It was a holiday, so they had unlimited darts for 500 yen with a one-drink minimum. It was fun!

I didn't have enough to drink, so the second place was a darts bar a few minutes walk from Hakata Station. It was a bit hard to find the elevator, as someone else mentioned. I was even told to come from a cabaret club, so I wandered around the building searching. I had planned to come here from the beginning and even brought my own darts from Nagoya, so I was really excited. The staff, both guys and girls, were friendly and we had a lot of fun, drinking quite a bit. The Heineken promotion they had going on was a nice bonus. The food was just simple things like french fries and snacks, but they were surprisingly delicious. There were large group parties of people in their 20s, couples on dates, and guys like us who just love darts. There were all kinds of customers, creating a lively and fun atmosphere. It's a place where you can forget about work for a bit, eat, drink, laugh, and have a good time. It was so fun that I ended up going two days in a row. Thank you for the great experience.

The other day, I had some business in Hakata and ended up going out for drinks with a friend. My friend mentioned something they've been really into lately. I was curious, and it turns out it's darts! I've only played darts at internet cafes or Round One, so I was a bit hesitant about going to a "darts bar", but my friend convinced me and we arrived at the dart bar around 6 pm. I was feeling hungry... As I looked at the menu, I was surprised to see that they also serve proper meals. And to top it off, we happened to visit during "beer time" until 8 pm, which meant we could enjoy half-priced beer. Lucky us! I ordered the Eggplant and Bacon Pizza for 700 yen. It wasn't incredibly delicious, but it was decent and satisfying. It's best to eat it while it's still warm. At first, the place was quite empty around 6 pm, but gradually more customers arrived, mostly office workers. It's definitely an office district in Hakata. As two girls, I felt a bit out of place, but the staff was friendly and engaging, and they even paired me up with a salaryman to play darts together. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but fun! My friend was pretty good at darts, but I'm a beginner, so I felt a bit embarrassed. When I mentioned this to the staff, they arranged for me to play with someone at a similar level. The interior of the bar was newly renovated and clean. The space is well-divided, with an area for playing darts in the back and tables for eating and drinking in the front. It's nice that you can easily switch between playing darts and relaxing with food and drinks. I usually go for drinks or karaoke when I want to hang out, so discovering a dart bar was a pleasant surprise. It was a stimulating and enjoyable experience. I realized that dart bars can also be a place to meet new people. I definitely want to go back again sometime.

This month continued with a year-end party. After turning 30, the second party tends to be either skipped or held at an izakaya... but on this day, we were in Hakata so we decided to go play darts! It had been a while since I last went. There were a lot of office workers, probably because we were in Hakata. It was quite lively with drunken salarymen already competing in darts. There were about 10 of us and we played a team game where the person with the highest score wins, and the loser drinks tequila. I didn't want to drink tequila, so I played very seriously. The interior of the place had a wood theme and a calm atmosphere. It wasn't a place where you go to eat, so it was a good choice for a second spot after karaoke. Most people who go there are beginners, so it was fun and exciting!

Recently, it seems like the choice of dart bars as a second option has been increasing. This time, I happened to have a drinking party near Hakata Station, so I went to a dart bar in Hakata. A friend took me there, and I was a little nervous because it was located in a quite old building... The building is old, but the inside of the bar is quite clean. There were about 4 dart machines in a spacious floor. It made me excited. I ordered a beer, and guess what, they had Heartland draft beer! Heartland draft beer is quite rare, right? We played darts, and it only cost 100 yen per game, so I played about 10 games. It's cheap and there's no cover charge, so I only spent about 2000 yen. It was fun to play while drinking.

The venue was located on the 3rd floor of an old building, which was quite unsettling due to the elevator shaking significantly. The interior seemed spacious but somewhat lacking in design, not as stylish or charming as expected. The setup was not ready upon our arrival despite making a reservation, and the service was disorganized. The drinks were slow to arrive, the microphone had noise interference, and the champagne tower looked cheap. The food was relatively tasty, with the Caesar salad being the standout, but the salmon carpaccio lacked flavor. Only one dart game was available for an additional fee. Overall, not ideal for a second party due to the atmosphere and various shortcomings.
