Sandoria is a long-established handmade sandwich specialty shop that has been loved by the people of Sapporo for over 40 years since its founding in 1978. I often visit the Joyful Ake store nearby, and on the way back, I always pass by this shop where there is always a long line, and I thought to myself, "Wow, it's really popular." In March 2023, a Sangria vending machine was installed near the ticket office on the west side of Sapporo Station, and there was always a line ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours because the sandwiches couldn't be restocked fast enough. It was incredibly popular! On the day I was able to buy a sandwich, it was a weekday, and on the way back from Joyful Ake, there was no line, so I entered for the first time! There was only one group of customers inside. I want to choose carefully! Prices are generally lower, which is rare in today's price hikes. Everything looks delicious. The appearance is beautiful. My wife selected strawberry and banana, and egg. I chose pork cutlet and ham cutlet. We brought them home and tasted them. First, the pork cutlet. The sour sauce adds a refreshing accent, making it easy to eat the cutlet without feeling heavy. The cutlet is not the thick type that has been popular recently, so I felt that the balance between the bread dough and the cutlet was just right. Delicious. Ham cutlet, ham ham, with the same sour sauce, why did we buy the same type... It's delicious. A nostalgic type of ham cutlet. Strawberry, is there strawberry kneaded into the dough? I can smell the strawberry. A fluffy strawberry sandwich, delicious. The balance between the strawberry and cream is exquisite. We didn't eat the egg and banana. With a fun appearance, reasonable prices, and delicious taste, I understand the secret of its popularity. Depending on the time of day, it may be recommended to buy on weekdays.
