We used it at a cafe. They have several types of black tea and green tea, so they bring scent samples for you to choose your favorite tea from. Today, my friend chose chamomile, and I chose a blend of sencha and matcha. It's delicious.

It's a regular day at 12:00. There are 4 groups of customers already. There are also some foreign customers. The cafe is located next to a cosmetics shop. The Reuben sandwich (tax included 1760 yen) comes with a hot soup filled with cabbage, onions, and bacon. The salad has plenty of greens like watercress and purple cabbage. I love the sesame dressing! The main Reuben sandwich is quite impressive in appearance!! The bread is crispy because it's toasted. Inside, there's sauerkraut, pastrami, and gooey cheese. The pastrami is quite generous! As you can see, the cheese is overflowing, so your hands will get sticky. The pickles provide a refreshing acidity. The crispy tortilla chips were a bit lacking, so I ate them with cheese. It was delicious and filling, but a bit pricey, I think...

I went for lunch! The restaurant was empty inside, but for some reason I had to wait a little at the entrance before being seated, which was a bit mysterious. There were many foreign staff members, so maybe they were a bit slow. I had a charcoal latte and charcoal pancake! The latte had a slightly charcoal-like taste, but surprisingly it was delicious and addictive! The charcoal pancake was less sweet than it looked and quite easy to eat. However, it was quite filling so I couldn't finish it, unfortunately. I recommend going on an empty stomach! It was delicious!

Popular cafe in Ginza near the intersection of Yonchome Ginza. I have visited multiple times and this time I went after enjoying cherry blossom viewing on the weekend, as they offer a raclette course. The cafe is owned by the cosmetics company Ampoule, so there is a cosmetics sales corner as well. The bright and clean shop was surprisingly full even late in the day on the weekend. The course included Hokkaido raclette cheese, Hokkaido roast beef and Shinshu ham, Shinshu sausage and thick-cut bacon, various vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, baby corn, red and yellow bell peppers, potatoes), and baguette. The vegetables and sausages are mainly sourced from Nagano and Hokkaido. The vegetables were fresh, and the sausages and ham were of high quality and plentiful. The raclette was from Hanabatake Farm, and they melt it in a raclette machine. It was mentioned that with Japanese-made raclette, you can eat all of it including the hard parts around the edges. I thought I would get tired of it quickly, but the cheese was not too salty, so I enjoyed it until the end without feeling overwhelmed. Surprisingly, the raclette went well with the roast beef. It paired perfectly with white wine, and we enjoyed it heartily. Despite the generous portions, we finished everything. It was a fun girls' night out with lots of laughter and chatter. Finally, the bread and potatoes were the best! When I asked the staff, they said they could make leftover raclette into pasta. Of course, we added that too! The cheese pasta with plenty of raclette and crunchy bamboo shoots was the best ever! I hope they serve it for lunch too. By the way, the Hanabatake Farm raclette cheese is very expensive! So, the course at 4840 yen per person is quite a bargain. I definitely want to go back! It would be a great place for a girls' night out or a company gathering!

♡---- Ginza Gourmet ----♡ Ginza Raclette Girls' Night Out (’-’*)♪ A weekend meal with four gourmet girls (^○^) at a cafe on the 2nd floor right across from Ginza Mitsukoshi's new building, just a short walk from Ginza 4-chome intersection. The convenient and well-organized Mark Grill & Cafe, where I have previously enjoyed pancakes and lunch. Also on the same floor is Ampoule, a cosmetics store. This is Ampoule's cafe, an elegant and stylish place with a bright and natural atmosphere ✨ This time, with four girls, we tried the Raclette course for 4840 yen: - Raclette cheese from Hanabatake Farm in Hokkaido - Roast beef from Hokkaido & ham from Shinshu - Sausage and thick-cut bacon from Shinshu - Various vegetables (such as green lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, baby corn, potatoes) - Baguette from France The Raclette heater used is a special one that the president specially ordered. The large piece of Raclette cheese melts and we can pour it over the ingredients ourselves. It's unique to see a restaurant using a dedicated heater to make Raclette like this (≧▽≦) The Raclette cheese from Hokkaido's Hanabatake Farm, provided in a large chunk, melts beautifully when the heater is brought close, and we get to enjoy the melted cheese over the ingredients ♥️(^q^) Yum, it looks delicious❗ Even though we kept pouring more, there was still plenty of cheese left❗️❗️❗️ Since I love cheese so much, I had the vegetables with cheese dressing ✨ The sausage, bacon, roast beef, and baguette were all topped with cheese sauce ♥️ Cheese, cheese, cheese - a cheese feast ♥️(///ω///)♪ It was really delicious. But just when we finished eating the ingredients on the plate and felt it was a waste to have leftover Raclette, the staff suggested that if we ordered pasta, we could pour the Raclette over it. +1870 yen Without hesitation, we all agreed to add the pasta (-o-)/ The pasta was a weekly changing cream-based pasta, and it paired perfectly with the cheese, it was so delicious❗ Even though we were supposed to be full, we finished it all in no time. The feeling of the cheese melting, even indoors, created a lively atmosphere like being at a campsite, but with a twist. Perfect for girls' night out or a date (reservations available for 2 people or more) (*^ー゚) Guaranteed to have a great time‼️ It was so much fun ♥️ White wine paired well with the Raclette. Cheers (lol) Thank you for the delicious meal. Oh, this Raclette course is limited to 4 groups, so reservations are required ⚠️ MARK CAFE & GRILL @mark_cafeandgrill ⌚ Tue-Sat 11:00-22:00, Sun-Mon 11:00-18:00 Ginza Kotobiru Building 2nd floor, 5-9 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo

MARK CAFE&GRILL is a great place for a girls' night out with their Raclette course! Limited to only 4 groups per day, you can enjoy melting cheese using a Raclette heater developed in France, allowing you to savor it until the very end. The Raclette cheese is from Hokkaido's Hanabatake Farm, and you can eat even the rind since they don't use wax like in France. It has a crispy, cheese cracker-like texture that goes perfectly with wine. The course includes Hokkaido Raclette cheese, Hokkaido roast beef, prosciutto, sausages from Shinshu, ham from Shinshu, various vegetables, and baguette. The vegetable platter is impressive, but the meat portions are also substantial. The classic baguette was a favorite, as the simplicity complemented the cheese's flavor. Potatoes are always a hit, and surprisingly, the roast beef was delicious too. If you have leftovers, they can make pasta with the Raclette, which is a must-try! The Raclette heater gets very hot, so be careful when handling it. It's a fun and lively atmosphere for a girls' night out. They also sell cosmetics from AMPLEUR, so you can enjoy checking out testers and new products. The cheese was so good that I'm already planning to come back for the Ricotta cheese pancakes next time. The counter seats overlooking Ginza Harumi Street have power outlets too.

I found out that there is a machine for raclette in Japan for the first time and decided to make a reservation. Normally, raclette is melted and poured by the staff at the restaurant, but here it is different. It is "Japan's first self-melting raclette" where you can melt it yourself, pour it over your favorite ingredients, and eat it at your own pace. As a cheese lover, I couldn't resist this opportunity. I was worried if I could finish the quite large cheese, but it was so delicious that I finished it all in no time! In the end, I also had them pour cheese over the Amatriciana pasta that I ordered as an additional dish. Tomato sauce with cheese, needless to say, it was amazing. I am very satisfied! I will definitely visit again!

A beautiful interior in a completely white space. ◎◎Ordered Items◎◎ ☑ Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate ☑ Cafe Latte Recommended for chocolate lovers. The rich chocolate is irresistible for chocolate lovers. The nuts around it serve as an accent. If you love chocolate, you should try it! ( *´꒳`*)っ

I filled myself up with a sandwich that was full of volume. The lunch menu mainly consisted of salads. In addition, there was a daily pasta or sandwich option, and I ordered the roast beef sandwich. I ordered the Reuben sandwich (1320 yen) as a single item. It is a sandwich familiar in America made with cheddar cheese and roast beef. The sandwich was filled with roast beef on a whole wheat-like bread (lol). There was also a marinated onion-like topping with a slight acidity. It was a well-balanced sandwich. It might be a bit difficult to eat, so it may not be suitable for a date (^_^;) However, it definitely filled me up. I couldn't even finish the tortilla chips that came as a side (sorry). I sat at the counter. It was a high chair, but it was enjoyable to overlook the streets of Ginza. I visited during weekday lunchtime, but even after 12:30, there were only 3-4 people, and it was empty throughout. The customers were mostly women. It is a calm restaurant. I didn't have much time because of my schedule, but I was able to eat calmly, and it was the right decision to come to this restaurant (^^)

Located in Ginza, the cafe restaurant "MARK CAFE & GRILL BY AMPLEUR" celebrates its 19th anniversary. It is a cafe & grill brand produced by the advanced skincare brand "Ampleur" born from dermatological science. Since its establishment in 2016, it has been popular in Nakameguro with the "Mark Matsuoka Grill" produced, offering exquisite meat dishes and sweets. They specialize in "Shikata beef" dishes sourced from the parent company. From cafe menu items made in-house to Italian-based dishes, their pancakes and pasta are enticing. The recommended menu item that caught my attention is the "Beauty Decaf Coffee" created by the skincare brand "Ampleur" focusing on the beauty components of coffee. I ordered the "Beauty Decaf Coffee" which uses the unique caffeine removal method "Swiss Water Process" without any chemical substances, providing a delicious decaf option with beauty benefits. It has a balanced bitterness and acidity, with a rich flavor despite being decaffeinated. The menu seemed to cater to women's preferences, as the restaurant was lively with groups of women. The beautiful night view of Ginza's main street added to the relaxing atmosphere, making it a recommended spot for a break.

Ginza Weekend Lunch at MARK CAFE & GRILL @ Ginza Gochome (across from Mitsukoshi Ginza) ☑️ Bullet Bolognese 2420 yen. ▶️ Soup, salad, and refillable bread. I've been curious about this place because it's similar to a pasta dish I love in Naka-Meguro. The weekend in Ginza has been really crowded lately, so I was hesitant, but I finally went on an empty stomach for an early dinner. Oh? Maybe it's past cafe time? Lol. Surprisingly, it was almost empty, with only 2 groups arriving while I was there. It's a cafe, so drinks only are fine, but most people were eating, and not many were aiming for the limited pasta. It seems like the salad is the main dish? Probably because drinks are charged separately... If you order the pasta set, it becomes a 3000 yen course... So, I decided to go for the limited Bolognese. After a while, it arrived: thick noodles, a 180g beef patty, formed into coarse ground beef. The sauce was poured over it, and the staff cut the meat, sprinkled cheese, and it was ready to eat. The meat was very coarse, not rare, in a chunk. So it didn't really mix with the pasta... The pasta lacked saltiness, and the meat was very meaty, so eating them together was okay, but it felt like two separate things. Haha.

Halloween limited course ¥2,750 *If you add LINE friends, it will be ¥2,420! A trendy café located right in front of Ginza Mitsukoshi. I ordered the Halloween limited course. I was quite hungry, but I was very satisfied and full afterwards! The pasta had a rich creaminess with a hint of sweetness from the pumpkin, which was delicious! I thought it might be on the sweeter side with the cream and pumpkin, but the saltiness of the prosciutto served as a nice accent, making it not too heavy, and I finished it all in one go (lol). The pumpkin cheesecake was incredibly smooth and delicious! Paired with the spiciness of the chai latte, it really made me feel the autumn vibes. The food is delicious, the interior is stylish, and there are power outlets, so it seems like a great place to come for a regular lunch or even as a work cafe! Highly recommended!

Today, I visited a cafe located on the 2nd floor of the "Ginza Coty Building" in Ginza 5-chome, along Harumi Street, in front of Ginza Mitsukoshi. The cafe, called "Mark Cafe & Grill," has a bright and modern atmosphere with both table seating and a counter where you can overlook Harumi Street. It is produced by the popular "Mark Matsuo Grill" in Naka-Meguro. I ordered the weekend limited menu item, the "Bomb Bolognese" for ¥2,420. The meal included corn soup, salad, and bread, with the highlight being the Bomb Bolognese, a popular dish created for the recently opened "Mark Matsuo Grill Sapporo." It consisted of a 180g beef hamburger patty served with pasta. The staff chopped up the hamburger, poured sauce over it, and added Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, resulting in a delicious pasta dish with a hearty hamburger flavor. On another occasion, I tried the weekday lunch menu, opting for the Quinoa Salad for ¥1,155. It was a satisfying salad with a variety of vegetables and ingredients like pumpkin, beans, broccoli, carrots, lotus root, onions, and quinoa. The cafe also offers a selection of sweets such as pancakes, donuts, and parfaits, making it a place worth revisiting. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I wanted to repeat this hidden gem cafe located right across from Mitsukoshi, on the 2nd floor of a building just at the Ginza 4-chome intersection. It's called "Mark & Grill Cafe" and I visited again over the weekend! (Prices are for weekends) The weekend limited Bomb Bolognese for 2420 yen (salad, soup, and bread included) comes with 180g of 100% domestic beef hamburger. The staff breaks up the hamburger and mixes it with the sauce to create the Bolognese, then tops it with cheese. The meaty flavor of the hamburger is quite intense, but the thick noodles don't get overwhelmed by the sauce, so it's a perfect balance when eaten with the hamburger. Although the portion of the pasta is not that large, the thick noodles make you feel full as you chew. Very satisfying ♥️ The Steak Salad for 2310 yen (soup, bread included) was a menu I had been eyeing for a while. It's incredibly voluminous as rumored, so I wanted to try it ♥️ Yes, as rumored, the visual presentation is Beautiful & Voluminous‼️ Made with Australian Prime Angus beef steak, the meat is tender and delicious. The salad is piled high with plenty of ingredients, so you can get a good amount of vegetables ♥️ On weekdays, it's 1430 yen. You can add soup and a drink for an extra 330 yen. On weekends, it's 2310 yen and includes soup and bread. You can add a drink for an additional 385 yen. Since we had time and could still fit in something sweet, we ordered the seasonal pancakes for dessert. We took the bread from the set home with us. Now, the seasonal pancakes for 1870 yen. This time it was made with Shine Muscat grapes. Not only does it look cute, but the sweetness of the pancakes themselves is exquisite ♥️ It was so delicious ♥️ Even though we were already full, we devoured it saying "Delicious ♥️ Delicious ⤴️" The texture of the pancakes was just right, not too light or heavy. The sweetness was just right, and I felt like I could taste the deliciousness of the batter more directly compared to the charcoal pancakes I had before. The cafe mocha was comforting ♥️ The cafe has a bright interior, is conveniently located, and is reasonably priced on weekdays, making it a cafe you can visit regularly. It seems to have gained more recognition lately, as there were always customers leisurely enjoying their time. The Bomb Bolognese is quite popular and tends to sell out, so I recommend coming early if you want to try it. Thank you for the meal!

I ordered the seasonal fruit pancakes and charcoal latte. I was informed that the pancakes would take about 20 minutes to be ready. The pancakes were fluffy and voluminous, filled with plenty of Shine Muscat grapes. The charcoal latte, made with bamboo charcoal, had beautiful latte art on top. The barista is skilled at creating latte art.

I visited a yakiniku horumon restaurant called "Mark Matsuoka" in Nakameguro before, and I was impressed by how delicious even the horumon I usually don't like was. I found out that there is a cafe affiliated with that restaurant in Ginza, so I made my first visit. The cafe is owned by the cosmetics company "Ampleur" and is located on the second floor of a building across from Ginza Mitsukoshi. Despite being right in the middle of Ginza, the place surprisingly doesn't stand out much, making it a hidden gem. On this day when I wanted to eat something junky, my main target this time was the "Roast Beef and Cheddar Cheese Reuben Sandwich" which came with soup, salad, and a mini dessert for 1230 yen on weekdays and 1430 yen on weekends. I also added a cold brew coffee. What was served soon after was truly impressive, with the cheese being gooey and outstanding! The sandwich had plenty of roast beef, cheese, and bread crisply toasted with the Aurora sauce-like sauce, making it absolutely delicious! The mini dessert that came with it was also great. Noteworthy was the cold brew coffee. It was too delicious! The aroma was rich, and the taste was mellow with a slight sweetness in the iced coffee. It was clearly on a different level from regular coffee. The recommendation from the staff was right on point. This is definitely worth trying! The "Steak Salad" that the people next to me ordered was met with loud cheers. I couldn't help but be curious about it, so I'll definitely try it next time!

Charcoal pancakes made with bamboo charcoal, priced at 1,870 yen, are gaining popularity overseas. The pancakes contain bamboo charcoal powder, which is pesticide-free and domestically produced. They also include cocoa powder, giving them a chocolatey flavor. The sweetness is subtle, and there is a hint of charcoal taste. Bamboo charcoal is known for its detoxifying effects, helping to eliminate waste from the body and improve gut health. These pancakes are recommended for those who enjoy sweets but also care about their health.
