Takeout experience ♫ I chose the seasonal limited sweet potato series, "Marude Yakiimo," at Mister Donut after a long time. The dough seemed to have sweet potato powder in it, giving a subtle sweet potato flavor which was really nice. The black sesame seeds topping, reminiscent of the skin of a baked sweet potato, also did a great job! I really love autumn sweets♡ Thank you for the delicious treat~

Fresh French cruller with chocolate and strawberry, around 220 yen. The chocolate one tasted better than a regular French cruller, but honestly, the difference wasn't that significant. The strawberry one had a jam-like filling, making it clearly different from a regular French cruller. The strawberry was very delicious and worth the price.

A new white pudding has been released, so I ordered it in advance on my mobile and went with my wife after the gym. Normally, there would be a line of about 20 groups, but since I had ordered in advance, I could go directly to the pickup corner. The white pudding is a bit softer than the regular pudding, but there isn't a significant difference. I actually prefer the regular one. The white pudding, like Mitarashi, is a bit too sweet. Well, it's natural for the original to be strong, so keep challenging yourself with various flavors.

I bought the mochi ring that I was interested in and reheated it.
- Beef Stew and Potato 270 yen: A donut with beef stew and potato inside. It's a meal donut. When reheated, the beef stew and potato inside become creamy and delicious.
- Spicy Meat and Potato 270 yen: Meat sauce and potato. This one is also delicious. Highly recommended!

The donuts are delicious and easy to eat, living up to their reputation. The satisfaction level of the donuts themselves is very high. Despite the large number of people, there were hardly any sold-out items, even around 17:00 on weekends, with limited-time donuts also available. However, the shop is small and crowded, making it difficult to line up and almost impossible to secure a seat, which is a bit of a downside. It's fine for takeout though!

Located along Yasukuni Street, nearby Shinjuku Ward Office, Isetan, and Piccadilly. I visited around 3 PM on a Sunday, a busy time with about 10 people in line. I used a donut voucher from a lucky bag and tried the Crispy Custard French, which I had never seen before. It was an Angel French with custard cream. The amount of custard cream was just right, not too much like the custard cream donut, and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

After finishing work, I was walking around Kabukicho with my senior. Coming from Kansai to Tokyo, I was surprised to find hardly any Mister Donut stores. Having practically grown up on Mister Donut, it was really sad for me, as it had been seven years since I moved to Tokyo and I hardly ever went there anymore. So, my motto became to always go whenever I find a Mister Donut. Luckily, we passed by one and even though we had other plans, I insisted on going. It was around 8 pm when I arrived, and there were about 10 people in line. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I reached the counter. Now, time to order. I got 3 Pon De Double Uji Matcha for 194 yen each, 2 Strawberry Custard French for 162 yen each, 1 Pon De Rich Matcha Whip Warabi Mochi for 216 yen, and 4 Pon De Golden & Strawberry for 183 yen each. I took these as takeout. There was a campaign called "misdo meets Gion Tsujiri Matcha and Hojicha. Part 1" going on, so they were promoting matcha and hojicha items. Unfortunately, I went late and my favorite Pon De Rings in chocolate and strawberry flavors were sold out, so I couldn't buy them. As I left the store, I couldn't help but think about wanting to taste those nostalgic flavors again.

I saw a chocolate banana French and a crumbly strawberry donut priced at around 170 yen each for the first time, and it seems like they are rare items as they are not listed on the menu. The reason for this is that they are made using leftover ingredients from a collaboration with Chef Yoritsuka, and they are only being sold now because of the collaboration ending. Both were delicious and rare, making me feel like I got a good deal.

I visited in the early afternoon on a weekday. The line at the register was long, stretching outside the door, but I didn't have to wait too long. I was able to find a seat on the second floor. I decided to try the collaboration donut, but it was a bit greasy and not really to my liking.

I don't usually go out much, but I really wanted to try the donuts supervised by Toshiyoroizuka. When I searched to go eat, I found out that there is no store nearby! When I was at my parents' house, there was a store near the nearest station, so I used to go there a lot during my student days, but surprisingly there aren't many stores around. So, I decided to stop by in Shinjuku while shopping, and there was a long line. It seems like everyone is thinking the same thing. The space to wait in line was narrow, so I left my child with my husband and lined up alone. It's cold... When I finally entered the store, they said, "We're sorry, but the Pon de Ring is sold out," "Golden Chocolate is also sold out," and various other items were out of stock. I was able to buy the donuts I was looking for, but I really wanted to eat the Pon de Ring after a long time. When I got home, I tried it. Oh, it's delicious. The donut has a crispy texture overall, but it melts in my mouth. Thank you, Mr. Yoroizuka. There is no mistake in Mr. Yoroizuka's creations... My husband said it's quite expensive compared to Mister Donut, but if they restock it, I would like to eat it again. Please have other donuts available next time too!

Conclusion: Personally, I have a sweet tooth, so I highly recommend the Banana and Noir de Coco flavors. If you can't decide on which one to get, it's best to choose based on the toppings you want to try since the base dough is the same. The wait time is around 15 minutes on Saturday nights at 9 PM. Overall review: Danish Chocolat Donuts - The Danish is moist and soft. 1. Mont Blanc Caramel Sale - The caramel flavor is quite strong, but it could use a bit more chestnut cream. 2. Banana - The crunchy texture of the golden chocolate is great, and the banana filling has a strong flavor, making it a classic chocolate banana combination. Gâteau Chocolat Donuts - Overall, it has a crispy texture. 1. Mont Blanc Cream - Delicious cream. 2. Pistachio Whip - Sweet finish with a strong pistachio flavor at first, followed by a sweet aftertaste. Gâteau Chocolat x Cocoa Powder - Not too sweet, making the cream's sweetness stand out and taste delicious. 3. Noir de Coco - Intense caramel flavor with white chocolate, making it the sweetest option. 4. Trio Lait Chocolat - Sweet and delicious chocolate cream.

I bought all four collaboration donuts with Yorituka-san because I wanted to try them. The Trio Le Chocolat was as advertised, with a delicious texture and taste. However, the other three were a bit disappointing. I wonder why. Maybe I was expecting too much...

11/30 I happened to pass by and felt like eating. ☆Purchased Angel Cream Pompom de Ring, Old Fashioned Shrimp Gratin Pie. Do they also have side dishes?! I jumped at the shrimp gratin. When I ate it, I realized it's not a donut but a pie. But it's totally fine.

From Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line Shinjuku Station, you can enter the underground passage directly to Subnade, and come out at the 13th exit near Shinjuku Ward Office. Mister Donut is located across the street from Shinjuku Ward Office at the intersection of Yasukuni Street and Ward Office Street. The store space is quite small due to the location, and the second-floor seating area is often crowded. Moreover, there is always a line of customers waiting for takeout on the first floor, which sometimes extends outside, making it a popular spot. The store usually closes early these days, and by late hours, the limited-time seasonal items are almost sold out, leaving only regular items in the showcase. The seating area is on the second floor, but there are also a few seats on the first floor near the register. The store has a glass facade facing the intersection, making it a popular spot for meeting up with others. I also used it as a place to pass time while waiting for a meeting. I ordered the Mister Donut Ice Cafe Au Lait, which is known for its milky sweetness and refreshing aftertaste. The glass windows and the paper tray were decorated for Halloween. As for the seasonal "Sweet Potato Donut" series, that's something to look forward to for takeout, while for dining in, the Ice Cafe Au Lait is a good choice. Mister Donut is usually located in commercial facilities where you can use the free Wi-Fi there, but I don't think they have their own Wi-Fi. Also, this store does not have power outlets. Well, considering the location, it's not really a place for long stays, right? ^^

I used a 50% point granting coupon from PayPay for dinner. The restaurant was quite busy, with about 90% of the seats filled. I ordered the Sesame Tofu Tan Tan Cold Wind Noodles set for 810 yen and a Strawberry Fashion Ice Cafe au Lait. It took about 5 minutes for the order to arrive. As I was going up the stairs to the second floor, I noticed that the walls were scratched and the place looked dirty, giving off a sense of age. I think cleanliness is important for chain restaurants, so maybe they should consider renovating. Sitting at the table, I took a bite of the Tan Tan noodles. It was tastier than I expected! However, I felt like it lacked a bit of volume for the price of 810 yen. Next time, even if I get a coupon, I'll just stick to donuts. Thank you for the meal.

On the first Thursday of March, at 3 pm, I decided to have coffee in Shinjuku and visited a place I hadn't been to in a long time. It's a Mister Donut store near Shinjuku City Hall, located near the old tram tracks of Shiki no Michi. There was no line outside this time, so I decided to go in. I was curious about the curry pie collaboration with an actor, but this time I ordered the spring limited edition items - the Sakura Mochi Donut and Sakura Leaf flavor for 143 yen, with a cafe au lait for 308 yen (and surprise, free refills). The first floor was full, but the second floor had empty seats by the window with a nice view. The donut had a perfect balance of saltiness and the flavor of sakura leaf, just like sakura mochi. The coffee had low acidity and was a well-balanced delicious drink. It was a special day where I found out that Mister Donut is a good place for tea as well. I will definitely come back.

I lined up both times I visited Mister Donut. I was surprised by how long the line was. Finally, when I reached the counter to choose a donut, it was difficult to see the options. However, despite the challenges, I found that the donuts were delicious. I was also amazed by how affordable they were, starting at just 110 yen. Mister Donut offers a variety of donuts at this price point, which I found to be truly impressive. I have visited twice recently and found the donuts to be quite delicious.

Sometimes I crave Mister Donut. I used to buy it often at the Shinjuku Nishiguchi store, but it closed down. So, I reluctantly went to the Yasukuni store. I noticed there was a long line outside the store! It turns out they were selling the VitaMeal collection for Valentine's Day. While VitaMeal caught my eye, I prefer the classic Mister Donut, so I took a break with an Ichigo Choco Fashion and a latte. I heard that refills for the latte are free. Yeah, the Old Fashioned donut always tastes delicious no matter when you eat it. Haha, I bought various items as souvenirs on my way home. It's sad that Mister Donut stores are closing down one by one, making it harder to find a place to buy their donuts.

After visiting the Jiro Kabukicho store, I went to this other shop. Well, writing about Mister Donut on Tabelog doesn't really make much sense (laughs), but I saw a poster for an all-you-can-eat deal at this shop so I decided to share it (laughs). Oh, and this shop located at the entrance of the ward office street was really crowded on Saturday afternoon. Is it a popular place? Anyway, I had an Angel Cream and coffee.
