■Yakiniku Akami Niku Ga To E・ZOFUKUOKA Store
Located right next to Fukuoka Dome, Yakiniku Akami Niku Ga To E・ZOFUKUOKA store opened on July 21st. A regular at the Meat Festival, Niku Ga To has made its first appearance in Kyushu! After leaving Fukuoka Dome and entering the entrance of E・ZOFUKUOKA, you will find the 3rd floor dining area. Passing by a few other stores, you will arrive at Niku Ga To. It's a bit unusual to have a counter where you can enjoy drinks. The counter in the back is the usual Niku Ga To.
■Draft Beer
First, the draft beer. If the Softbank Hawks win, beer is only 290 yen for 1 hour after the game ends! You can't resist ordering. On this day, we had reserved the Niku Ga To VIP course.
■Homemade Kimchi and Namul Assortment
A unique assortment of cut dried radish kimchi and namul.
■Chilled Meat Sashimi Assortment
An assortment of heart, senmai (tripe), hachinosu (tripe), and upper mino (tripe). Each has a different texture, making it interesting.
■Blissful Nigiri
Nigiri topped with Cambodian peppercorns. The melting meat is irresistible!
■Yakiniku - Salt Thick-Cut Tongue
Salt thick-cut tongue, heart, and upper harami. All thick cuts! The heart is especially noteworthy. Topped with Tasmanian mustard, the combination of the mustard's popping texture and the juicy heart is exceptional.
■Premium Lean Meat - Sei Beef from Kikuchi, Kumamoto
A brand I haven't seen in Tokyo. Despite being lean meat, it is surprisingly tender. We compared it with sauce and salt.
■Adult Highball
An adult highball with Tasmanian mustard. The popping texture is interesting.
■Drinkable Dressing Beef Salad
A salad as a chopstick break. The daikon radish is shaped like a cow.
■Specialty Ichibo Steak
A specialty ichibo steak. A rare cut of ichibo, it's huge! The staff will cook it for you while you wait with a beaten egg. Dip the cooked ichibo in the egg and enjoy the bursting meat juices and tender meat.
■Specialty Rock Rice
Another specialty, rock rice. A chunk of meat is served. Dip the meat in warmed butter soy sauce and cook it while dipping repeatedly. Once cooked, place it on the rice. It's delicious as is, but adding the reserved egg is impressive.
■Today's Specialty Meat
Today's specialty meat is fundoshi and upper mino. Fundoshi is a strange name, but there are also glasses in the parts.
■Mini Meat Mabushi Gozen
A menu item only available here, meat mabushi gozen to finish. Red meat on rice, topped with sea urchin and salmon roe. First, eat it as is. Then pour broth over it to make ochazuke. Add condiments for flavor variation. It's undeniably delicious.
■Shaved Ice
For dessert, shaved ice. I chose pudding flavor and finished it off with caramel at the table. The fluffy ice is delightful! Being able to enjoy the usual Niku Ga To in Kyushu, and also exclusive Kyushu menu items, made for a perfect night. Plus, the Hawks won.
