On this day, I visited Kamejima with a friend♪ We made a reservation and visited after work on a weekday~ヽ(*´∀`)ノ There is also a yakiniku version of Kamejima next door, so be careful not to mix them up☆(・∀・)シランケド!!!!! I ordered my usual toribin, and my friend is drinking oolong tea~ Let's toast! Oh, and the size of the oolong tea is huge! Apparently, all soft drinks come in this size! This is great news for soft drink lovers!(・∀・)シランケド!!!!! We chose various dishes that caught our eye: ● Choice of appetizer (sagari) ● Chicken wings and pig feet (528 yen) ● Red motsu stew (528 yen) ● Raw hormone yukke / pork tongue, mino, beef senmai, pork heart, beef tsurami (968 yen) ● Meat hot pot white (1,298 yen per serving) ● Carbonara soba (418 yen) The appetizer was unexpectedly in a teppanyaki style! I chose sagari for the appetizer, and we started with a hearty yakiniku appetizer!(・∀・)シランケド!!!!! The raw hormone yukke is mixed vigorously and delicious! I especially enjoyed the senmai, which I personally love. The chicken wings and pig feet were juicy and tender, melting in your mouth. We added shichimi to the red motsu stew, making it even more delicious! And now, the highlight of the day, the meat hot pot♡ This single serving hot pot comes with 200g of meat and 300g of vegetables, totaling 500g! My friend and I were thinking of trying the red and white versions, but it seemed impossible to finish, so we ordered one serving of white and decided to share it♡ And here it is, the black wagyu kalbi lid-like dish! Once it started boiling, we gently cooked the wagyu kalbi in the pot, giving it a shabu-shabu-like feel, and it was incredibly tender and delicious!(・∀・)シランケド!!!!! We immediately added plenty of bean sprouts and enjoyed it to the fullest♡ And then, unexpectedly, the white pot turned into carbonara?! So we ordered the carbonara soba, and the chef came out from the counter to prepare the carbonara for us!(・∀・)シランケド!!!!! Once we added the noodles, plenty of cheese, and two egg yolks, the rich white meat hot pot soup quickly turned into carbonara, and it was incredibly delicious! If you love carbonara, I definitely recommend choosing the white pot to enjoy this dish~ヽ(*´∀`)ノ Next time, I'll gather more people to try the red and white versions!(`・ω・´)>!!!!
