauce already applied. The yakiniku lunch set included only kalbi and black tiger meat, while the mixed set included kalbi, loin, lean meat, and shrimp. The quality of the food was excellent, as expected for the price. They even changed the grill halfway through our meal. For dessert, we had coffee and a petit-sized almond jelly, which was also delicious. Overall, the restaurant lived up to its reputation with high-quality food and service.

I went in search of Negitan. The Negitan at Jojoen, steamed and grilled, had a slightly spicy taste from the green onions. The pot-grilled kalbi had very generous portions of meat and we had to eat quickly due to the short operating hours. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere, and we were led to a private room at the back. At first, I felt like the staff were watching us very closely, almost like we were being monitored. However, we were able to enjoy our meal, so I plan to go back again once the situation with COVID-19 settles down.

Yup, it's definitely Seryu-en. The meat is just... not like regular meat. I mean, it's still meat, but it's like a work of art. Well, I've realized recently that as I'm getting older, sharing 3 meat dishes between two people is just the right amount. In the past, I used to order too much and end up eating until I felt like I was going to die, then come home and suffer from heartburn. It's sad to think that my stomach isn't as young as it used to be. If ramen becomes too much for me, then I guess it's game over...

I went to a yakiniku restaurant alone. Upon entering, they provided hand sanitizer and checked my temperature. The seat I was guided to had a nice view and the weather was good. I ordered a platter of three different kinds of meat and harami, although there was no explanation of the A5 rank or where the meat was from, it was delicious with just the right amount of fat. The attentive service made for a relaxing lunch that lasted about an hour, it was a good time. It was a good timing as alcohol will not be served starting the day after tomorrow. I hope the situation with the coronavirus settles down soon.

I had always wanted to try the famous high-class yakiniku restaurant called Jojoen, and I finally got the chance when I was invited to go! It is located on the 10th floor of Kitte Hakata, a restaurant area with glass walls where you can enjoy your meal while taking in the view from the 10th floor. For lunch, they offer set menus as well as individual items, and this time I tried both. The dishes I had were yakiniku lunch set, special tongue salt, special loin, harami, special kalbi, and grilled shoulder loin on a bamboo sieve. The Jojoen salad was a bit unusual with cucumber skin peeled off and a Chinese-style dressing with sesame. The special tongue salt was about 2mm thick and had a nice texture! It was so delicious that I wanted to order more. The special loin and kalbi melted in my mouth. The kalbi had more fat, so it's good to order according to your preference. Personally, I felt the loin had a good balance of fat and lean meat. The harami was chewy and full of meaty flavor. The grilled shoulder loin on a bamboo sieve was a unique style where you grill a 20cm long piece of meat and then cut it with scissors to eat. It was a bit tricky to cook as the inside was not cooked while the surface started to burn. The shoulder loin had less fat than the special loin and was equally tender, so it might be recommended for those who find the special cuts too heavy. Compared to the individual cuts, the yakiniku lunch meat was a bit tougher. Despite not being ideal for comparison, the service was excellent with staff covering our belongings with cloth to avoid smells and regularly changing the grill and plates. The quality of service and delicious meat make it a great place for special occasions!

"Jyujyu-en" is a high-end yakiniku restaurant chain known for its quality. Many celebrities mention it on TV, making viewers curious to try it at least once. I decided to visit without a plan for dinner, and found it near Hakata Station. Located on the 10th floor of KITTE Hakata, the entrance was easy to find. Once inside, I was greeted warmly and shown to a private table. I ordered the classic cuts like kalbi, rosu, akami, horumon, and negi-tan shio. The kalbi was good, but the horumon and akami were just okay. The sauce provided by the restaurant was much better than the store-bought one I had tried before. The negi-tan shio, wrapped in green onions and steamed, was flavorful and delicious. While the atmosphere was nice, the pricing left me wondering if I was paying for the ambiance or the quality of the meat. I wonder if the main branch offers a different experience.

The A lunch set was around 3600 yen. It included 2 slices of lean meat, 3 slices of kalbi, 1 shrimp, and white leeks. Normally I don't like kalbi because it's too fatty, but it was tastier than the lean meat. The rice and namul were very delicious. I was surprised by how creamy the foam on the draft beer was. It might not be filling enough for men. The place was full of women.

I wanted to enjoy a luxurious feeling with yakiniku, so I came to Jojoen. I forgot to take a photo, but the Jojoen salad is definitely a must-try! It's my favorite menu item even more than the meat. The dessert ice cream is also delicious. As for the meat, it goes without saying that it is delicious. It's the ultimate luxury. It's not cheap, but a small amount is satisfying. The atmosphere is also lovely, making it a great place for special occasions or important moments.

At this time of year, sitting by the window is recommended. You can enjoy a calm atmosphere while overlooking the illuminations at Hakata Station. This restaurant is top-notch with no complaints. The Shiraz wine goes down smoothly. The presentation is always beautiful, and everything you eat is amazing. You don't have to worry about the smell, even if you have other plans afterwards. The bone-in stewed meat dish was delicious and easy to eat with scissors. When ordering salad, ask them to serve it separately. The spacious atmosphere inside the restaurant is very comfortable and different from stores in Kanto. I love the luxury feel here, and most importantly, the food was delicious!

I went to Yakiniku restaurant with my daughter for the first time in a while. I wanted to eat the Negi Shio Tan from Jojoen! We drove there and started with a non-alcoholic beer and Negi Shio Tan. The Negi Shio Tan here is so delicious! We also had Kalbi and thick-sliced lean meat. It's just so tasty! \(^^)/

There were also some salarymen having business meals inside. I ordered the Service Yakiniku Lunch for 2600 yen, which came with kimchi, salad, soup, namul, rice (no refills), soup, and a drink. The spacious interior mainly consists of table seating, with a few counter seats by the window for couples. I was dining alone and was seated by the window, overlooking Hakata Station. I ordered the service lunch (2,600 yen tax included), which came with kimchi, namul, salad, rice, soup, and sauce all served together on a tray. The namul consisted of four different varieties, allowing for a variety of flavors. The main meat dish was beef belly marinated in sauce, along with two prawns. The meat had a slight marbling of fat and was of high quality and delicious. For dessert, I chose coffee and was served a small berry cake. While it may not have been exceptional, the quality of the overall experience in the serene atmosphere made for a pleasant lunchtime.

The set drink options were coffee, Calpis, or Oolong tea, and I chose Oolong tea. The meal started with rice, soup, Namul (seasoned vegetables), salad, and Kimchi. The salad dressing was surprisingly delicious. The main course included three types of premium meat: loin, kalbi, and tongue. The meats were beautifully marbled and melted in the mouth. The original sauce was the best, while the lemon sauce was only used for the tongue. The meal ended with strawberry ice cream cake. Despite the price, the service and atmosphere made it worth it. I would love to visit for dinner as well. Overall, it was a delicious experience.
