I had been curious about what it would be like for a while, but since I don't have any allergies, I wondered if there was a need to make chocolate vegan. However, my curiosity got the best of me and I ended up purchasing it. The result was really delicious. I wonder if vegan chocolate is better suited for fruit ganache. I really liked it.

This is the softest, moistest, slightly chewy macaron I've ever had! While pistachio macarons usually have a lot of pistachio ganache inside, this one also has a layer of dark chocolate, likely due to the fact that it's from a chocolate shop. The crushed pistachios mixed in provide a great texture, and the aroma is truly reminiscent of real pistachios. It was delicious!

At the Ikebukuro store, they don't sell individual chocolates or cakes, so I tend to go to the Marunouchi store even though it's a bit far. Instead of a Christmas cake, I bought a box of 24 assorted chocolates. My favorites are Guayaquil (vanilla) and Asokonbo (dark).

I was tired so I bought myself a little treat. I feel like I can keep going in the afternoon.

Cornet Mezon Petit Parfait. I'm happy because they usually don't have soft serve ice cream at the store. It's small, but it has heart-shaped chocolate, macaron, and brownie at the bottom.
