The place is near Nagata Station on the Osaka Subway Chuo Line. It's the second stop after visiting another shop. It's called "Shunkafuyu". Seems like a place that doesn't get boring! Inside, it's run by one person. There was one customer before me. The menu didn't have anything that stood out, but I ordered octopus rice balls, spicy cucumber, dried squid tempura, and grilled sausage. The grilled mushroom in foil was sold out. The prices were average. The taste of all the dishes was just okay. Four of us had about two drinks each, totaling 9000 yen. The fact that they have regular customers must be how they've been able to keep going for 20 years, but personally, I didn't quite understand what makes this place special.

People who love autumn~♪ (Song: "Four Seasons Song") In a spacious restaurant called "Shunka Fuyu" located in the back of a building, there is no autumn season, so it is pronounced as "Akinai" (no autumn) haha. The interior has a lot of character, and the two female staff members are working hard to provide good service. The lunch set with 5 side dishes costs 800 yen including tax. It includes 4 types of sashimi, simmered hijiki and zenmai, and kimchi. The sashimi selection of yellowtail, sea bream, tuna, and octopus is quite impressive! It also comes with rice, miso soup, pickles, and coffee. While it's nice to have coffee included, it would be even better if there was a bit more of a feminine touch in the dishes to make them feel warmer and more comforting for female customers.

I tried having lunch in Nagata one day. Sometimes I eat lunch in this area. However, I was a little disappointed with the lunch quality in this town. I ordered the pork cutlet set meal, which came with iced coffee. But at lunchtime after 12 o'clock, there were only a few customers, including me and my companion. The smell of the meat, the saltiness of the miso soup, the seasoning of the side dish, and the extremely American iced coffee... These dishes are what we call "momonai." I don't use that term anymore. Well, I don't usually use it anyway.

The mother and daughter seem to be running the restaurant together. The atmosphere is unique with two women working hard. The place is quite spacious, almost too much so with some areas feeling a bit empty. They could add more tables or counter seats to increase the seating capacity. The octopus balls were nothing special, but the rolled omelette was surprisingly thick for its price of 380 yen. It tasted really good though. The display of miniature cars in the showcase and the collection of celebrity autographs on the counter make you wonder about the owner's hobbies or the influence of customers. It seems like you need to visit a few times to truly understand the essence of this place. It's just a regular bar, but there's a unique vibe that you can't quite put your finger on.

My partner couldn't make it to the New Year's party, so I told my senior about it and he invited me to go drinking together at a place called "Shunka Fuyu" (Akinai). When I walked in, there were table seats, a tatami room in the back, and counter seats on the left side, but there were no customers. I hesitated for a moment, but since I was already inside, I sat at a table. A female staff member greeted me and handed me the menu. The first thing that caught my eye was the "Yusaku Nabe" for 600 yen. The menu didn't have a description, so I asked the staff, but she couldn't remember what it was. It turned out the manager was not there, so she asked me to wait for a bit. I ordered sashimi platter, pork kimchi, and chicken nanban while waiting. After a while, the staff suddenly remembered that the "Yusaku Nabe" was a bean sprout hot pot. I found it interesting and ordered it. The manager returned and prepared the dish, which was delicious with crispy bean sprouts and plenty of pork. I switched to sake and enjoyed it with sashimi. I had a great time chatting with my senior about life. It was a satisfying and enjoyable experience. Thank you for the meal!
