Covent Garden in the center of London is a great place to have burgers in the late hours in the Horie district! The restaurant has burger art inside and a spacious area with entertainment like darts, as well as a wide variety of drinks as it is also a bar! On Thursdays, the basic style burger was only ¥500 when the Burger Prince visited! The restaurant has received high praise for their burgers in a certain magazine, so many visitors come specifically for the burgers. On this special day, we ordered a standard burger and added toppings to customize it. We chose bacon and egg as toppings, and you can also add jalapenos, among others! My friend chose avocado as a topping and we enjoyed our burgers with Corona beer. The burger had an impressive appearance with a voluminous patty that was juicy and soft like a hamburger. The harmonious stack of fresh lettuce and natural-cut potato chips complemented the burger well. There were many foreign visitors, and sometimes a DJ would play music, making it a great space for private events as well! With a wide variety of burgers and drinks, you can enjoy them until late in the night in a spacious atmosphere. What more can you ask for?

I tried the Horie Burger. I'm not a fan of big, messy burgers, but this one was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

The hamburger is delicious!

I didn't really feel like having a hamburger, but the hamburger and fries here are very satisfying!! Mmm! Mmm!! I ended up eating them while marveling at how good they are. They have a wide variety of drinks, a nice atmosphere, and I heard they even have a booth at Cerezo's matches♪

A cafe-bar style establishment in Osaka, Kita-Horie area. ■ Atmosphere & Service The entrance may be a bit narrow and intimidating, but once inside, the space is quite large. In addition to regular table seating, there are high chair tables, a counter, and box-style group seating. Their specialty seems to be hamburgers. ■ Food I visited during a certain event. I only had a drink as I had plans to visit 5 other places in the Horie to Amerikamura area. [Cassis Beer] (700 yen) ★3 Beer mixed with cassis syrup. The syrup was a bit on the sweet side. ■ Other Points of Interest On Wednesdays, there is a ladies-only service where all drinks are half price. On Thursdays, all food items are offered at 500 yen for men as well. They have around 17 variations of hamburgers on the menu. ■ Conclusion The owner also oversees the American Holiday Festival and seems to be working hard to revitalize the Horie area. They have a beer server that glows with Guinness, which is rare in Japan. Wednesdays are popular for their 500 yen hamburgers deal.

I was invited to a birthday party hosted by a friend of a friend. It was a bit awkward at first being in a place where everyone seemed to know the birthday person well, but I managed to find someone to talk to and had a good time. The venue was a dining bar with a dance floor where people were dancing to salsa and merengue. The famous hamburgers looked tempting, but I decided to just have a drink since I had finally found someone to chat with. They had a variety of cocktails, and I chose a cocktail called "Rum Runner" which was sweet and easy to drink. For my second drink, I went with the classic "Cuba Libre". As I was leaving, I regretted not trying the hamburgers after seeing the sign at the entrance.

A classmate called me out to "Yakiyaki Sanrin" because they were there (laughs). I sometimes go to this restaurant. It's a delicious place, so I will post about it next time. After finishing the meal, I moved to the shop across the street. Wednesdays and Thursdays are apparently HAPPY SET days, and the place was packed with English flying around everywhere, making me wonder, "Where am I? Is this Japan?" (laughs) I ordered a burger. You can add toppings like cheese, avocado, and bacon. I had a burger at "Hard Rock Cafe" just three days ago... The meat in the Hard Rock Cafe burger was mostly beef mince and a bit tough, but the meat in this burger was just the right amount of firmness and juicy. The accompanying fries were large and delicious. (Hard Rock's fries are long and skinny like KFC's) The thickness of the tomato in the burger complemented the juiciness of the patty. Delicious!! It's filling, and if you can get a beer and a burger for 1000 yen, it's understandable why it's so crowded. If I bring a female colleague from the company (sorry for the generalization), she would be very happy. Next time, I'll come with my female colleagues from work (laughs). I heard later that this burger place ranked highly in the burger category of Kansai Walker.

Yesterday, I went to a salsa event with 3 friends and on our way back, we stopped by Covent Garden. It was Ladies' Day on Wednesday, so cocktails and draft beer were all 300 yen. The glasses were big, and just by showing the coupon, they even gave us complimentary popcorn. The staff were stylish and fun, and even though it's a bit far from the station, the service and prices were great so it didn't bother us. They also serve a flavorful spicy curry for only 500 yen for lunch. It's amazing, right? The side salad is also substantial, and the Caesar dressing with honey on top is incredibly delicious. Please give it a try when you have the chance.

Depending on the day of the week, you can find food for only 500 yen or drinks at half price. Even Guinness, which is usually already cheap, becomes incredibly affordable on these days! The hamburgers are also delicious!

American Hamburger, 5th stop. I started late so I was careless and missed the train. The inside of the restaurant was quite spacious, and surprisingly, I was able to get in. Phew. I ordered a hamburger and Paradiso orange. I had to wait a bit before it arrived. The menu said it was 950 yen, but does it really cost that much? It doesn't feel like it should be that expensive. The hamburger had a very homely taste, like something my mom used to make. It was just delicious. The fries were like KFC's, hot and fluffy, and there were plenty of them. Just this alone could make you feel full. It was quite an interesting restaurant. I went for a volume-focused meal again this time, so it ended up being heavy on carbs, but I was satisfied. It was fun.
