Wow, the entrance exudes a sense of luxury...! But let's go for it! Let's go!! So, I ordered the most delicious looking lunch set, the "Ginmi Lunch". It arrived promptly, with a large portion of meat cut into three types: tongue, kalbi, and loin. And the side dishes were amazing too! Kimchi, namul, soup, salad, so much to enjoy!! First, I started with the salad. It had plenty of sesame oil, but it wasn't too heavy, rather it was mellow and light, delicious! I could eat this salad all day long...!! The kimchi was on the sweeter side, with a strong crunch. Now, onto the meat, starting with the tongue. I cooked it carefully, not overdoing it, and let it rest for 10 seconds on the plate as recommended. I dipped it in lemon sauce and took a bite. Oh, it's incredibly delicious...!! (tears of joy) It was tender, with a nice chewy texture and very juicy. Next, the almost snow-white loin. Meat is supposed to be red, right...? No, white...? I hesitantly put it in my mouth. Fabulous!!!!!!! (ecstasy) What? Is this heaven? Is this place heaven?? The marbling was abundant, but it wasn't as heavy as I expected, just pure happiness in my mouth. The kalbi was also incredibly tender, easily falling apart with chopsticks, melting in my mouth. At this point, I thought, "White rice is a must!" Yes, of course!! Ahhh, I'm in meat heaven. Why is good beef fat so delicious...? And there were four types of sauces too! A sweet miso sauce, lemon sauce, spicy sauce, and a dashi-based sauce. Too many choices! But I usually end up using the one that tastes the best with the meat. Well, they were all delicious... Unfair... Most of them were based on garlic, which naturally complemented the meat, making it the best it could be. I enjoyed the namul and soup to cleanse my palate, and I could enjoy it until the end. It's already evening, but I don't feel bloated at all. Good quality meat with that much marbling, and no bloating... (puzzled) In conclusion, my desire for meat, my stomach, everything was completely satisfied. Truly fulfilling experience at "Jojoen".
