Moved by the seafood bowl #Akira Suisan {Kawabata-machi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City} On September 20, 2023 (Wednesday), I visited Akira Suisan. While walking through Nakasu Kawabata Shotengai, I came across a new-looking store. Upon researching, I found out that it was a newly opened store on July 8th. It is located slightly south of Kawabata Shotengai, near Dosanko. I was drawn to the seafood bowl displayed in front of the store. Moreover, it was limited to 20 servings, so I entered immediately. The payment was made in advance, and I received a number tag to wait for the arrival of the food. There was also delicious sea bream tea pickles available. The seafood bowl @ 1000 yen (tax included) arrived. It came with miso soup, pickles, wasabi, and sesame dressing. This seafood bowl is amazing! It had 3 slices each of sea bream, tuna, yellowtail, and salmon. In addition, there were shrimp, salmon roe, squid, and shredded egg. The bowl was packed full of sashimi, which was impressive. I was surprised by the thickness of each slice of sashimi. I was also amazed that the sashimi was arranged vertically. The sashimi was fresh, fatty, and delicious. There was almost too much sashimi, a luxurious dilemma. It was the best seafood bowl for 1000 yen (tax included). They also offer takeout options such as sushi, chirashi, and seafood bowls at the store. They even provide cooling packs for takeout, so I would like to use this service soon. 6-133 Kamikawabatamachi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. Closed on Sundays.
