When it comes to souvenirs or gifts in the form of sweets, if it's not a rare or limited edition item, I often go for this particular souvenir. It's one of my favorites that can be found at department stores! Bellamer's chocolates are very delicious. And this Palais Chocolat is incredibly cute...! There are various flavors available, including seasonal and event-themed ones. Right now, it's Halloween season. The individually wrapped packaging makes it a great gift, and it was very well received. I also bought three for myself. They were delicious! Thank you for the meal.

Cute and delicious, I often buy Bell Amel's Chocolat as a souvenir gift. It's a bit expensive, so I rarely buy it for myself. This time, I treated myself to Artisan Palle Chocolat, which features 10 different round chocolate pieces, each beautifully decorated. The overall quality was exceptional, especially the dark chocolate varieties. The Mandian series was particularly impressive, with the Mandian Noir being a standout for its rich cocoa flavor. The Mandian Milk and Mandian Ruby were also delicious, with the Ruby chocolate offering a fruity and acidic taste. The Strawberry Phrase was delicate and beautiful, with a soft texture and a strong strawberry flavor. The Cacao Noir, with crushed cocoa beans, was another favorite of mine. The Center Praline Pistachio had a nice touch of acidity, while the Mousse Chocolat Blanc was smooth and creamy. The Caramel Sale Blanc had finely crushed salted caramel chips, adding a unique texture. The Blue Earl Grey, although beautifully colored, had a strong Earl Grey aroma but lacked in flavor for me.

This is a new product I found at Daimaru Tokyo. I intentionally bought it at a chocolate shop. It's a cheesecake that needs to be refrigerated, so I ate it right away. In recent years, there has been a trend of rich and creamy desserts, like the Basque cheesecake. This one is also rich and creamy. It has a refreshing orange flavor, with a pretty rich cheese taste. It's smoother than Basque cheesecake and firmer than a soufflé. It's not too heavy or too light, just the right balance. It's palm-sized and perfect for a light snack. This would make a great souvenir. It's a summery and light cheesecake.

Orange peel chocolate and white chocolate, a total of 20 pieces for about 1700 yen. The chocolate coating is only on half of each piece, so the orange flavor is quite strong. Also, when you pick up the orange piece, the sticky residue gets on your fingers, which is a bit off-putting. The taste is not bad, but overall, I prefer Oggi or Dubaillou.

After purchasing Imo-kin, I remembered that there was a shop called Bel Amer in Daimaru. I decided to buy another souvenir. - Palais Chocolat Noir Cocoa: A chocolate that is crispy and creamy at the same time. Not too bitter, not too sweet, and the aftertaste disappears without lingering too much. It was delicious, and my child really liked it. - Mandian Matcha: A chocolate that is sweet with a perfect blend of matcha bitterness. Nuts, sesame seeds, and dried fruits provide different accents of sweetness and flavor with each bite, making it enjoyable.

While waiting for the Metro Link bus, I wandered around Daimaru and came across a beautiful and vividly colored coin-shaped snack. It turned out to be chocolate. I'm not a big fan of chocolate, but decided to try a bite. The "Pare Chocola Blue Earl Grey" was priced at 280 yen each, and was about 7cm in diameter. When I got home and tried it, I found that it wasn't overly chocolatey. It had a nice crunch, possibly from the chopped tea leaves mixed in. The appearance is beautiful, making it a great gift option. Thank you for the meal!

Today, I arrived at Tokyo Station at 7:30 PM. I explored some new stores at Daimaru Tokyo, and found a chocolate shop called "Bel Amer Daimaru Tokyo Store." It was my first time visiting. They had a variety of colorful chocolates. I asked the staff for recommendations and ended up buying a few pieces: "Mandian Noir for 280 yen," "Tarte Fruity for 280 yen," "Strawberry Milk for 280 yen," "Ramune Soda for 280 yen," and "Fraise for 280 yen." I got to taste different flavors, but they didn't quite live up to the visual appeal.

On a regular afternoon, the 1st floor of Daimaru was very crowded, making it difficult to browse the shops leisurely. However, in a small space, I discovered Bell Amel. I had the image of Bell Amel as a round chocolate, but they also had several types of cakes, so I decided to purchase one! The cake I bought was the Classic Chocolate Cake. Unlike the usual sponge cake base, this cake had a rich Gâteau au Chocolat base. The richness was reflected in its moist texture. The flavor was bitter. The top and sides of the cake were covered with a thick and soft Ganache Mousse au Chocolat, which provided a contrasting sweetness. On top, there was also whipped cream, which had a perfect balance of not too bitter and not too sweet.

Once again, Tokyo Station. This time I visited Daimaru. I found out that there is a Bell Amer store here, so I went to buy some chocolates. - Mandian Matcha Milky matcha with various toppings, each bite offers a different taste which is enjoyable. The rich taste of hazelnuts combined with matcha, the fragrant almond, and the sweet and sour cranberry with matcha... Every combination was delicious. - Palais Chocolat When you put it in your mouth, you first taste the sweetness, but then a bittersweetness spreads. It has a slightly crunchy texture, maybe from cocoa nibs. It was very delicious. - Easter Chocolat Orange The chick is adorable. The kids were delighted to eat it.

There were many beautiful artistic chocolates lined up. I couldn't decide, as adventure is fun but too much can be worrisome. I chose hojicha, which looked plain but pretty with leaf patterns and sparkles. I tried it at room temperature in the morning. It was milk chocolate, and to be honest, it didn't feel very premium. Milk chocolate is sweet and lacks the bitterness of an adult taste, which might be the reason. The appearance is fun with various designs, but the taste didn't impress me much. It did have the flavor of hojicha though.

"BEL AMER (Bel Amel) Black Chocolate Cake for 1050 yen. With its glossy glaze, it can make your heart skip a beat...(*^_^*) It's a rich dark chocolate, but not too heavy! The balance between bitterness and sweetness is exquisite. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the sponge part. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality, price, serving size for 4-5 people. This is my son's favorite cake, despite him usually preferring traditional Japanese sweets. Baked goods from here make great gifts. We mainly enjoy the Black Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Witch at home. I would love to try out more of their offerings!"

This is a chocolate specialty store located on the basement floor of Daimaru department store. They have multiple stores nationwide. I purchased the Chocolate Orange Financier and Millefeuille this time. The Chocolate Orange Financier has a moist and rich chocolate base with slices of orange on top. The balance of orange and chocolate was good. The Millefeuille has a crispy pastry with just the right amount of sweet chocolate on top.

Simple and unpretentious chocolate with a taste that doesn't get overwhelming. The variety of flavors changes with the seasons, which keeps it interesting. However, the Daimaru store at Tokyo Station is always crowded. It's no surprise, being Tokyo Station. The chocolates here have a consistent taste throughout the year, making them easy to enjoy even in the summer. I don't usually eat chocolate in the summer because it tends to get sticky and leaves a lingering feeling in the mouth, but the ones here are very easy to eat, even in the summer. I recommend the Palais Chocolat, which is a chocolate with various ingredients mixed in. They have milk, dark, and white chocolate bases, so it can be hard to choose. The variety of ingredients mixed in also adds to the dilemma. While dried fruits are a common choice, the ones with traditional Japanese ingredients mixed in are surprisingly delicious. There are so many different types to try, so give them a taste. The collaboration with Japanese ingredients is quite interesting, and I recommend checking out their New Year gifts rather than their Valentine's Day offerings. They are really cute! This time, I decided to try their cakes. However, I found the chocolates to be tastier than the cakes. The Gateau Chocolat had a generous amount of whipped cream on top of the ridges. Inside, there was caramel cream, which was the most prominent flavor. It might be more fitting to call it a Gateau Caramel rather than Gateau Chocolat. Overall, it was too sweet for some people, and eating it all in one go might be too much. Nevertheless, it was delicious. The taste was not the issue. Thank you for the meal.
