Yes, it's ramen time at Menya Ichibiri NEXT! The famous noodle shop from Nara, Menya Ichibiri, has finally opened in Osaka on December 21st. I was invited by a follower and decided to visit right away. Despite some mishaps with my bike keys, I made it to the shop located at the corner of Nonaka intersection on the outer loop line in Fujiidera, with plenty of parking space available. I ordered the "Ajitama Ramen" for 980 yen and the "Waedama" for 220 yen. The shop is still getting used to operations, so they are currently only serving ramen. The visual presentation of the ramen was impressive, with a unique cement-like shiokara shio broth. The broth, a combination of shiokara and chicken shio, was surprisingly delicious and easy to eat. The noodles were medium-thick straight noodles with a nice chewy texture. The chashu slices were tender and tasty. After finishing the ramen, I also tried the Waedama, which was served with a generous portion of noodles and had a flavorful sauce. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Despite the silent opening, many customers were already enjoying their meals, indicating high expectations for the shop. As for my bike keys incident, I managed to get help from my wife and safely returned home. Thank you to Hamada-san for the great experience!

This place is famous for its chicken broth ramen. I had the mixed noodles here. The mixed noodles are really delicious and come in a generous portion. I ordered a large serving and my stomach was so full! It was so good that I could skip dinner and just have tofu. Delicious!

Ichibiri Ramen, located in front of Kashihara Shrine. I thought I would never go there because it's far from Osaka, but I found out they opened a branch in Fujiidera City last year, so I decided to visit. It's only a 10-minute drive from the highway exit. The large store can accommodate around 10 cars and has plenty of seating with a two-person operation. It seems like a tough business model due to its size. I purchased the special ramen for 1,100 yen from the ticket machine and waited at the counter seats. They served a small dish of simmered dried fish as an appetizer. The ramen arrived with four slices of rare pork shoulder chashu, a half-cut seasoned egg, seaweed, naruto fish cake, and green onions as toppings. The noodles were straight and medium-thick, slightly firm. The soup was a light and not very thick type, which I found lacking in the intense dried fish flavor that I usually enjoy. For those who haven't experienced such a strong taste before, they may find it delicious. The toppings, however, were excellent. I thought if they had opened in the urban area of Osaka, they might have struggled to stay in business. On the way back, I stopped by Shinpukunakan Moriguchi branch and bought a takeaway of chashu for 2,000 yen. This traditional chashu is incredibly delicious when added to homemade ramen or instant noodles. Just a side note!

I visited the restaurant before the crowds arrived. The staff's customer service was excellent and made me feel comfortable. I had a regular bowl of ramen and a small serving of rice, which was just right for me. I really enjoyed the flavor of the ramen broth! The type of noodles wasn't my favorite, but I think those who like it will enjoy it!

Yesterday, after work, I wanted to stop by the famous tonkotsu ramen shop "Gonta" in Habikino, but it was closed (crying). So I was wondering what to do. Instead of ramen, I thought about having beef bowl and as I was driving, I came across "Ichibiri," a place I had reviewed before that serves dried fish broth-based ramen. Last time I had their tsukemen and found it tasty, but I felt the limitations of the dried fish broth. Today, I decided to give it another try.
I ordered the mixed noodles and let's dig in. Hmm, this doesn't taste like dried fish at all. Not even a hint of dried fish. But it still has the aroma of dried fish. It's actually really delicious. The level of dried fish flavor is just right. It's just perfect. I might try their ramen or tsukemen again to come to a conclusion about their dried fish broth dishes.

The desired ramen shop was unexpectedly closed, so I decided to try a new place that caught my eye earlier. This restaurant has a parking lot and both counter and table seating. I arrived just after the lunch rush, so there was no wait. The menu is ticket-based, and I chose the default "ramen" for 880 yen. They also offer rice dishes, but I passed on them this time. The meal started with a small dish of simmered fish, which was a nice touch. After a short wait of about 8 minutes, my ramen arrived. It looked beautiful, with a rich soup base that had a strong simmered fish flavor. The straight noodles had a firm texture, which I enjoyed. The chashu was not rare, but had a good thickness. There were condiments like black pepper on the table, and also a unique powdered yuzu pepper, which added a nice touch to the soup. I debated whether to add the simmered fish to my soup, as it intensified the flavor. Overall, I think having the powdered simmered fish available on the table would be a better option. I look forward to trying their mazesoba next time.

I asked around 7 o'clock on Saturday, and it was very empty, just us! I love the affiliated stores, so I visited this shop in Fujiidera. I ordered the special dipping noodles. The scent of yuzu was strong, and it seemed to be a matter of taste, but I loved the flavor. The seasoning is strong, but thanks to the yuzu, it was very delicious and refreshing, my favorite dipping noodles. It's a very delicious restaurant, but I was surprised that there were few customers! It's a bit inconvenient location, but it's delicious, so I want everyone to go there.

First visit, for someone from northern Osaka, Fujii-dera is not a familiar place at all, haha. I happened to go there for work and entered the restaurant during lunchtime. I purchased my meal ticket without much of a wait, but had to wait about 20 minutes for a seat. It seemed like everyone around me was ordering tsukemen. I ordered the Ajitama Ramen for 980 yen and the Char Siu Don for 350 yen. The rich and delicious chicken shio broth had a nice bonito flavor, and I couldn't stop eating. The noodle portion was quite generous and satisfying. I was already quite full from the Char Siu Don, haha. If this place was closer, I would definitely visit regularly. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Nara Ichibiri has arrived in Fujidera! There was a decent line since the opening, but I finally got to try their tsukemen. It was satisfyingly filling with large and delicious chashu. Although it was tasty, I don't think it's the best in my ramen experience.

I knew that Nara Ichibiri-san's NEXT store had opened, but... today was finally the perfect timing to visit! The location of the store is at the intersection of Sakai Haji-no Line and the Outer Ring Road. I think it used to be where Ramen-ya Kurofune Fujii-dera store was located. As I entered the entrance, a polite lady welcomed me! She guided me to buy a food ticket. The menu includes ramen, tsukemen, and maze-soba. On my first visit today, I decided to be greedy and ordered the special ramen. I bought the food ticket and was guided to the back of the counter. I handed the ticket to the lady and checked in nicely. A serving of niboshi (dried baby sardines) as a service appetizer was brought out immediately. I enjoyed the crunchy texture of the small fish while waiting for my order. The special bowl, covered with a large rare chashu, arrived on the counter with great impact. First, I tried the shimmering oil ball and took a sip of the sophisticated soup. The impressive aroma of seafood was very nice. The deliciousness of the niboshi combined with the depth of the chicken and soy sauce broth was outstanding. Next, I grabbed the slightly thin straight special order noodles and slurped them up. The firm texture was to my liking. The combination of the slightly charred noodles and the broth was excellent. Then, I enjoyed the visually appealing chashu. The perfectly tender meat with a light seasoning was great. Additionally, there was a caramelized egg, green onions, naruto, and roasted seaweed to enhance the ramen. This special ramen with a strong seafood flavor is highly recommended at "Ramenya Ichibiri NEXT." It's MASA☆RU's recommendation.

This was my first time trying this ramen shop for 1080 yen. Usually, there are a lot of tonkotsu pork broth ramen shops, but seafood broth ramen is delicious too. The noodles were different from the usual thin noodles, they were firm noodles that made each bite tasty. I didn't order it this time, but I want to go back and try it with green onions on top. I will definitely visit again.

I was looking forward to coming to the city of Habikino today to have lunch at Menya Ichibiri NEXT, located in Furumichi. I had the sweet sauce mixed noodles and the seared chashu rice bowl, which was delicious with plenty of chashu. I also tried the seasoned egg, which was tasty on its own as well. Menya Ichibiri NEXT is located at 3-12-11 Fujigaoka, Fujiidera City, Osaka Prefecture.

Special ramen ordered ✨(with two slices of chashu + seasoned egg) First, the crispy boiled sardines, which are provided for free, are served as an appetizer, but before the ramen arrives, use this to get your taste buds ready (it's really delicious~)
[Highlighted Review] ✨
- Noodles: Thin straight noodles with a good texture that mix well with the soup
- Soup: A combination of boiled sardine soup and chicken white broth, creating a perfect balance. The aroma is strong with the flavor of boiled sardines, but when you take a sip, you can also taste the richness and mellowness of the chicken white broth without overpowering the sardine flavor
- Chashu: The chashu is cooked perfectly, giving it a rare and high-quality texture
[Summary] ✨
- Part of the Ichibiri group of restaurants in Nara Prefecture (Fujidera branch is the third store)
- Recommended special ramen for a great deal
- The balance of the W soup is superb
- Many customers ordered tsukemen, so that might be worth trying as well
- Arrived around 12:30 PM and the restaurant was full with a waiting list of two groups, showing its popularity
- There are parking spaces for 13 cars
- The owner and staff were friendly, energetic, and provided attentive service
Thank you, Ramenya Ichibiri NEXT ✨

A ramen shop that I regularly visit for their maze-soba, ramen, and tsukemen. This shop is unique because they serve crispy boiled fish as a complimentary dish. It's surprisingly delicious and nutritious! It's a bit addictive. However, in my opinion, it's not dramatically delicious. The taste is just slightly better than average. I wouldn't go if there's a long line. I recommend going at a slightly off-peak time!

The popular ramen shop, Menya Ichibiri, located in front of Kashihara Shrine, has expanded to Fujiidera City in Osaka. This time, I ordered ramen and "wae-dama" (cold noodles mixed with sauce). Before eating the ramen, a small dish of dried fish was served. I was told to eat it as it is, so I took a bite, but decided to also put it in the ramen. The strong flavor of the dried fish was great. The ramen had a white broth, not too thick, but with a strong dried fish flavor that I liked. The "wae-dama" also had a rich flavor and was delicious. I added vinegar halfway through, dipped it in the ramen soup, and finished it all.

I visited the restaurant on a regular Monday at 12 o'clock. When I entered, it was full, so I bought a meal ticket and took my seat. They served dried fish as an appetizer, which was crispy and delicious. The soup had a rich flavor of dried fish.

Ramen Shop Ichibiri NEXT... I stumbled upon this ramen shop and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Even at 2:00 PM, there was a line outside the shop, which was surprising. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we were seated. I ordered the ramen for 880 yen and the seared chashu rice bowl for 350 yen. My friend ordered the tsukemen with flavored egg and 300g of noodles for 1080 yen.
First, let's talk about the ramen! The broth had a strong punch of dried sardines and was incredibly delicious. The broth didn't have any artificial flavors, and it came with 4.5 dried sardines which were also delicious. The chashu rice bowl was filled generously with chashu and had a perfectly seasoned flavor.
Now, let's talk about my friend's tsukemen... When my friend mentioned to the owner that he didn't want chashu, the owner gave us extra soup and 100 yen back! The owner even removed the spices from the soup for my friend's portion. It was a gesture that showed the owner's kindness.
It's clear that this place will become popular because of the amazing food and the great people running it. I will definitely be back! Thank you for the delicious meal!

Today's cup: Ramenya Ichibiri NEXT special ramen Ichibiri-produced Osaka store Second visit Last time I had tsukemen, so this time I tried the standard special ramen with slightly firm needle-thin noodles and a rich chicken soup with a strong dried fish flavor. The rare chashu was soft and delicious, and I devoured it all. I wonder if I'll go back to the tsukemen next time. Thank you for the meal.

I went. But World Bokujo is not really close. Lol It's quite popular and there's a line. I had ramen and tsukemen. The ramen is quite thick and I like it. I like thick noodles. It's also salty and delicious. The tsukemen has a gentle flavor and is very tasty.
