The burgers I had this time were limited edition, but they seem to be well-received, and I heard they may become part of the regular menu. I recently came across this restaurant a lot on social media and it piqued my interest, so I decided to check it out while I was in Honmachi for some errands. It took them a year to come up with the concept and after many trials and errors, they finally created a burger that must be absolutely delicious ❤️. The conclusion is, it was a burger that was even more delicious than I had imagined. I ordered the following: BBQ Cheeseburger with double meat. I watched it being cooked and I think I drooled about 10 liters. The aroma was already delicious even before I started eating. The fluffy and fragrant buns, the juicy and meaty patty... it was just irresistible. It was so delicious that I cried. And of course, the burger's side dish, the "potatoes," was also delicious. The portion size is normal, so men may want to add an extra patty. I felt the avocado was a bit lacking. The slightly spicy sauce and rich cheese make for a tasty burger. The iced coffee for ¥250 was quite reasonable. The BBQ sauce, which they claim took a year to develop, has a nice tomato base with just the right amount of acidity. All the sauces are homemade. When I got home and tried the burger, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the buns were! I'm usually not interested in bread, but these buns were amazing - fluffy with a nice sheen, and I finished the burger in no time. I like to have something to dip my fries in, so I used ketchup from home, but the BBQ sauce was so delicious that I wished they had a sauce similar to McDonald's to add more. The paper bag for takeout was cute and crafty, and I might consider eating outside once it gets cooler. Another advantage of takeout is being able to enjoy a hearty burger at home. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the donuts I was looking for, but as I was walking around feeling disappointed, I stumbled upon a food truck. The menu looked so tempting, almost like it was calling out to me to eat the delicious burgers. How could I resist?
