I wanted something quick for lunch, so I stopped by the Sukiya Hirakata Naguchinono store, located between Keihan Gotenyama Station and Makino Station, and had the limited-time Tsukimi Sukiyaki Gyudon. I had the Green Onion Salt Lemon Beef Bowl Set with Caesar Salad and Sardine Meatball Soup. The usual beef bowl had a flavorful topping of green onion salt lemon, which I enjoyed. The lemon was sweet. The Caesar salad had croutons, paprika, and was delicious. The sardine meatball soup was also tasty! Additionally, the miso soup bowl was surprisingly large. I ordered using the touch panel and my food was ready quickly. The two female staff members were busy cooking, serving, and handling the drive-thru, but they seemed efficient.

The Chicken Curry for ¥680 and the Fried Chicken for ¥100 were ordered. The Fried Chicken took a bit longer to prepare, about 2-3 minutes. The curry had a strong spice flavor, surpassing the level of chain restaurants. The spice level was just right, appealing to a wide range of people. The chicken was large in size, very tender, easily falling apart with a spoon. The chicken was well seasoned with spices, creating a great harmony with the curry. However, some may find the chicken lacking in firmness. The portion size was sufficient even for a regular serving. Probably the most voluminous among chain restaurants. The pickled onions were a perfect palate cleanser. The fried chicken had a bit of oil at the bottom of the plate, but it wasn't bothersome. The bite-sized pieces had a crispy coating and juicy meat, quite good for the price of 100 yen. Overall, the curry might be the best among chain restaurants.

After lightly exercising, I stopped by here for lunch. I arrived around 11:50 am on a Sunday and it wasn't too crowded yet. Today, I came here specifically to try the newly released "Gyudon Triple Garlic MIX" in a large size. It was served to me quickly. The moment the bowl arrived, the smell of garlic was strong, but I love this smell. The garlic cloves, fried lightly, were deliciously tender and the crunchy garlic sprouts added a nice texture. The tasty and tender beef from Sukiya was also included, making it a hearty gyudon. Despite the large portion, I easily finished it and felt energized. After eating, I made sure to drink the included breath care to prevent any strong garlic breath. I imagine my burps may have had a strong smell, but since I didn't meet anyone that day except when I wore a mask to the nearby supermarket, it wasn't a problem. As a garlic lover, this dish was a perfect match for me, so I plan to enjoy it a few more times before the sales period ends. Thank you for the meal!

I visited this place for lunch on a Sunday after a light workout. I arrived around 11:30 and it wasn't too crowded yet. This summer, they brought back the Eggplant Arrabbiata Gyudon, which was a limited-time item last year. I had become a fan of it last summer, so I was looking forward to its return this year. I ordered the large size and it arrived in less than a minute, which was impressive. The spiciness of the dish didn't feel as strong as last year, but it still had a nice kick to it. The dish included about four large eggplants, which added a smooth texture. The spicy Arrabbiata sauce paired well with the beef, onions, and eggplants, making it delicious. Even though I had gotten used to the spiciness, it was still quite hot, and I couldn't stop sweating. However, eating something spicy and sweating in the hot weather was quite refreshing. I look forward to trying the Eggplant Arrabbiata Curry next time I visit. Thank you for the meal!
