Tsubame Donuts uses domestically produced rice bran oil for frying and soy for their SOY DONUTS. The donuts in the showcase looked cute, delicious, and light. It's just so greasy. Drenched in oil. Ruins the healthy vibe. But, being made with soy, the dough's flavor and fluffiness are definitely different from Mister Donut. That part is really good. The basic Tsubame for 190 yen and the slightly sugary one for 240 yen are like Pon de Rings. It's a shame they're so greasy. If they weren't greasy, it would be a 3.5-star review.

The Caramel Biscuit didn't have a strong caramel flavor, so if you're looking for a caramel taste, it might be a bit lacking. The donuts use domestically produced soybeans and the oil used for frying is made from domestically produced rice, so it seems like they focus on offering body-friendly donuts.
