Recently, my friend has been addicted to all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, and treats me to it every week. This week, we visited Onsen vegetables. It is located inside AZ in Oonojo. The interior of the restaurant is clean and has a semi-private setting, which allows you to eat without worrying about others around you. You need to order from the staff instead of using a touch panel, so there were some misunderstandings, which was funny. The individual dishes looked fancy and overall, the place had a sense of cleanliness. They accept various electronic payments. There is a parking lot available for both AZ guests and restaurant customers.

Today's meal is shabu-shabu~ This restaurant is located inside Hotel AZ. While the main focus of Hotel AZ is the Chinese restaurant Shidaka, the main attraction here is the hot vegetables. To get to the restaurant, you have to pass through the hotel lobby first. We were seated in a beautiful private booth. Looking at the menu, it seems like this restaurant mainly offers all-you-can-eat options. I wasn't in the mood for all-you-can-eat, so I ordered a set instead. I ordered two types of hot pot, motsu-nabe and tofu milk shabu-shabu. The motsu-nabe was a bit bland, but the shabu-shabu with good quality meat, ponzu sauce, and broth was delicious. Today, I visited Shabu Shabu Onyasai located at 3-14-25 Kanuma, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I had been to Onyasai in Tenjin before. This time, I chose the all-you-can-eat course. There are various items available for all-you-can-eat, which is great. You can choose from about 7 types of meat, so you won't get bored. There are plenty of vegetables, individual dishes, and even desserts at the end, which is highly rated. And the price is only 2980 yen for all-you-can-eat, which is fantastic. It's something that only a major chain can offer. There are also 6 types of soup to choose from, making it a tough decision. But when ordering from the wide variety of food and individual dishes, I tend to lean towards my favorites. I was very satisfied. Thank you, Onyasai!

Tonight I stayed at "HOTEL AZ" in Fukuma, Fukuoka. It was a bit difficult to find a business hotel around Hakata Station, and since I had rented a car, I decided to look for a hotel a bit further out. It was nice that there was a large free parking lot available. I chose a stay plan with a dinner voucher included. I could choose between "Buffet Restaurant Shitaka" and "Shabu Shabu Onyasai" located on the 1st floor of the hotel, and I chose "Shabu Shabu Onyasai". I arrived around 8:10 PM and it was quite busy even though it was a weekday night. The majority of the tables were for 4 people, but I dined alone. The set included pork kalbi, pork loin, chicken (basil meatball), assorted vegetables, and white rice. I could upgrade to an all-you-can-eat plan, but since white rice was free for refill, I didn't need to. The hot pot had two sections, and I could choose from 4 types of broth, so I chose basic kombu dashi and ripe tomato dashi. I added a draft beer while waiting for the food to cook. The meat and vegetables were quickly brought to the table, and I started the shabu shabu. Eating it with sesame sauce and rice was so delicious. I ate heartily, and when I finished the broth, I felt satisfied. It was my first time dining at "Shabu Shabu Onyasai", and I appreciated the set course they offered, which was great for beginners. Today, once again, my hunger was happily satisfied. I am truly grateful. Thank you for the meal.

My wife and I visited this restaurant for dinner while picking up towels from the truck of a mobile beauty salon parked nearby. We were seated in a private-like area with screens, allowing us to enjoy our meal with some privacy. We ordered the all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu course for 2680 yen, with me opting for soft drinks and my wife choosing the all-you-can-drink course with alcohol. We started with appetizers like black sugar edamame and cream cheese with spicy sauce, followed by the shabu-shabu ingredients - chicken and Italian pork ribs. The vegetables and two types of sauces (ponzu and sesame) were served first, and we enjoyed cooking and eating the shabu-shabu in our preferred style. We added more meat, fish balls, and vegetables as we ate, and finally, we ended the meal with almond jelly for dessert.
